i briefly considered turning this into an ask game ("send me a number and i'll tell you about the corresponding fankid") but i decided i don't want to rely on asks to make these posts so instead here is a short "masterlist" of fankid aus i have bc i do have a few consistent ones i think about from time to time

this is structured similarly to the s/i au dump posts i did awhile ago 👍 all info below the cut

Ship: Wade Wilson/Gabriel Wilson

Name: Ulysses Wilson

Alias/Nickname: Rex

Pronouns: She/He/They

Personality: Reckless, loud, energetic, quick to fight (whether that's starting them or ending them), friendly but often oblivious to others' emotions (especially if they're negative).

Info: A dinosaur/dragon-like mutant, Ulysses was found abandoned, living in a dump, by Wade and Gabriel while they were on a mission. Ulysses was about five years old at the time and the two took him in, assuming it would only be a brief arrangement until they could find more suitable parents... then time went by and Ulysses was suddenly a teenager, still living with Wade and Gabriel. They are fiercely protective of Ulysses, despite her being able to hold her own in a fight, and though Ulysses knows they're not the most responsible adults she could've ended up with, they'd never choose anyone but Wade and Gabriel. She has a keen interest in motorcycles and skateboarding.

Mutations/Powers: Ulysses features tough, reptilian scales on her face, upper arms, hands, and below her knees to the soles of her feet, as well as a strong, alligator-like tail that they often use for smashing things in combat. They can breathe fire and sport an incredibly strong bite with sharpened teeth, strong enough to bite through most metals but not strong enough to bite through stone. He is generally far more sturdy than the average human, especially his scales, which are fire proof and resistant to most sharp objects.

Ship: The Joker/Hannibal Flood

Name: Queenie Flood

Alias: Cherry Bomb

Pronouns: She/Her

Personality: Bubbly, flirtatious, sadistic, daddy's girl/spoiled, extreme in all aspects.

Info: I haven't decided if Queenie is their biological daughter or adopted, but she is the pride and joy of Gotham's royal criminal couple. She takes mostly after Joker, acting on whatever cruel thing makes her laugh and not caring for most others, except for her parents. Queenie also deeply enjoys theatrics and usually employs a British accent for effect, though she isn't actually British. When I first created her, I also gave her younger twin brothers, but I'm not sure if they'll be canon to this refresh/reintroduction or not. If I do decide to make them canon again I'll update this post.

Ship: Jay/Bear/Silent Bob

Name: Bruce

Pronouns: She/They

Personality: Chill, nerdy, loyal, easily embarrassed when out of her comfort zone, clumsy, abandonment issues, shy/somewhat cold to strangers but opens up once she gets to know you better.

Info: Bruce was found abandoned in the Quick Stop dumpsters and Bear felt immediately paternal toward her. With support from their friends, namely Dante, Becky, and The Metatron, the three stoners raised Bruce as their own. One can assume Bear went through the legal process to properly adopt Bruce but I never actually think too hard about that part of the story LMAO. Bruce is very close with Millie, Jay's biological daughter, once they meet and get to know each other.

Ship: Michael Myers/Thorn Loomis

Name: Lilith Myers

Pronouns: She/Her

Personality: Introverted, cares more about animals than people, morbid, creative, fearless.

Info: Michael and Thorn's biological daughter, Lilith grew up knowing she never had to fear the dark, for she was the daughter of evil itself. Thorn tries his best to raise Lilith "normally" -- as normally as a serial killer can, of course. She attends school, has "friends," and often has her hobbies encouraged. Just as Michael is inexplicably attached to Thorn, these feelings extend to his daughter... if she said the word, he'd make sure she was never bullied again.

Made the recent realisation that some fragmented memories I have that I was convinced were from a fever dream are actually memories I have of riding Maelstrom the first time I visited Disney World

Quite sad to also realise it closed like a decade ago, I would've liked to ride it with fresh eyes/the ability to comprehend what was happening on it

Having watched a POV video of it, it was a strange but charming little ride that made sense for the Norway pavilion at Epcot. I can understand why they replaced it with a Frozen ride, I suppose, but I feel like they could've put Frozen somewhere else and let Maelstrom be preserved like Pirates and Mansion

Name: Marius Scarlet Quill

Pronouns: He/Him

Personality: Level-headed, creative, reserved-- it takes a notably long time for him to open up to strangers, loyal, still figuring himself out.

Info: The Guardians found Marius as a child worker in a ship factory while on a mission, ultimately deciding to save him from the dangerous environment when they realised he was an orphan. Peter felt a particular kinship toward him, knowing what it's like to lose a parent at a young age. In their care, Marius grew in confidence and comfort, though he still harbors a sense of hesitancy as he wonders who his parents were and what he is meant to do. He is incredibly skilled in working on ships due to his experiences as a child, but isn't sure he could go into the trade as an older teenager/young adult without opening old wounds. Part of him believes he should follow in Peter's footsteps and become the next Star Lord. Whatever he chooses, he has the full support of Peter and Corey.

Name: Jack Briar Sparrow-Janning

Personality: Daydreamer, well-mannered, can hold his own in a fight but would rather not, artistic.

Info: Jack and Rex's eldest, Jack Jr, or better known as simply Briar, is much like Rex; "Very well spoken for a pirate." An appreciation for the arts was instilled in him by Rex, and as such he sometimes wonders if he should be living a pirate's life at all. He much prefers a quiet room and a good book to pillaging and plundering, but he also doesn't want to disappoint his parents, or stray too far from them in case something were to happen..

She is proud to be a pirate and determined to carry on Jack's legacy, though she may be a little too enthusiastic, occasionally finding herself in hot water her parents have to save her from. Aside from Jack, Abby also learned a good number of things from her "uncle" Will Turner when it comes to sword fighting and blacksmithery.

man i keep wanting to write more about gabriel and delia's familial relationship but i'm never quite sure how

i have a few disconnected ideas:

the earliest and only memory gabriel has of their bio father being when delia broke up with him and moved them into their own apartment

gabriel finding a box of old childhood photos and clothes, somewhat surprised delia still holds onto them

delia actually admitting/owning up to not being "the world's greatest mom" and having a healing conversation with her child

maybe i'll eventually have a structure for this fic xP
