ana tip
remember that you CAN eat whatever you want as long as it is in your calorie limit for the day. what you eat doesn't matter. it's just how much you eat. for example if you dont want to eat more than 600 calories a day, you can eat a mcdonalds chicken burger and it will be way under that calorie limit. everything can be "healthy" and everything can be "unhealthy". it's all about the calories. i speak from personal experience. i eat like shit but i still am and have been my ugw for the past year now because i stick to my daily calorie limit.
#this is mostly true but if you eat really unhealthily and lots of sugar and not exercise enough as soon as you start eating a normal amount#its all just gonna bounce back#be careful girlies
