In honor of Superman being released in theaters tomorrow, I figured that I would post this.

By this weekend, David Corenswet will be the first Superman a lot of kids see on the big screen for the first time. Personally, I think that's so awesome. I do hope that people remember to treat David and the rest of the cast with the respect that they deserve. You don't have to like them or their portrayal of any iconic characters. However, you also don't have to spread any hate towards the actors.

Personally, I did enjoy Henry Cavill as Superman. I do wish that DC had treated him and his portrayal of the character better. I also liked Brandon Routh because his Superman was the one that I saw on the big screen for the first time as a child. Of course, Christopher Reeve will forever be the perfect Superman and no one will ever quite come close to his legacy. However, I believe that we shouldn't compare any of the actors or the portrayals.
