arlo is the second in command of the hippies in basically the same way as some people consider trent to be for the bullies; the hippies dont exactly have a ‘clique’ system, they are more or less just a group. arlo’s biggest interests include botany (flowers/gardening) and activism.

getting an ask like this makes me wonder:

why should someone else's headcanon be my headcanon? is this ask indirectly telling me i have to accept a certain interpretation of a character while i read him differently?

i'm not gonna excuse myself for it. we're talking about a fictional character whose sexuality was never officially confirmed in any way as far as i'm concerned, so it's up to everyone how they interpret it. and even IF there was an official confirmation as wr have it for jimmy and the other bi boys of every clique - in the end, we all have a different biography and therefore judge, feel and interpret certain aspects differently. and i don't see where this should be a problem in THIS case here, does it even matter?

so idk what the intention of this comment was supposed to be, but sorry, i ain't gonna discuss a fictional character's sexuality with a stranger on the internet who obviously doesn't even want to discuss this topic but - i feel like - rather feels offended by an oc x canon ship they disagree with.

why does anyone feel the need to ruin someone else's fun? don't like it, keep scrolling. gentle reminder - there is a blocking function for a reason, if content of any kind upsets you - just block the user whose content you don't want to see? so i honestly don't understand that someone anonymously slides into my asks which such a comment. i don't really care - it's my headcanon, my art, i create the content i have fun creating as long as it's not harmful.

i would never waste my time with annoying someone else by forcing my headcanon onto them, there is just NOT ONE TRUTH.
