I'm your host the Whistling Man and today we have a special guest for our scream" *stabs a guy* "it's you") and Peggy is the mysterious and cool killer probably similar to Henry

Idk why the duo would become the Whistling Man, but I think Peggy would have been the first one than later invited Forrest to join her and he went "sure that seems fun"

I want to see this duo be evil because I know it will never happen in canon
