They've been writing "OP is a TERF" on my posts for 10 years. 10 years. I check their bio and they are 30 years old now. It's not a new generation of idiots, it's the same idiots. They have not matured at all. They're 30 and they still fight against the feminazi boogeyman. "OP is a TERF". And every time, all I take from it is: "OP is a feminist who doesn't believe sexist stereotypes are identities and that upsets me somehow." Or "OP is a feminist who doesn't believe in gendered souls and that upsets me somehow." Or simply "OP is a feminist and that upsets me somehow."

During those 10 years, I have not seen the emergence of any other acronym used to designate any other group that is critical of the gender fandom. No "TECA" trans exclusionary conservative american. No "TELM" trans exclusionary leftist man. No "TEC" trans exclusionary celebrity. No "TEP" trans exclusionary parents. No "TEMP" trans exclusionary medical professionals. None of that. Therefore, I have not seen threats and insults that are specifically tailored towards any of these demographics. I have, however, seen a lot of "art" depicting the supposed radical feminist stinky vulvas, a lot of threats detailing how we should be raped and have our breasts cut off and a lot of signs with hanged women on them.

So, it's 2025, and what have the big bad radical feminists done really? What crimes have been committed? 10 years of screeching and crying and panicking over a branch of feminism, and for what? What have "TERFs" done? They wrote words on the internet? They printed stickers? Signed petitions? What? You decided to reduce their feminism to "trans exclusionary" but it looks like they've had their hands full with all the other issues that women face. Of course you were never really scared of radical feminists. People don't harass and threaten those they fear. You just enjoy attacking women. And for 10 years you've been pretending to be oppressed by feminists, like a fucking incel, and you've got nothing to show for it. The jig is up. "op is a terf" is a laughable catchphrase and nothing more.

TRAism, lesphobia, misogyny & all are bad yeah, but the thing that really lights a fire under my ass is hypocrisy. Like, I can accept a rightoid being homophobic, it's bullshit but at least they're being true to their word. What rustles my jimmies is people who have 'progressive' belief systems, who have spent their whole lives acknowledging oppression & privilege, who by every objective measure have the mental capacity to be better, but just refuse to when it comes to lesbians. That's what makes me as much critical of the left as I am of the right. I agree a lot more with left-wing values than right-wing, but I cannot STAND hypocrites.

Tangentially, I hear on occasion "oh but political 'lesbians' don't mean any harm" & maybe that's true but I DON'T CARE. I literally would have no skin in this TRA game if it weren't for my absolute loathing for hypocrisy, especially when it comes to lesbians (which let's be honest, it always does). Honestly, there's way bigger fish for lesbians to fry than TRAism. I'd be happy to ignore it, like plenty other lesbians manage to, and just focus on bigger problems (like criminalisation of lesbians, violence against lesbians, governments targeting lesbian households, etc), but I can't ignore it because the hypocrisy of TRAs claiming to be progressive while shitting on lesbians infuriates me to no end. It's the hypocrisy always aimed at lesbians that just gets me.

So similarly, if you're out here saying "privileged people identifying into marginalised groups is bad, except for when it's me identifying as a lesbian tee hee" you're in the exact same bin as "diversity, equity & inclusion are all excellent values, except for when it's me undermining all the above irt lesbians uwu". That's literally my entire beef. At the very least just say you're lesphobic, just say you think everyone else but lesbians deserves rights, you don't care what your actions and behaviour means for lesbians. Just say that and then I can die an irritated, but at least not fucking fuming, girl.

You know what, I feel like bisexual bullshit really is ageless and eternal. A lot is said on the modern day bisexual nonsense that lesbians have to suffer (the 'sexuality is fluid, especially for women' shit, the pretending lesbians are the mean rulers of the universe shit, all these male-attracted women living privileged hetero lives but how dare you question their use of the word lesbian shit, etc) but not a lot is said on how this has always been the entitled way that bisexual women have behaved towards lesbians.

Maybe it's a misplaced respect for your elders type of thing, maybe people just haven't connected the ways these lesphobic attitudes present themselves over the generations. I dunno, but when you think about it appropriating lesbians and attacking lesbians is something bisexual women of ALL generations have done & continue to do.

In older generations it looks like a woman who happily married a man, raised his kids, spent decades benefitting from both heterosexual privilege and male privilege by proxy, only to retire into a same-sex relationship (that actual lesbians fought tooth and nail to make available to her) and if anyone questions her newfound 'lesbian' identity out comes the same righteous fury about mean lesbians dictating the entire universe. Julie Bindel recently posted an article about straight women becoming lesbians that, headline and content, wouldn't have been out of place in a Zoo magazine. When she was called out for it and for her apparent bisexuality her next headline was "as a LESBIAN". And still she's worshipped as the world's best 'lesbian' feminist, while she does little else irt lesbians than parrot the same bullshit as violently homophobic regimes, bullshit which will never effect her because she's bisexual (and wealthy, which she became through heterosexual and male privilege).

There is literally no difference between old bisexual bullshit and young bisexual bullshit, except that these old bisexual women are accepted in gender critical circles and young bisexual women aren't, despite having exactly the same identity politics. When I pick between TRAism or GCism it's literally just a choice of what generation do I want my lesphobic bisexual women to be.
