Hoping my dissertation can survive the TikTok ban...
I'm a PhD candidate whose dissertation is focused on how Gen Z is using/used TikTok for social and political activism. I'm currently recruiting interview participants for my dissertation research.
I was making videos on TikTok to promote my research, but with the TikTok ban now in place, that recruitment just got a lot harder. So, I'm branching out to other platforms.
I'm looking for interview participants who are adult members of Gen Z (aged 18-26), live in the US, and had a significant interest in activism on TikTok -- making or consuming content about current issues, protests, or other ways to get involved. Over the next couple of days, I'll be reposting some of that content here. Feel free follow along, or to ask questions about my research!
