"The Mannor Of Chaos" - Chapter 1 'The Invite'

Chapter One: the invite

                               (10-29-16)

Our mail slot flapped as two small, wax-sealed envelopes dropped to the floor. I walked over and picked them up only to find that they had no stamp or any address at all, so I called my twin sister Charlet over. ¨ Hey sis, do you remember any of our friends inviting us to something?¨ I looked over at her and handed one of them to her. ¨ no- wait a minute these look like the invitations to one of Dave's Halloween parties that he does every year. I nod while she opens hers, and I open mine to find two of the same letter and a small golden ticket to go with it. ¨ hmm, well I guess he just wanted to be fancy this year with his invitations. ¨ Charlet chuckles to herself and goes to put away her invitation. ¨ Hey, when is the party? ¨ asked as she walked back into the room to check for any other mail. ¨ The party is on Friday the 13th which is cliche but hey October and it's Dave's party so he can be a little cheesy.¨ I nodded and gulped since the party was in two weeks, but little did I know I would be the mastermind behind my friends' ends. I walked to my room and tried to find something to put out for the party. I went to put it out but then I heard my sister talking to someone who sounded like my boyfriend but I wasn't sure so I walked to her bedroom. I put my ear against the door and listened to her phone call. ¨ Ugh, I know right, I can't wait for the party baby, so you can finally break up with my sister. ¨ she giggled and my heart dropped. I was mortified that my boyfriend was cheating on me with my sister and was planning to dump me at the party so they could be together. After my sister left her room for something I snuck into her room and took her phone then I went back to my room to go through it. But I wasn’t prepared for what I was going to find on that phone, so I hacked into her phone and went straight to the messages first. “ Alright let's see what they’re hiding from me “ I sighed angrily and opened the Chat she had with Don. I was more shocked than I expected I was going to be with what I found. “ What the?! , that little dog! She knew that he was my boyfriend and she got with him anyway! “ I said as I continued to scroll through the messages when I noticed something about the pictures he had sent her and that she had sent him. It was me photoshopped into these disgusting things and animals, I threw the phone and then took it back to her room but I lied to her saying that she had dropped it and that I had found it. “ oh, I guess I need to be more careful with my phone, “ she said as she took her phone from me and put it into her pocket. “ yes I guess but hey, what’s dons favorite color again? “ I asked her not to seem suspicious after giving her phone back. “ I believe it’s blue if I remember correctly from you telling me “She smiles and goes back to whatever she was doing before I guessed it was talking to Don or talking to some other guys from her grade. “All right thanks I guess “ I walked away and went to my room when I realized that I never told her his favorite color, so I thought that she must have been talking to him and that he had told her. I was even more enraged by that thought but I guess I was right after all from what happened that night and from what I found on her phone. I looked at my dress and smiled at the fact that it was red so I knew it would make Don mad to see me as my favorite color and not wearing his favorite color. I knew Charlotte's dress would be just so she could please him so he wouldn't be mad. ¨ hm, I wonder if I should either directly talk to her or not based on what I found but I know I would be right anyway so why argue with her? ¨ I thought to myself as I pondered on what to do with this information, after a while I finally decided that I should try to see what else I could find on her phone. While I knew that this would make me look even more suspicious to her from the first time I did so I knew that I had to be careful about it. I mimicked our mom's voice so she would leave the- END OF CHAPTER 1 PART 1

"The Mannor Of Chaos" - Prolouge

Prologue:

                                           (10-31-26)

 By now I bet you have heard this story in the newspapers and on the news, of how me(Charlie), my twin sister(Charlet), and our friends(Dave, Don, and, Cassidy) met our ends or well their ends. As Charlie Rose's widow, I am the only survivor of what happened all those years ago, and even after all those years I still do not feel any guilt about what took place that fateful night. Now I'm just rambling on but I only wish that you dear readers can find out what happened to Don and that once the truth is found out about what happened his soul may finally rest peacefully. I am sorry that he had to go but from what he did he had to, I just couldn't take it anymore and I snapped at him and some very dreadful things happened.
