I made a post a couple minutes ago about bat dynamics and I made a comment that I think that Damian is a better person than his family. Specifically Bruce is side of it and I just wanna explain that a little bit.

I think in comparison to Dick, Tim, Jason, and even Bruce Damian literally has empathy for everything.

Never mind the overcoming his childhood or what he was taught, he learned from the people around him, and even through working himself that people and animals matter so much, and then on top of that, he goes out of his way to help and save as many people as he can.

Now I also wanna talk about how Damian doesn't at any point essentially come to the conclusion that I'm gonna follow these rules just because whatever and if I get pissed off enough or it's convenient enough, I'm gonna break them.

Damain is never 10 seconds away from throwing it all away because of some reason.

Damian is also meticulous in a way that Tim and Dick aren't where he's not losing his cool and then doing something that is horrible.

Damian, I feel like is literally the best example of he doesn't actually have some inherent darkness that he needs to like force down. He truly is a good person. He does not have one bad day and then become a villain.

I feel like that is where so many people get his character wrong, he much like Superman I feel like even when he might come off a bit callous isn't a ticking time bomb.

Which again leads to the fact that he's just better than majority of the other vigilantes of Gotham. Could he kill someone again sure. But the motivation will never be. I'm gonna be evil because the world made me this way. He will never justify his actions with his own trauma.

Is the self-awareness that no one else has every single other bat would excuse it and he will never.
