Since Pride is around the corner and everything, I want to make a tinny-tiny psa for The Bartender 1941's sexuality!

As you guys know... The Bartender doesn't have a canon sexuality, and I'm fairly chill with people shipping whoever they want with them.

The only thing closely related to LGBTQ+ is through their pronouns where I (mostly me) refer to them as them/they pronouns, though anyone can call them any any pronouns. The person, "He" is already gone.

But keep in mind that shipping doesn't automatically mean they're gay/bisexual/pan and such. Or worst, confusing it with canon.

Still, have fun and happy pride.

Summery: The Mansion Kids is a Creepypasta x Black Phone au that focuses on Gwen Amy and Susie a year after the Black Phone events as they're suddenly thrust into the chaotic world of Midrelm and their new lives as Proxies to Slenderman, otherwise known as the Watcher!

The story is split between the children of the Slendermansion and their lives as well as the residents of Midrelm.

But first, I want to address some misconceptions!

Is The Bartender and Kagekao canonly dating?

The answer is NO, but I won’t hold it upon people if they still want to ship them. At least clarify that it’s a headcanon!

Is The Bartender Offenderman’s proxy?

The answer is also NO, and I don’t want them to be!

Was The Bartender experimented on?

No, I don’t know how people thought of that.

With the misconceptions out of the way, let’s look at some facts/questions!

What IS The Bartender 1941?

First off, there isn’t much as to what they are. But I can confidently say that they’re a zombie/undead. I just don’t know what type of zombie.

No, they’re not a demon or anything.

How old are they?

Biologically, more than 100+ years old as he is born somewhere between the early 1900s. However, they’re physically 30-36 years old.

Why use They/Them/It pronouns?

I separated The Bartender’s identity into two parts: (He/him) • The one who died before transformation vs (They/Them/It) • Being the undead, because “he” is dead.

I will address that he was a male before he died.

Canon sexuality?

So far, they don’t have one since I don’t view it as important to implement into a horror character. Does The Rake or Slenderman have a canon sexuality? No, so why my OC?

But I do see them as Aroace-coded.

Have they interacted with other Creepypastas canonly?

Nope! And I don’t want that happening! Headcanons/AUs are fine though!

What nationality/ethnicity are they?

Ethnically, 100% White European

Nationally, US American citizen (born there)

Also, I rather NOT have anyone changing their race since it IS important to their lore. My OC, my rules.

Where is the rest of their head?

The upper head was cremated and filled into a small urn. Where is this urn...? Try to find out.
