it's very funny when transmascs whine about how transandrophobic trans women are and all of their examples are things that only other transmascs say. I have never, not once in my entire life, even from the most bitter and angriest of self-proclaimed baeddels, heard a transfem call a transmasc "zippertits". personally I think if you don't want to be called shit like that you should stop hanging out with transmeds and twerfs, but I guess in order to filter them out of your spaces you and your buddies would have to take a principled zero-tolerance stance against transmisogyny, so unless you're willing to do that I guess you'll just have to put up with it 🤷‍♀️

I don't mind Ncuti Gatwa lying about his reason for leaving doctor who, it's his right to keep what happened hidden especially if actually telling the truth might hurt his career. But couldn't he and RTD have come up with a slightly better reason than "I'm too old and tired for this role"?

Like, he is the second youngest and visibly the most fit and muscular doctor to ever take on the role. He only did 2 short seasons and some of the episodes he was barely in. And it doesn’t even look like he had as much action and stunt work as other doctors. No matter how you look at it, it makes no sense.

I don't know what actually went down behind the scenes but whatever it is, RTD should be ashamed for leaving Gatwa to fend for himself against a media crisis which he helped create.

Are you concerned about the sites you use being blocked? How will this effect the gaming industry? Should we all just get VNPs? Will you be giving your ID to sites like Tumblr?

The Online Safety Act has massive implications for safety and privacy. It’s being enacted under the guise of protecting children, but opens the door to surveillance and censorship.

I’m all for websites and businesses being forced into taking action to protect users. But having to age verify per website is a silly measure.

Haven’t looked into what VPNs will do in this case, imagine a bunch of folk will start using them if they aren’t already.

I’m not wild about every message I send on a messaging app being subject to being scanned.

I think anyone who takes the “There’s nothing to fear if you have nothing to hide’ stance is a clown.
