Some people lose their phone, sometimes hackers hack them, sometimes jelous boyfriend/girlfrind post them and sometimes mobile phone repair people takes them. Irrespective of the reason it is always out of concent.

Please do not encourage those post, instead report or delete them. Others privacy and life is as important as yours and taking this small step will help victims.

Those pics comes to internet by an accident which may happen to you as well. I have seen cases where people have taken life threatening steps after being humiliated via circuated pics. So be responsible and report those pics/videos.
