Warm-up. And I also thought this through. 1- The clothing in her hell is half-alive, half-dead. Since demons flay the skin off humans who end up in their hell, the skin dies, but the inhabitants immediately "treat" it with a special slime they created to preserve some semblance of life in the tissue. So when wearing it, the skin will weakly attempt to fuse with the wearer’s body, ensuring the clothing never slips off. Yet, it can be easily removed by the wearer. 2- Moira’s whip is made from organs and weak souls that hold back a certain flow of hellfire. They specifically chose weak ones so the whip’s temperature could be controlled by the force of the swing—the harder the strike, the hotter the whip becomes. That’s why Moira used to be physically strong.
