I dunno whether I picked up something from my nephew at the weekend, or whether my CFS is not happy with me being busy 5 weekends in a row, but I've had some sort of cold all week, and I called in sick to work today cos I only slept 3 hours and I know pushing myself just makes me worse. But anyway I'm panicking cos I've not managed to nap all day(never a problem for me) and last time I couldn't sleep it was the start of a really really bad depressive spell so now I'm panicking wheeeeeee
