Below you'll find a list of underrated gifmakers who deserve more love, recognition and support for their creations. I've tried to list a few groups/artists they create for to help navigate a little but please take some time to look through their creations for a better portrait.

This is round two so you'll find new additions and some creators from round one have been removed if they appeared inactive (in terms of gifmaking) but still worth checking out if you missed it the first time around.
