hii, i have an idea for Kimi where he has a girlfriend that lives in another country but for his graduation she surprises him there even though he thought she was still in her own country
fairy godmother max— ka12
smau + blurbs
yn and kimi have been together since they were fifteen—growing up side by side, even as life started pulling them in different directions. now, with yn living in another country and kimi chasing his dream in formula 1, time together is rare, and the distance is harder than either of them expected. when kimi’s graduation day arrives, he assumes it’ll be just another milestone, another event she’ll have to miss. but what he doesn't know is that yn has a few surprises up her sleeve…with the help of a certain world champion.

The screen lights up with his name just as you’re about to crawl into bed.
Kimi 💙 wants to FaceTime…
You smile instinctively, heart tugging even before you swipe to answer.
“Hi,” you say, and there’s a warmth in your voice that only exists for him.
His face fills the screen a second later — hoodie on, hair slightly messy like he’s been running his hands through it, eyes heavy with something unspoken.
“Hey,” he murmurs. And just like that, it’s quiet. The kind of silence that wraps around your chest and squeezes.
You can tell. He’s trying to be fine. But the smile doesn’t quite reach his eyes tonight.
“You okay?” you ask softly.
He nods once. Then again. “Yeah. Just… I don’t know. I miss you.”
You sigh. “I miss you too.”
He leans back on his pillow, the phone angling just enough to catch the posters on his wall and the edge of his desk, cluttered with school papers and notes. “Graduation’s in a few weeks and everyone keeps asking who’s coming. And all I wanna say is you, but I don’t even know if you can be here.”
Your heart cracks just a little. “Kimi…”
“I’m not mad,” he says quickly, like he already regrets bringing it up. “I know you’re busy, and the flights suck, and F1 weekends don’t exactly stop for me to wear a silly cap and shake someone’s hand. It’s just… I want you there. Really bad.”
You don’t say anything at first. Because what is there to say? You want to be there too. More than anything. But your schedule’s been insane, and between time zones and obligations, it’s all starting to feel like you’re stuck behind a glass wall you can’t break through.
“I’m trying to figure it out,” you tell him honestly. “I swear, I’m looking at flights every day. I want to be there more than you know.”
He nods, eyes flickering down like he’s trying to hide the weight of it all. “It’s not even about graduation. It’s just… I’m tired of missing you. Tired of this screen being the only way I get to see your face.”
You swallow hard. “I know. Me too.”
“I’d give anything just to have you next to me right now,” he says, voice barely above a whisper. “Even if we didn’t talk. Just to know you’re here.”
You press your hand to your chest like that might hold it together. “We’re almost there,” you promise. “Just a little bit longer.”
“Promise?”
You smile, aching and real. “Always.”
He lets out a shaky breath and leans in just a little closer to the camera, like if he tries hard enough, he might reach you through the pixels. And you sit there, both quiet, both hurting, but both still trying—because that’s what love looks like from miles apart. Not perfect. Just worth it.
You scroll past the name twice before your thumb finally hovers over it. Max Verstappen. You haven’t called him in weeks — not because anything’s wrong, but because life has been busy, chaotic, distant. Still, he’s always made it clear: “For you and Kimi? Anytime. Anywhere. I’ll send the damn jet if I have to.”
And tonight… you need the jet. The phone rings once. Twice. Then you hear his voice — scratchy, tired, but still very Max.
“You’re alive,” he says. “Was starting to think you ran off to join a cult in New York.”
You laugh under your breath. “Hi, Max.”
“Hi,” he echoes, but softer this time. “What’s going on?”
There’s a pause. Not because you don’t know what to say — but because saying it makes it real. Your heart is already in Italy with Kimi, counting down the days to his graduation, to seeing his name called, to the one moment he’s been dreaming of since he was a kid. And you can’t miss it.
“I need to call in that favor,” you say.
There’s a beat of silence. Then a low chuckle. “I knew this day would come.”
“I’m serious,” you tell him. “I’ve checked every flight, every connection, and nothing gets me there in time. He keeps pretending it doesn’t matter, but it does, Max. I have to be there.”
He doesn’t hesitate. “Say less. The jet’s yours.”
Your throat tightens. “Really?”
“Really. I’ll have it waiting. You just tell me where and when. And YN?” His voice softens. “You showing up? That’s going to mean everything to him. You two… you’ve got the real thing. I’ve always known that.”
You blink fast, suddenly overwhelmed. “You’re gonna make me cry.”
“Good. Then we’re even,” he teases, a smile clear in his voice.
You shake your head, heart full. “I owe you.”
“Just send me a picture of his face when he sees you. That’s payment enough.”
And just like that, the plan’s in motion. Because sometimes, the people who love you don’t need explanations — they just show up. Or, in Max’s case, they send a jet.
You pace your room, nerves buzzing in your stomach like bees. Max has already confirmed the jet — it’s happening. You’re going. But there’s one more call you have to make before you start throwing clothes in a suitcase.
You scroll until you find the contact saved as Mamma Antonelli 💕 — because that’s how she insisted you save it after the first summer you stayed with them in Bologna. She picks up after two rings, and before you can even speak, her voice lights up.
“Tesoro! It’s been too long! Kimi told me you’ve been busy with work — are you eating? You always sound tired when you’re not eating.”
You laugh, heart swelling instantly. “Hi, Mamma. I’m okay, I promise.”
“Mm-hm. I don’t trust you. But I love you anyway,” she teases. You can already hear the clatter of dishes in the background — Sunday dinner prep, probably. “To what do I owe the honor?”
You sit on the edge of your bed, smile slipping into something more serious. “I… wanted to tell you something. Actually, I wanted to ask something.”
“Oh no. Are you eloping?”
You snort. “What? No!”
“Okay, okay, just checking. Then what is it?”
You take a breath. “I’m coming to Kimi’s graduation. Max is sending the jet. I haven’t told Kimi — I want to surprise him.”
There’s a pause, and then— “Oh, mio Dio. You’re going to make me cry.”
You smile, a little watery. “I couldn’t miss it. He’s pretending he doesn’t care if I’m there or not, but I know it matters to him. And I just… I need to be there. For him.”
You hear rustling in the background, her calling out something in rapid-fire Italian. Then Kimi’s dad gets on the phone, his voice warm and familiar.
“She told me. You’re coming.”
“I am,” you say, smiling into the phone. “But don’t tell Kimi. Please.”
“I would never,” he promises. “He’s been sulking around like a lost puppy. This will knock the wind out of him — in a good way.”
“He’s going to freak out,” you whisper, grinning now.
“He’s going to cry,” his mom adds in the background.
You laugh. “You really think so?”
“We know so,” they say in unison.
“Okay, then,” you breathe. “Let’s pull this off.”
“We’ll be waiting at the airport,” Mamma says. “And then we’ll get you hidden before he even arrives. We’ll make it perfect.”
You hang up a few minutes later, cheeks aching from smiling so hard. Your chest is lighter now — filled with excitement instead of guilt. This is happening. You’re going to be there. And Kimi? He has no idea what’s coming.
The jet is sleek and quiet, and somehow still feels completely surreal. You’re strapped into the soft leather seat with your hoodie pulled tight over your head, window shade half-closed as the engines hum beneath you. You can’t stop checking your phone — triple-confirming the flight path, re-reading texts from Max, and replaying the plan in your head like you’re about to perform a heist. And just as the jet begins to taxi down the runway…
Kimi 💙 is calling…
Your heart leaps into your throat.
“No, no, no, not now,” you mutter, scrambling to answer before the noise gives anything away. You slide down in your seat, like somehow that will make you less suspicious.
“Hey,” you say, trying to keep your voice steady and definitely not like you’re ON A PRIVATE JET.
“Hey,” he says, sounding a little breathless. “What are you doing?”
You blink at the window, watching the airport disappear into motion. “Um. Just… heading somewhere.”
“Somewhere?” he repeats, a soft laugh in his voice. “That’s vague.”
You gulp. “Work stuff. Last-minute thing. Super boring.”
You can hear the smirk. “That why you sound all nervous?”
“I’m not nervous,” you say quickly. Too quickly. “Just tired. Early morning.”
“It’s like… 3PM where you are.”
Shit.
“Time is fake,” you blurt. “It’s a construct.”
There’s a beat of silence. Then Kimi laughs, low and warm, and somehow that makes everything worse. “You okay?”
“Totally. Totally fine. Just lots going on. Meetings. Presentations. Jet lag.”
You wince. Jet. Wrong word. Terrible word.
But Kimi, bless his oblivious heart, doesn’t react. “Well, I just wanted to hear your voice. I know things have been hectic.”
Your chest aches. “I’m really proud of you,” you say, suddenly emotional. “I know graduation is coming up and you’re probably pretending it’s not a big deal, but it is. You’re amazing, Kimi.”
He’s quiet for a moment. “I wish you could be there.”
“I know,” you whisper, holding your breath so you don’t ruin everything. “Me too.”
Another silence. Then. “Okay. I’ll let you go. Call me later, okay?”
“Promise,” you say, smiling so hard your cheeks hurt. “Love you.”
“Love you more,” he says, before the line goes dead.
You exhale, head dropping back against the seat. Somehow, you didn’t blow the surprise. Barely. And now, you’re flying toward the one person in the world who has no idea you’re about to show up and change everything.
The jet touches down with barely a bump, sunlight flooding through the window as the plane slows on the runway. Your heart is pounding, fingers drumming nervously against your thighs. You can’t believe you’re actually here. In Italy. For him. As the cabin door opens and the warm air hits your face, you quickly pull out your phone. There’s only one person you need to call first. Max Verstappen.
He picks up on the second ring.
“You landed?”
“Just now,” you breathe, already smiling. “Max… thank you. I know you always joked about sending the jet, but—”
“I wasn’t joking,” he interrupts casually. “I’d do it again. And again. You two are disgusting and adorable and give the rest of us hope.”
You laugh, a little choked up. “Seriously. I don’t know how to repay you.”
“Like I said…all I need is proof of his reaction. I want to see the exact moment his brain breaks in half.”
You grin. “Done.”
“Good. Go get your boy.”
You hang up just as you spot them — Kimi’s parents, waiting just outside the private terminal with barely contained excitement. His mom is the first to see you.
“TESORO!” she yells, rushing toward you with open arms.
You barely have time to drop your bag before she’s hugging you so tightly your feet actually lift off the ground. “You’re here! You’re really here! Oh, mio Dio, he’s going to collapse.”
“I missed you too,” you laugh into her shoulder, overwhelmed in the best way.
Kimi’s dad pulls you into a hug next, his hand warm on your back. “He’s going to lose his mind,” he says with a proud grin. “He’s been pretending he doesn’t care, but he’s been moping around like a ghost.”
“And now,” his mom adds, wiping tears from her eyes, “you’re going to walk in and ruin him. Perfectly.”
“Thank you both,” you say, heart full. “For keeping the secret. For being part of this.”
“We’d do anything for you,” his mom says, cupping your face. “You’re family.”
And as they lead you to the car, laughing and chattering about the plan, your heart feels light again.
You’re crouched behind the kitchen counter, holding back a laugh as Mamma Antonelli calls out, “Maggie! Tesoro, come here for a minute!”
Tiny footsteps echo down the hallway, quick and full of purpose.
“What?” Maggie’s voice is high pitched and dramatic in the way only ten year olds can manage. “I’m making Kimi a card! And I used the fancy markers!”
“Just come, piccola,” Mamma says, smiling wide as she stirs a pot on the stove. “I have something to show you.”
Maggie stomps into the kitchen, all pink socks and hair in a pink headband, holding a glittery construction paper card in one hand and a scowl on her face. “This better be good.”
You slowly peek out from behind the counter.
“Surprise,” you say softly.
Maggie stops immediately.
Her whole face drops—eyes going wide like saucers, mouth falling open as she stares at you. For a second, she doesn’t say a word.
Then—“YN?!”
You barely have time to nod before she shrieks and runs at you, throwing her tiny arms around your waist with all the force her little body can manage. You stumble back a step, laughing through the sudden sting in your eyes.
“You’re really here?” she asks, voice muffled against your hoodie. “For real real? Not just on my iPad?”
“For real real,” you promise, hugging her tightly. “Just for Kimi. But I had to see you first.”
She pulls back, cheeks flushed with excitement. “He’s gonna cry. I just know it. He’s been all moody and weird and saying stuff like ‘it’s fine’ even though it’s clearly not fine.”
You giggle, wiping your eyes. “That sounds like him.”
“I’m gonna help!” she declares. “With the surprise! I can distract him or hide you or pretend there’s a present and then BOOM—it’s you!”
You glance at Mamma Antonelli, who’s trying not to cry into her wooden spoon.
“I think we just found the mastermind,” you say.
Maggie beams. “I’m so good at secrets. Except for that one time I told Papa about the broken vase, but that was different.”
You ruffle her hair. “We’ll be careful this time.”
She nods like she’s just been given a secret mission. “He’s gonna be so happy. You’re his favorite person.”
Your chest aches with love. “He’s mine too.”
And as Maggie skips off to start planning “Operation Surprise Kimi,” you take a deep breath and smile—because in this house, with this family, you’ve never felt more at home.
The sun is warm and golden, spilling over the ancient stone buildings that line the courtyard. There’s laughter in the air, shouts of congratulations in Italian, the occasional champagne cork popping in the distance. Red laurel crowns sit proudly on graduates’ heads, marking the end of years of hard work. And Kimi?
Kimi Antonelli is right in the middle of it all, standing in his white linen shirt, the crown just slightly crooked on his head, cheeks flushed from the sun — and maybe from emotion he’s not letting himself show. He’s smiling for photos, thanking professors, dodging confetti and hugs and the occasional overzealous cousin, but something is clearly missing. His smile doesn’t quite reach his eyes. And you see it. From where you’re hidden behind a group of olive trees with Maggie and his mother, your heart aches for him. You should’ve been standing beside him. But not for long.
“Kimi’s still over there,” Mamma Antonelli whispers, lifting her phone to start filming. “Max and George said to absolutely not miss the moment. Max said he’s taking bets on whether Kimi cries or faints.”
“I think both,” Maggie whispers gleefully. “Or maybe he’ll scream like a goat.”
You’re trembling a little, heart hammering as Mamma gives you the softest little nudge. “Vai. Go.”
You nod, swallow hard, and step out from behind the trees. Kimi is turned slightly away, laughing at something his best friend just said. His crown has slipped further down his forehead. His hand is gripping the side of his phone like he wants to text someone — probably you. And then, he hears it.
“Nice crown, graduate.”
He freezes. His body stiffens. His head snaps up. Slowly, like he doesn’t quite believe it, he turns around.
And there you are. Standing a few feet away in the same sundress you wore the summer you first visited Bologna. Hair curling from the humidity, eyes shining, heart in your throat. You’re smiling — already crying — but smiling. For a full five seconds, Kimi doesn’t move. Then he drops everything — the diploma folder, the champagne glass someone handed him, even his crown slips a little more off his head — and he runs.
His arms are around you in seconds, lifting you clean off the ground like he can’t believe you’re real. You’re laughing and crying into his shoulder, fingers buried in the back of his hair.
“You’re here,” he says, over and over again. “You’re here. You’re really here.”
You nod, pressing your forehead to his. “Surprise.”
Kimi pulls back just enough to look at you, tears now clearly in his eyes. “How? How are you here?”
You grin. “Max sent the jet.”
He blinks. “Max?!”
“And your mom helped. And your sister. And George’s only request was that you cry. So, you know. No pressure.”
He laughs through the tears, breath hitching as he leans in and kisses you like he’s starving for it — like months of distance and missed calls and sleepless nights dissolve in that one moment.
Behind you, you hear Maggie yell, “HE’S CRYING!” followed by the sound of Mamma Antonelli’s voice narrating in shaky, emotional Italian for the video.
“Look! Guardalo! Max, George — sta piangendo come un bambino innamorato!”
You break the kiss, burying your face in Kimi’s neck as he holds you tighter than ever.
“I didn’t want to miss this,” you whisper. “I couldn’t.”
“You didn’t,” he breathes. “You’re here. That’s all I need.”
And as red petals and confetti rain down from the sky, as friends cheer and his family watches with misty eyes and proud smiles, Kimi kisses you again — this time slower, softer, like a thank-you, a promise, a homecoming all in one. You showed up. You always would. And for the first time in a long time, everything feels exactly right.
The sun is low by the time you arrive at the Antonellis’ countryside home, warm golden light spilling across the terracotta tiles and olive trees. Kimi’s laurel crown sits on the dashboard of the car like a trophy, slightly bent but still proud. He holds your hand the entire drive — knuckles white, like if he lets go, you might disappear again. You don’t blame him. You still can’t believe you’re here either.
As you step out of the car, you’re immediately hit with the familiar scent of garlic, tomato, and fresh basil — the kind of smell that makes your heart ache with nostalgia. Mamma Antonelli is already out on the porch in an apron, yelling something toward the kitchen window.
“You brought her home and you graduated? Finally, we can breathe again!” she announces dramatically, wiping her hands on her apron before pulling you in for another warm, crushing hug. “You’re sitting next to me. I don’t care what Kimi says.”
“She likes you more than me,” Kimi mutters beside you, grinning. “Confirmed.”
“I’ve always liked her more than you,” she shoots back, ruffling his hair before disappearing inside.
Dinner is a beautiful kind of chaos. Plates piled with pasta al forno and roasted vegetables, bottles of red wine passed around the table, someone shouting over someone else every few minutes. Kimi’s cousins are arguing about sports, his uncle is showing your graduation surprise video to anyone who will watch, and Maggie is seated at your side, proudly telling everyone how she was “basically the mastermind.”
Kimi watches you through all of it — not in the way people usually mean when they say that, but really watches. Like he can’t believe you’re real. Every time you laugh or lean in to wipe tomato sauce from Maggie’s cheek or clink glasses with his dad, he looks at you like he’s still catching his breath. At one point, as the noise dies down just slightly, he leans over and kisses your temple.
“You fit so perfectly here,” he murmurs. “You always have.”
You smile against your wine glass. “Maybe it’s because I love all of you more than you love each other.”
Mamma overhears. “Grazie, finally someone tells the truth!”
Later, as dessert is brought out — a homemade tiramisu that’s already half gone by the time it reaches your side of the table — Kimi takes your hand under the table and squeezes it. You look over to find his eyes a little glassy again, his voice low and full of that kind of sincerity that only happens when the world slows down for just a second.
“I meant it earlier,” he says. “You being here… it made everything feel real. I didn’t care about the ceremony or the diploma. I just wanted you.”
You squeeze his hand right back, heart full. “And now you have me.”
He leans in, presses a soft kiss to your cheek, and murmurs. “Forever, if I get my way.”
The house is finally quiet. The last of the dishes have been cleared, Maggie’s tucked into bed, and Kimi’s parents are somewhere inside. The warm night air spills in through the open window, carrying the scent of jasmine and summer. You’re curled up on the little balcony just off his childhood bedroom, one of his old hoodies draped over your shoulders, your knees pulled to your chest as you look up at the stars.
He joins you a moment later — barefoot, hair a little messy, still glowing from the day. He doesn’t say anything at first. Just sits down beside you, thigh brushing yours, hand finding your knee like it belongs there. Which it does.
“Hey,” he says softly.
“Hey.”
“You sure you’re real?” he asks, turning toward you. “Because you keep disappearing on me.”
You smile, tipping your head to rest on his shoulder. “I’m real. I’m here. I’m not going anywhere.”
He exhales like he’s been holding that breath for months. You sit in silence for a moment, watching the lights flicker in the distance. Then he speaks again, voice low and honest in a way that only ever happens when the world finally goes quiet.
“I really thought you wouldn’t come.”
Your heart squeezes. “Kimi…”
“No, I know it’s not your fault,” he adds quickly. “I just— I told myself I didn’t care. Told everyone it was fine. But it wasn’t. I wanted you there. Needed you there. And then you were.”
You reach for his hand and lace your fingers through his. “I wanted to be there the second I found out the date. I would’ve moved mountains. Or at least begged Max to move them for me.”
He laughs — soft and tired, but real. “You don’t know what that did to me. Seeing you. I think time stopped for a second.”
You turn your head and meet his gaze, moonlight catching the gold in his eyes. “It stopped for me too.”
Kimi leans in and kisses you gently, slowly — no rush, no heat, just something warm and full of meaning. His hands slide around your waist, pulling you close until you’re practically in his lap, curled against him like the final missing piece has clicked into place.
“I don’t care how busy things get,” he whispers. “How far the races are or how many airports we have to go through. I just want you to keep showing up like that.”
“I will,” you promise. “Whenever it matters. Always.”
He rests his forehead against yours, eyes fluttering closed. “I love you.”
“I love you,” you echo, voice full and sure.
And there, on that quiet balcony with the stars overhead and the world asleep around you, Kimi holds you a little tighter — like he finally believes this isn’t just a dream.
The morning comes slow and golden. A breeze slips through the open window, carrying the scent the garden below. The room is still — warm and hazy, touched by early sunlight. Somewhere down the hall, you can faintly hear the clink of mugs and the low hum of his mom talking to Maggie. But here, wrapped in Kimi’s arms, the rest of the world doesn’t matter.
His chest rises and falls beneath your cheek, his heartbeat steady and grounding. One of his hands is tangled lazily in your hair, the other curled around your hip like he never quite let go during the night. He’s warm, impossibly so, like the sun lives beneath his skin. You shift a little and feel him stir.
“Mmm,” he hums, voice still raspy from sleep. “Still here?”
You smile without opening your eyes. “Told you I wasn’t going anywhere.”
He kisses the top of your head, slow and sleepy. “Good. Would’ve chased you if you did.”
“Would’ve made you work for it.”
“I’d work forever if it meant waking up like this.”
You finally lift your head and look at him. His curls are messy, one cheek slightly smushed against the pillow, but he’s still devastatingly handsome in that quiet, undone way. His eyes are soft, heavy-lidded, full of something deeper than just sleep — something closer to awe.
“You’re staring,” you murmur.
“You’re here,” he says back, like it’s still the most unbelievable thing in the world.
He brushes your hair back gently, fingers ghosting along your jaw like he needs to memorize it again. “Last night felt like a dream. The dinner. The surprise. You. This.”
“This is real,” you whisper.
“I know. That’s the best part.”
You snuggle closer, nose tucked beneath his jaw. “Your mom’s making coffee.”
“She’ll wait.”
“I think Maggie’s outside our door.”
“She’ll survive.”
You laugh into his chest, and he pulls you even tighter. “Let’s stay like this a little longer,” he says. “Just you and me. No rushing. No flights. No leaving.”
“Okay,” you whisper. “Just us.”
And you stay there — tangled in sheets and sun and each other — hearts steady, breaths slow, the morning stretching out like it was made just for the two of you.

That's weird.
You're not anywhere in your house. You haven't responded to their messages yet.
"Think they finally had enough of us?" Baby mutters, looking through your snack drawer—nothing of interest—before closing it harsher than intended. The loud bang echoes in the empty kitchen.
Abby narrows his eyes as he looks through the window. The sun is going to set soon. "That can't be right. Maybe they went to buy something."
"Without telling us?" Mystery growls, his fingers fidgeting together. Well, it's not like you need to tell them every action you'll do. He's not even sure himself why he's so irritated.
After all, they were already planning to take your soul after the whole thing is over. But now that he's thinking of it again, the idea doesn't feel so good anymore...
The front door suddenly squeals open. All of them turn, expecting you, but instead meet Romance's face.
"Don't look so disappointed," Romance scoffs with an eyebrow raise. "I found the human. Come on."
— 🫧
First, they felt relief, then anger, then sadness, then nothing.
They found you alone, as Romance said you were, but then you started laughing. Your gentle laughter stopped them from getting any closer. A smile curls on your lips as your eyes consistently follow something.
"What?" Romance mutters, confusion scrunching his face. They can't see well from this angle—but they can't move either without being seen.
"I told you it's slippery," you snicker, walking over and extending your hand. Ah. So you weren't alone. "Come on. I'll help you up, I guess."
"Thanks," a voice replies, matching your energy, causing all of the boys to glance at each other. They watch as a hand takes yours. "I guess."
The person gets up—a man. Not a demon, but a human. Standing too close to you and still holding your hand. Or maybe it was just a normal distance, and time felt like forever watching you touch that thing—but, oh, Gwi-Ma. They feel like boiling their human forms.
You finally let go of him, using your hand to fish your phone out of your pocket. A frown snakes across your lips after a while. "Oh, no."
"Oh no?" your friend asks, tilting his head. "Is something wrong?"
You begin chewing your bottom lip, looking around. "No, uh, not really. But I have to go now. Nice catching up with you, man!"
"Aw, really?" he says, glancing at his phone. "Oh. It is pretty late. Isn't your apartment like right over there? I can—"
"There you are!"
You and your friend turn your heads, both of your eyes widening for entirely different reasons.
Abby approaches you with a charming smile, settling an arm over your shoulders. He hums as he takes a good, innocent look at your companion. "Who's this?"
"Saja— Abs—Abby? From Saja Boys?! Uh, I mean— Hi! So nice to meet you!" An unexpected blush blooms over your friend's face. He glances at you with nervousness and fascination before bowing his head.
Your friend shows off a crooked grin. He's a big fan already; he told you moments ago how he had Soda Pop on loop. You huff and remove Abby's arm from your shoulder, barely able to hold your flinch at the way he looked offended.
You gaze at Abby in anticipation.
Abby immediately gets the hint and masks himself. "Oh, a fan! Thank you for your support!"
They took a picture, Abby did his autograph, all the while giving him fanservice with his abs. Your friend giggles cheerfully as they shake their hands goodbye. You didn't miss the way Abby wiped his hand on his shirt when your friend wasn't looking.
"Take care!" you call to him, waving a hand before turning to a blank-faced Abby.
He stares at you humorlessly.
You blink, avoiding his eyes. "Uh, hey. Sorry about... not replying. I ran out of—"
Abby chuckles, smiles like he wasn't just judging your entire being, and shakes his head. He returns to draping his arm around your shoulder protectively. "No need to explain. We're glad you're safe. Let's go home."
Your brows furrow as Abby guides your walk. We're? We?
It's an obvious thing that once a member is involved, all of them are. Just... where are the others? Abby is the only one here.
You stray your eyes, landing on a window.
In the dim reflection, three pairs of glowing, golden eyes point at you in the distance. Ah. There they are. Watching, waiting.
Ugh. You look away. Jinu's never this level of creepy. He's not present again, as always.
You don't notice Abby nodding his head curtly next to you.
— need .. need to include more horrors..... ngl I'm stuck between funny or horrific yan!saja boys ,,
— also if you're wondering why Jinu isn't here, I just prefer not to include him in general! yeah my bad, in my other fics he's just kinda hanging around

Rafayel hadn’t painted in days.
Not because he didn’t want to, but because every time he even tried to so much as touch a brush, a certain beautiful menace was dragging him right back into the bedroom by the collar like a starved kitten with her favorite toy.
His poor shirt was buttoned wrong. His once pristine neck was painted in lipstick marks and bitten raw with hickeys shaped like little hearts. His mouth was kiss-swollen, glossy, and parted slightly as he leaned dizzily against the hallway wall, blinking at you like a drunk man seeing God.
“You’re so sexy,” you purr as you press against him, tracing the line of his jaw with your glossed-up finger. “I can’t help it, Raffy. You just exist and I go stupid.”
“I’m the one who’s gone stupid,” he breathes, voice breaking with a soft giggle as your kisses trail down his throat. “Pretty… crazy… wife, stealing my soul every hour on the hour like it’s your little job or something…”
And oh, you did treat it like a job. Like a full-time, salaried position with benefits and paid leave you’d never take. You’d strut around the estate in your little silk robe and thigh-high socks, looking every bit like a forbidden painting, before grabbing him by the shirt and dragging him off again with a wicked grin.
“You’re literally glowing,” you coo, nose brushing against his cheek as you admire your latest work, him. “Look at you. Covered in my kisses. I’m so proud. You’re such a good boy~”
“Nngh—” Raf’s knees buckle.
He slumps into your arms, completely pliant, like you’ve melted every one of his bones with love. His purple lashes flutter, and a dreamy pink tinge sits high on his cheeks.
“My beautiful wife thinks I’m sexy…” he whispers like he’s about to start sobbing. “I’m never recovering from this…”
You tug him close, letting him sink into your arms as you back into the bedroom again, for the fifth time this afternoon.
“Shhh, you don’t need to recover, raffy,” you whisper against his mouth. “You just need to lie back and let me show you how much I love your stupidly perfect body.”
The door clicks shut.
His palette stays untouched. His shirt stays halfway unbuttoned. And the only brush that sees use tonight… is the one tangled in your hair as he whines your name against the sheets, dizzy on your love.

Zayne was a mess.
Not in the way most people would ever see. Oh no, publicly, he was still Dr Zayne: the cold, composed, genius heart surgeon. Not a strand of black hair out of place, not a single button undone. Calm. Elegant. Untouchable.
But privately?
Privately he was currently standing in the master bedroom with his tie yanked loose, shirt unbuttoned halfway down, and covered in so many lipstick kisses it looked like you’d stamped him into a love letter.
He leaned one hand on the doorframe for balance, panting softly, collar tugged and wrinkled from where you’d dragged him inside yet again.
“…Sweetheart.” His voice was hoarse. “I have patients to check in on.”
“Nope,” you hummed, already circling him like a little spoiled lioness in silk and perfume. “You’re my patient now. And you’re staying in bed until I say you’re discharged.”
Zayne blinked slowly, like his brain was still buffering from your kisses. His tie slipped from his neck entirely. His hands were on your waist before he could even think.
“You’re addicted,” he murmured, but his voice was low and warm, full of amusement and just the slightest tremble of surrender.
“You’re the one who walks around this house in tight black shirts like a walking wet dream,” you purred, fingers tracing down his abs like he was sculpted marble. “I told you I married you for your body, doctor.”
“…You married me because I own five estates, pay your credit cards off before you even check them, and give you four-hour back massages when you throw tantrums.”
“And also because your V-line is actually life-ruining,” you whisper against his skin before planting yet another lipstick-stained kiss just above his waistband.
Zayne groaned softly. His eyes fluttered half-lidded as he let you press him back against the bed, his gorgeous, sharp-featured face already dazed. There were kiss marks on his hips now. On his collarbone. On the inside of his wrist where you bit down gently just to hear him exhale.
“You’re…unbelievable,” he muttered, voice cracking faintly as you straddled him.
“Mmhm.” You smiled sweetly. “But you love it.”
“…Unfortunately.”
He was so gone for you. Even as his toned arms lay limp against the pillows, even as his body was flushed and marked and glowing under the soft bedroom light, he still looked at you like he couldn’t believe he got to keep you.
And when you leaned down and whispered, “Gonna ride my sexy husband like it’s a sport,” Zayne swore under his breath, caught your hips, and dragged you down hard, like he wasn’t the one who needed a break from you.

Xavier didn’t know what time it was.
He was shirtless, breathless, and leaning against the plush velvet headboard like he’d just been gently murdered, his silver hair mussed beyond repair and his elegant neck covered in pink-gloss lip prints and fluttery love bites. The silk sheets were halfway down his waist, revealing the faintest trace of toned abs and flushed skin from yet another… session.
He blinked slowly as you crawled up his body again like a smug little kitten, still glowing, still in that ridiculous frilly negligee he’d bought you just to see you ruin it.
“Starlight…” His voice was low, dazed. “You pulled me in here… five times today.”
“Because you’re the prettiest thing in this entire penthouse,” you coo, kissing under his jaw. “And because I’m addicted to my beautiful husband. Do you want me to stop?”
His arms immediately wrap around your waist, possessive and needy even in his exhaustion.
“…No.”
You giggle and start kissing a new trail across his collarbone, admiring your work. His skin is pale and smooth, your lipstick imprinted all over him like you’d stamped him as your personal property.
He watches you with half-lidded, adoring blue eyes, high on your touch and murmuring things like:
“You’re insane…”
“You keep marking me like a wolf in heat…”
“…I love it.”
His long fingers trail up your thigh lazily, a soft smirk playing on his lips despite how flushed and breathless he is.
“You think I’m sexy?” he whispers, a little teasing, a little desperate.
You pause, eyes widening slightly like he just said the dumbest thing you’ve ever heard. You grab his face with both hands.
“Xavier,” you say, deadly serious. “I think you’re the sexiest man alive. I think you’re so hot it should be criminal. I think you were genetically engineered to ruin me.”
“…Okay.” He swallows. “I’m going to cry now.”
He actually does look like he might, his ears go a little pink and he hides his face in your neck, letting out a muffled groan as you stroke his silver hair and hum softly.
You’re not sure how long you lay there cuddling, but the second you so much as shift your hips,
He flips you under him.
“…One more,” he murmurs, lips brushing yours. “For science. For your addiction.”
And just like that, your sexy, sleepy, otherworldly husband is back in action, completely high on your love, his toned body shivering under your touch, whispering against your lips like a prayer:
“Keep calling me sexy. I’ll never get tired of it…”

Sylus looked like he’d just walked off the cover of a scandalous magazine, shirt half open, silver hair tousled to hell, red eyes heavy-lidded and dazed, his pale skin littered in deep wine-colored love bites and obscene lipstick prints that trailed all the way from his collarbones down past his abs.
He sat back on the edge of the bed with a lazy smirk and a hand in his hair, exhaling a breathy little laugh like he couldn’t believe what just happened.
Again.
You were already crawling into his lap again.
“Kitty,” he murmured, amused. “I’ve got six missed calls. Three international meetings. A contract waiting to be signed. And here you are… pulling me back into bed for the fourth time in a row.”
“You look too good to ignore,” you say sweetly, arms looped around his neck. “Your body makes me feral, Sylus. You want me to just not jump you every hour? That’s unrealistic. Be serious.”
His eyes crinkle faintly with laughter, head tilting slightly as he studies you with that sharp, slow-burning gaze of his.
“You’re obsessed.”
You hum, nuzzling into his chest. “You made me like this. With your stupid abs. And that sexy little vein on your forearm. And your voice. And the way you look at me when you’re about to ruin my life.”
“Is that so?” His voice dips low, velvety and smug. “Because I’m the one covered in gloss and claw marks, kitten.”
He glances down at the state of himself, shirt wrinkled, belt unbuckled, skin decorated in possessive little reminders of your obsession, and lets out a pleased sound, like your addiction entertains him.
“You’ve been dragging me by the tie into the bedroom like a starving wife with a rich, sexy trophy husband,” he muses. “You want me that badly, huh?”
You climb into his lap fully, pressing a line of kisses up his throat.
“I want you all the time,” you whisper. “I want you spoiled, smug, and shirtless. I want you dizzy and wrecked and begging me not to kiss you again, and then still moaning when I do.”
He stares at you for a beat. Then lets out the lowest, filthiest chuckle.
“God, I love you.”
You grin as he pulls you down again, flat against the mattress, his hands already slipping under your silk slip.
And as he kisses you, slow, possessive, devastating, you feel him murmur against your lips with that teasing, breathy tone of his:
“Next time you drag me in here like that, at least let me close the damn door.”

Colonel Caleb was wrecked.
His dark brown hair was tousled from where you’d been tugging at it, his uniform shirt was halfway off, gold buttons undone and hanging off one shoulder, and his neck and chest were littered in bright pink lipstick kisses and faint purple bite marks. The top of his black undershirt was soaked in your gloss from where you’d kissed him through the fabric just to be dramatic.
He leaned heavily against the wall outside the bedroom, blinking like he’d just emerged from an oxygen-deprived fever dream.
You peeked your head around the corner, grinning sweetly.
“There you are!” you chimed, grabbing him by the collar. “Round five.”
Caleb flinched. Physically flinched. The collar of his once-pristine Fleet uniform was already stretched from being yanked on all day.
“Baby,” he said, voice hoarse and barely holding it together. “I can’t feel my legs. I, my whole body’s shaking. You’ve been dragging me back into the bedroom every hour like you’re on a mission.”
You beamed up at him with glossy lips and a wink. “That’s because I am. Operation: Ruin My Sexy Caleb.”
“…You need supervision,” he muttered, cheeks slightly flushed, glancing down at the mess you made of him.
“Mm-mm.” You tugged him close, palms flat against his bare chest. “What I need is your stupid hot body inside me again. You’re so big and strong and mean-looking but you fall apart the second I kiss your tummy, and it’s just so cute, I can’t stop.”
His entire body locked up.
“…Stop saying things like that with a straight face, Pips.”
You tilted your head innocently. “But it’s true. You’re my beautiful husband and I’m addicted to you. Look at you. All marked up and dizzy and mine.”
He tried to be grumpy, he really did. But the moment your fingers traced down his abs, his knees gave just slightly and he cursed under his breath.
“I was in a meeting,” he muttered. “Now I’m in your mouth.”
“You’re welcome.”
You grabbed him by the waistband, giggling like a spoiled brat dragging her favorite toy back to her castle. Caleb just sighed and followed, completely under your spell, his rough soldier hands already sliding around your waist.
“Y’know,” he murmured as you pushed him down onto the bed again, “when we first moved into this penthouse, I thought I was locking you up.”
You straddled him, planting another kiss on his cheek with a dramatic mwah and a fresh lipstick print.
“Oopsie. Looks like I’m the one keeping you in bed now, Colonel.”
“…Yeah.” His voice cracked softly. “And I love it.”
And with that, your big, scary Colonel husband, blushing and covered in kiss marks, let out a groan of surrender and let you ruin him all over again.

It started with Bucky's shirt.
One of his old ones, soft from too many washes, black faded to charcoal, sleeves loose enough to slip past your elbows. It hung just a little too long on you, clinging in places and bagging in others, but it still made you feel close to him.
Safe.
Like he was there in the room with you, instead of halfway across the world on some mission that wasn’t quite classified but still distant enough to keep him mostly off the grid.
You hadn’t meant to send anything. You really hadn’t. You were just curled up on the couch, legs tucked beneath a throw blanket, nursing a mug of tea that had long since gone cold.
The lights were low, the silence thick, and your phone screen glowed faintly in the dark as you scrolled thumb dragging slow over your camera roll until you landed on the last photo the two of you had taken before he left.
It was a simple one. His chin tucked over your shoulder, the ghost of a smirk on his lips, his arm slung lazily around your waist like he always had to be touching you, which was true.
Your smile was soft. Lazy. Your eyes half-lidded, hair messy from bed. It had been two weeks since that photo. Two long, aching weeks.
He still texted you, when he could.
Little things.
A quick “miss you” before lights out. A blurry image of the skyline, always from strange places. A half-joking voice note once where he said, “They’ve got me living off protein bars. Save me leftovers,” like he wasn’t out there risking his life for something you weren’t even allowed to ask about.
But the replies came slowly, and they were always short—just enough to let you breathe, but never enough to fill the space he left behind.
And it was that space—the hollow of it, the need—that made you do it.
You lifted your phone again, shifted your weight where you sat, and tugged the hem of his shirt just far enough down your thighs to frame the shot.
Your knees were drawn up, one bare shoulder exposed, your smile caught halfway between innocent and deliberate. It wasn’t explicit. Not even close. But it felt like something—a tease, a thread you knew he’d pull if you gave him the chance.
You didn’t overthink it. Just typed:
“Still smells like you.”
And hit send before you could talk yourself out of it.
Then you tossed your phone aside like it burned.
Your heart was pounding. You weren’t even sure why.
It wasn’t like he hadn’t seen you in less. Hell, he’d kissed every inch of your skin. Touched you in ways that still made your legs tremble if you thought about it long enough.
But this was different. The distance made everything charged. Every word, every image. And something about that photo—about the softness of it, the suggestion felt like more than just missing him. It felt like wanting him.
You tried not to think about it as you got ready for bed. You left your phone face-down on the nightstand, buried your face in his pillow, and told yourself not to obsess.
But in the morning, the reply was waiting for you.
Two words.
“Fuck. Baby.”
You sat up too fast, stomach flipping, and opened the photo he’d attached.
His boots were kicked up against a wall of stacked sandbags. The sun was low, desert light bleeding gold across the sky, casting long shadows across the terrain.
You could only see the lower half of his face, the sharp line of his jaw, the stubble on his throat, the faint tension in his parted lips. It was so him, and so not him, like a snapshot of something private, pulled from a world you didn’t belong to.
Beneath it:
“I miss you like hell.”
You stared at the screen for a long moment, then tucked the phone against your chest and exhaled.
It didn’t stop there.
A few days later, you sent a shot from bed. Nothing scandalous—just the soft tangle of your legs under half-kicked sheets, one bare thigh caught in golden morning light. The caption was short. Flippant, almost:
“Too much space without you here.”
Another from the bathroom—mirror fogged, droplets still clinging to your skin. Only your collarbone and the curve of your neck visible, hair wet, mouth parted like you’d been mid-sigh. You typed:
“Shower’s not the same without you.”
And hit send before your brain could stop your fingers.
Then you panicked. Tossed your phone across the bed, buried your face in your hands and groaned into the quiet.
What the hell were you doing?
He didn’t reply for hours.
But when he did?
“You’re gonna kill me, sweetheart.”
You swallowed. Your pulse throbbed low and slow in your belly.
A few hours later, just three more words:
“Show me more.”
And that was when it shifted.
The line between playful and needy started to blur—not all at once, but gradually. Incrementally. Like dipping your toes into warm water and not realising how deep you’ve gone until you’re sinking.
You found yourself leaning into it. Subtle provocations. A bite of fruit caught on camera, lips parted just enough. A sleepy video of you stretching in bed, the hem of your shorts sliding higher than necessary.
You weren’t posing, exactly. But you knew what you were doing.
You left him a voice memo once, late at night—soft laughter curling at the edges, his name whispered like a secret. Breathless. Wanting. He replied with a single line.
“Play that again. Slower.”
The escalation was inevitable.
One night, you propped your phone against a pillow and hit record. Ten seconds. That’s all. Just your hand, sliding low across your stomach, dipping below the band of your sleep shorts.
You didn’t touch yourself. Not really. But the implication was there—the slow exhale, the tension in your muscles, the camera cutting out just before anything too much.
You didn’t write a caption.
You didn’t need to.
He left you on read for an entire day.
When he finally replied, it was a photo—his hand, gloved, twisted tight in a white bedsheet. You stared at it for longer than you should’ve, pulse hammering behind your ribs, and saw the words beneath it.
“I don’t have the words for what you’re doing to me princess”
That night, you couldn’t sleep. You laid in the center of your bed, one hand between your thighs, too wound up to find relief. It wasn’t about the tension—not really.
It was him. Or rather, the absence of him.
You didn’t want the release if it wasn’t his hands, his voice in your ear. You wanted the weight of his body pinning yours to the mattress, the rasp of his breath when he lost control. The look he gave you when he was so far gone in you, he forgot how to be quiet.
By the third week, it wasn’t even teasing anymore.
You were in a tank top and soft shorts, sprawled across your bed. The cotton rode low on your hips, one hand resting just beneath the waistband, fingers grazing bare skin. You took the photo slow. Deliberate. Soft lighting. Warm shadows.
You looked at the camera like you knew what it would do to him.
The caption?
“Can’t stop thinking about you.”
You didn’t expect a response right away, but it came quicker than anything before.
A voice note.
You hesitated—thumb hovering over the play button.
Bucky’s voice was rough. Lower than usual. Just a little frayed at the edges.
“Don’t send that kind of shit unless you want me jerking off to it in the middle of a barrack full of mercs.”
You froze. Your breath caught in your throat.
Then, after a beat—quieter, deeper:
“I haven’t stopped thinking about you either.”
You didn’t send anything else that night.
You couldn’t.
You were already curled around the pillow he used to sleep on, heart pounding, thighs pressed tight, your body wound up with no place to go. You didn’t come—not properly—but you hovered close. Just enough to feel it ache in your bones.
The next morning, your phone lit up.
Call me tonight, when you’re alone
You stared at the message for a full minute, thumbs poised. Then, without thinking, you typed:
“Been waiting for you to ask.”
You hovered over the message, thought about deleting it. But you didn’t. You let it fly.
No reply came.
But just before midnight, your phone buzzed. The screen lit up with his name, and the words:
Incoming Video Call.
Your heart stuttered. Your breath hitched.
And you answered.
The screen lit your face with soft, flickering blue, catching on the curve of your cheekbone, the hollow of your throat. You hadn’t moved since the call came in.
The phone vibrated once in your hand and you stared at his name on the screen like it might vanish if you blinked too hard. And then you picked up—not thinking, not breathing—just hitting accept because you couldn’t not.
And suddenly, he was there.
The image was a little grainy. The lighting was bad—shadows cutting across his face in places, harsh fluorescents glowing behind him. But none of it mattered.
Because even through that poor connection and a scratched front camera, Bucky still looked devastating. Like he’d walked straight out of your memories and into your bedroom. His hair was pushed back, his jaw dusted in scruff, a faint glisten of sweat still clinging to the side of his neck.
“Hey, pretty girl.”
Just those two words. But they wrapped around your spine and tugged hard.
Your lips parted, but no sound came. You’d prepared for this—half-expected it after the last few days—but somehow you still felt caught off guard.
Because this version of him, this present Bucky, this heavy-lidded, shirt-stretching, arm-tensing Bucky was a living weapon, and you were entirely unarmed.
His gaze dropped slowly. His mouth curled just a little.
“You’re wearing my shirt,” he said, and it wasn’t a question.
You glanced down, smoothing your palm over the fabric like you’d forgotten. The neckline hung off your shoulder. The hem brushed the tops of your thighs. “I just missed you.”
He chuckled softly, but it was breathless. “Fuck, you look good in it.”
You didn’t respond. Not verbally. You just shifted your legs slightly, enough to show the bare stretch of skin where the shirt stopped and your thighs began. His eyes tracked it instantly.
“You’ve been torturing me,” he muttered, voice pitched low now, almost reverent. “All those pictures. All those fucking videos. And now this.”
You tilted your head, letting the shirt slip just a little further down your arm. “Thought you could use a reminder of what you're missing.”
His eyes burned. “Take it off.”
Your chest rose sharply.
He didn’t growl it, he didn’t snap. He just said it—low, intent, like he needed it more than breath.
You peeled it off slowly, fingers curling into the hem, lifting the worn cotton inch by inch until your bare skin caught the light. You pulled it over your head and let it fall behind you, leaving you in nothing but your panties—soft and thin and dark with the heat that had been building through the day.
His breath hitched audibly through the mic.
“Fuck. You’re even prettier than I remember.”
You smiled. “Your turn.”
He didn’t hesitate. Just reached for the hem of his shirt, dragging it up to reveal that perfect stretch of hard stomach and the dark trail leading below his waistband.
His abs flexed as he pulled the fabric over his head, tossing it off-camera. His vibranium arm gleamed faintly as it dropped back to his thigh, and your thighs squeezed together instinctively.
“You wet already?” he asked, eyes dragging over you like he was memorising it.
You bit your lip. “You wanna see?”
He groaned. “Show me, baby. Please.”
You shifted onto your back, propping the phone just right so he could see your whole body. Your hand drifted down, fingers hooking the edge of your underwear, dragging it slowly to the side until your pussy was bare and glistening in the soft glow of your bedside lamp.
His breath caught. You watched him exhale like he’d just been punched in the gut.
“Jesus fucking christ,” he muttered. “Look at that mess.”
“I made it thinking about you,” you said softly. “Thinking about your fingers. Your mouth. The way you fuck me when you’re too worked up to talk.”
His hand was moving already. Just slow strokes at first, under the waistband of his sweats, but you could see the outline of him—thick and heavy and aching—and when he tugged them down, your mouth actually parted.
“No boxers?” you asked, a breathy tease.
“Didn’t need ‘em,” he said, eyes glued to the screen. “Knew I wouldn’t last long.”
Your fingers moved to your clit, slow circles at first, dragging slick over swollen nerves. You moaned quietly, hips tilting into your own touch as you kept your eyes locked on his face. He was jerking himself now—long, firm strokes, the head flushed and leaking as he tightened his grip.
“You’re mine,” he said, voice shaking. “All fucking mine.”
“I’m yours,” you breathed. “Always.”
He swore again, his free hand bracing against his thigh as he fucked into his fist, watching you like he couldn’t decide whether to slow down or come apart.
“Spread wider for me,” he demanded, breath hitching. “Let me see how wet you are.”
You obeyed—lifting one knee, baring yourself fully for him. He made a sound then, dark and ragged.
“Fuck, baby. You’ve got no idea what you’re doing to me.”
“I do,” you whispered. “I want you to cum with me.”
Your fingers moved faster now, circling, pressing. You were soaked—obscene sounds rising between your thighs as your pleasure climbed. Your hips rolled helplessly into the motion, breath coming in short gasps.
You couldn’t stop. Didn’t want to. You were close — embarrassingly close—the pressure in your core wound tight, ready to snap.
“Say my name when you come,” he gritted out. “I want it in your mouth when you fall apart.”
“Bucky,” you moaned. “Bucky, I’m gonna—fuck—”
He was right behind you.
You cried out his name as your orgasm tore through you—sharp and fast and deep—your body arching, thighs trembling, pleasure blinding and raw.
You barely had time to breathe before you heard it—the low grunt, the curse, the slick sound of him spilling over his hand as his eyes fluttered and jaw locked.
“Shit. Fuck. You’re perfect,” he gasped. “Perfect.”
When it faded, you lay there panting, spent, legs still twitching. He mirrored you—head tipped back, chest heaving, hand slick where it rested on his stomach.
For a while, neither of you said anything.
And then he looked at you.
“You okay?”
You nodded. “I miss you James."
“I know,” he said softly. “I miss you too.”
You pulled his shirt back on, the fabric warm from your skin. Bucky smiled, eyes soft now.
“Keep wearing it,” he murmured. “Until I can pull it off you for real.”
“You better hurry home, Barnes.”
“I will,” he said. “First chance I get.”
Tumblr media
It was close to 2 am when you heard a knock on your bedroom door, you opened the door without thinking, breath caught somewhere between your ribs.
You hadn’t expected him this early, hadn’t dared to believe he could really be home. And yet, Bucky stood there in the dim hallway light, silent and eyes dark, his chest rising like he’d sprinted the last block just to get to you.
He didn’t speak. He didn’t smile. He just stepped inside, slammed the door with one hand, and grabbed you like a man starved.
His mouth was on yours before the lock clicked. Hot, hungry, no prelude. Just teeth and breath and weeks of desperation, his tongue claimed yours, kissing you like he didn’t know if he’d ever get the chance again.
It wasn’t soft. It wasn’t sweet. It was a snarl of lust and longing wrapped in salt and spit and the sound of you gasping his name.
You tugged at his jacket, fumbling the sleeves as he walked you backwards. His hands slid down your spine, possessive and certain, gripping like he needed to confirm you were real.
When the back of your legs hit the edge of the bed, he broke the kiss long enough to lift you. Your back thudded against the wall as his hands slipped under your shirt, dragging it up and off like he was tearing away the weeks that had kept him from you.
“No bra?” he asked, voice hoarse against your throat.
You managed a shaky breath. “Didn’t bother.”
His groan was low, a dark rumble in his chest. “Fucking perfect.”
He didn’t waste time. He dropped you on the mattress, eyes drinking in every inch of your bare skin as you lay sprawled across the sheets.
You reached for his belt, fingers eager, but he caught your wrists and pinned them above your head. His grip wasn’t tight, just firm enough to hold.
“Don’t,” he said, his gaze sharp, locked to yours. “Let me look at you.”
And he did.
His eyes moved slowly, reverently. Taking in every line, every shadow. Your nipples peaked under the weight of his stare, your thighs shifting restlessly where they parted for him. He stepped back, stripped off his shirt with one pull, then dropped his pants and boxers in a single motion.
He was already hard, thick and flushed and heavy against his stomach, and you reached again without thinking.
“No,” he growled, batting your hand away. “Spread your legs.”
You obeyed, legs falling open, your skin flushed and aching. He dropped to his knees between them, hands gripping your thighs, and dragged you closer to the edge of the bed.
His mouth was on you before you could take a breath. One long, hot lick that made your back arch off the mattress.
He moaned into your pussy, the sound guttural and needy. “Jesus, baby. You taste like a fucking dream.”
You fisted the sheets, thighs trembling as his tongue circled your clit, slow and unrelenting. His fingers dug into your hips, keeping you pinned as he devoured you. No teasing, just his mouth working you open like he could undo the time you’d spent apart with every stroke of his tongue.
You cried out when he sucked your clit into his mouth, sharp and tight and perfect. Your thighs shook, your breath stuttered, your entire body burning from the inside out.
“Thought about this every night,” he muttered, dragging his tongue down, slipping it into you with obscene ease. “Thought about how wet you’d be. How you’d taste after driving me crazy for weeks.”
“Bucky,” you gasped, already so close it hurt. “I’m gonna—”
He pulled back. Just like that. Leaving you throbbing, breathless.
You whimpered, hips chasing him. “Why—?”
He stood. His cock glistened with precum, flushed dark and twitching. He grabbed himself and stroked once, eyes still on you.
“Turn over.”
You rolled onto your stomach and pushed up onto your hands, arching your back as you felt him behind you. His hands gripped your hips, spread you wider. He dragged the head of his cock through your folds, coating himself in your slick, then slid inside with one deep, brutal thrust.
You cried out, nails clawing at the sheets.
He didn’t give you time to adjust. Just started fucking you like he owned you. The slap of his hips echoed in the room, his grunts raw and low, breath punching out of him with every thrust.
“This what you wanted?” he snarled. “Sending me those fucking videos? Making me jerk off in some goddamn bunker?”
You moaned, the sound wrecked. “Yes. Fuck, yes.”
He grabbed your hair, yanked your head back so your spine arched for him. “Say it. Say you’re mine.”
“I’m yours,” you gasped. “Yours, Bucky.”
“That’s right,” he gritted out. “Fucking mine.”
His flesh hand landed hard on your ass, the slap stinging and sharp, making your whole body jolt. You cried out, and it sent you over the edge. You came with a scream, muscles clenching tight around him, body shaking as pleasure ripped through you.
He fucked you through it, rhythm breaking, hips stuttering. You felt him pulse inside you, hot and deep, a ragged groan tearing from his throat as he emptied himself with your name on his lips.
He collapsed over you, breath hot against your neck, arms caging you in. Sweat cooled on your skin, and your heart raced in time with his.
Slowly, he pulled out, hands gentle now, dragging over your waist, your thighs, like he didn’t want to stop touching. You turned onto your side and he followed, pulling you into him, arms wrapped tight around your body like he was afraid you might disappear.
He kissed your shoulder, softer now. “If I knew I’d be coming back to this,” he murmured against your skin, “I’d tell Val to put me on more missions.”
You turned your head with a tired glare, swatting his chest. “Don’t you dare.”
He grinned, “Kidding princess,"
But his arm only tightened around you, and your fingers stayed tangled with his as the quiet settled between you—soft, spent, and just enough.

You didn’t think much of it at first.
Between the early mornings at the stables and the evenings spent passed out on the couch beside Joel, days had started to blur into each other. Your body always felt tired this time of year—mud season clinging to your boots, cold air snapping at your fingertips even under gloves. You’d chalked the nausea up to bad stew from the dining hall. But when your headache lingered past the usual, when the scent of hay and leather turned sour in your nose, it hit you.
You hadn’t had your period.
You stood in the feed room, half-empty bucket of oats dangling from your hand, the realization sitting heavy in your stomach. The math rolled around in your head, tumbling over itself. It had been… what? Over a month? Maybe more. You weren’t exactly counting days when every morning looked the same—Joel sipping black coffee, Ellie stealing bits of toast, and you rubbing sleep out of your eyes as you layered up for work.
But now, standing there, the silence of the stable around you, something clicked. You set the bucket down on the ground a little too quickly, pressing your palm to your stomach. No pain. No bloat. Just… a quiet sort of stillness.
The horses shuffled in their stalls. One of the younger colts let out a soft snort. You leaned your back against the wall, heart hammering in your chest.
You weren’t sure. But something deep in your bones told you—you already knew.
You didn’t tell anyone where you were going that morning.
Said you had errands to run—needed new gloves, maybe stop by the library. Joel didn’t press. He’d kissed your cheek, grumbled something about checking in with Tommy about a busted water heater, and told you he’d see you for dinner.
You walked to the clinic with your hands jammed deep into your jacket pockets. The cold bit at your cheeks, and every step felt heavier than the last. Not from dread exactly, but from the weight of maybe.
The clinic wasn’t much to look at. Two rooms, patched-together equipment, and a nurse named Carla who used to be a vet before the world ended. She was kind, though, and knew how to keep her mouth shut. You told her you wanted to rule something out. She just nodded, handed you a cup, and pointed toward the bathroom.
You stared at the strip of plastic on the counter like it held your whole future.
Five minutes. That’s all it took.
Carla didn’t say anything right away. She just looked down at the test in her hand, then back up at you, her expression soft.
“Well,” she said, “you’re pregnant.”
The room didn’t spin. It didn’t crash down on you, either. Instead, everything went still—like the moment before a horse takes off into a gallop. Heart pounding, lungs full of something sharp and sweet.
You were going to have a baby.
Joel’s baby.
Carla asked if you were okay. You nodded before you really even felt it, voice rough when you said, “Yeah. Yeah, I think I am.”
The walk back home was slower. Like you were afraid to jostle the news loose, or maybe afraid it still wasn’t real. But your hand drifted down to your stomach more than once, resting there in quiet awe.
Now, all that was left was telling him.
And with his birthday just a few days away, you couldn’t help but wonder how in the world you were going to tell him.
Joel didn’t like birthdays.
He never made a big deal out of them before the world ended, and now… well, now they just felt like reminders. Reminders of what he’d lost. Of how much older he was getting. Of how goddamn long he’d been carrying around all this weight.
He’d never forget waking up on that birthday—the one that split his life into a before and after. Many years later, the world had changed, but the ache hadn’t. Not really.
Still, this morning started like any other. The early light crept in through the crack in the curtains, soft and gray-blue. Beside him, you were curled under the blanket, one arm slung across his stomach, your face tucked against his shoulder. Warm. Familiar. Home.
He didn’t move at first. Just lay there, eyes on the ceiling, listening to the quiet. The muffled sound of someone in the street. A rooster off in the distance. You breathing slow and steady beside him.
You made it better—this day, this life. You had a way of pulling him back from the edge without even trying. He didn’t know what he’d done to deserve that, to deserve you, but he sure as hell wasn’t going to take it for granted.
Your fingers twitched slightly against his chest. You were starting to stir.
He turned his head just enough to watch you, that soft haze of sleep still in your features. He found himself smiling, just a little. The lines in his face stayed, though. The ones that came from time and sorrow and holding it all in for too long.
You blinked up at him.
“Mornin’,” he murmured, voice low and rough.
“Happy birthday,” you whispered back, eyes warm and knowing.
He groaned, turning his face away slightly. “Don’t remind me.”
You gave a quiet laugh, but didn’t tease him for it. You never did. You just leaned up to press a kiss to his jaw, fingers brushing along his ribs, gentle and grounding.
“I’m makin’ you pancakes,” you added softly. “Don’t fight me on it.”
He huffed, but it wasn’t real. “‘Course you are.”
He didn’t need gifts. Didn’t want anyone making a fuss. But if the day started like this—your warmth, your voice, your lips on his skin—then maybe it wouldn’t be so bad.
Even if he still carried the ghosts, this morning... it felt different. Like maybe something was waiting on the horizon, and he wasn’t sure what—but he trusted you’d tell him when the time was right.
You flipped the last pancake onto the plate, steam rising as you added a handful of thawed berries—ones you’d carefully saved from the last supply run. They weren’t exactly fresh, but they were sweet enough, and they made the stack look a little more festive.
Birthday pancakes.
Joel would pretend to grumble about it, but you knew he appreciated it. The small gestures. The quiet kind of love. You’d learned early on not to make a big deal of his birthday. Not out loud, anyway. But that didn’t mean you’d let it pass by like any other morning.
“Damn, something smells good,” Ellie mumbled as she shuffled into the kitchen, hair sticking up in five different directions, sleeves too long for her arms. She plopped down at the table, blinking slowly. “Is it somebody’s birthday or somethin’?”
You smirked as you slid a plate in front of her. “Could be.”
Joel followed behind her a second later, moving slower, like his body hadn’t quite forgiven him for being nearly sixty.
He rubbed at the back of his neck as he sat down across from her, eyes drifting to the plate you set in front of him.
Pancakes. Berries. A little dab of honey. No candles, no singing—just the kind of breakfast you didn’t make unless the day meant something.
He glanced at you, brow raised.
“You didn’t have to do all this,” he said.
“I wanted to,” you replied, brushing your hand over his shoulder as you passed. “Don’t argue with me on your birthday, Miller.”
Ellie shoveled a bite into her mouth. “Holy shit,” she mumbled. “Are these the blueberries?”
Joel chuckled under his breath, fork already in hand. His eyes lingered on you for a moment longer before he took his first bite. You saw the tension ease in his shoulders, just a little. Maybe the day still carried shadows for him, but right now? With a warm plate in front of him and people who loved him on either side?
He was okay.
You sat down beside him, resting your hand on your lap, feeling the thrum of nerves underneath your skin.
A knock on the door broke through the calm.
Joel looked up, chewing his last bite with a quiet grunt. You stood up to answer it, already guessing who it was. Sure enough, when you opened the door, Tommy stood there with a crooked grin and two hands shoved deep into his jacket pockets.
“Mornin’, birthday boy,” he called past you, stepping inside without waiting for an invite. “You look real good for a hundred.”
Joel let out a groan, dragging a hand over his face. “You had to come by, didn’t you?”
“You think I’m missin’ the one day a year I get to remind you I’m younger and prettier?” Tommy grinned, clapping his brother on the back as he passed by.
“Debatable,” Ellie chimed in, still chewing. “And you missed the berries.”
Tommy’s eyes lit up. “Berries?”
“Yup,” you said with an apologetic shrug, walking back to the stove. “Saved 'em for Joel. There’s still pancakes, though.”
Tommy sniffed the air like a bloodhound. “You spoil this man.”
“Someone has to,” you quipped, already grabbing another plate.
You served him a healthy stack—no berries this time, just a bit of honey and some leftover butter—and slid into your seat again. Joel was watching you, his eyes soft beneath the usual weight. He hadn’t said much, but you could feel it in the way his hand drifted to your knee under the table. Just a gentle touch. A quiet thanks.
Tommy shoveled in a bite and made a loud, satisfied sound. “Hot damn. You better marry her before someone else do.”
Joel raised an eyebrow. “You wanna lose a tooth today?”
You laughed, elbow resting on the table, chin in your hand. The teasing, the warmth, the way Ellie rolled her eyes and asked if she could have seconds—it all made the house feel full in a way you never took for granted.
Still, under it all, the secret sat in your chest like a fluttering heartbeat.
You’d give it a moment. Let them finish breakfast. Let Joel have this calm before you turned his world upside down.
In a good way, you hoped.
The house felt quieter once the door shut behind Ellie and Tommy. The laughter lingered in the walls for a moment, then faded, replaced by the gentle creak of wood and the soft clink of dishes as you rinsed them off.
Joel was still finishing the last of his coffee, sitting back in his chair, watching you. He looked more relaxed now—shoulders looser, lines around his mouth softened. Birthdays were hard for him, but this one… it hadn’t been bad.
You dried your hands on a dish towel, heart thudding steady but loud. You knew you couldn’t wait any longer.
“Hey,” you said softly, stepping toward him. “Can I talk to you for a sec?”
His brow knit slightly, but he nodded, setting the mug down. “Somethin’ wrong?”
“No,” you breathed, sitting down across from him, your hands resting in your lap. “Not wrong. Just… big.”
Joel leaned forward, elbows on the table. You reached for his hand without thinking, grounding yourself in the warmth of his calloused fingers.
“I didn’t know how to bring this up earlier. Didn’t wanna spring it on you in front of everyone,” you started, voice quiet. “But I’ve been feelin’… off. The past few weeks.”
His expression shifted—concern flickering behind his eyes, guarded like always. “You sick?”
You shook your head, a nervous smile tugging at your lips. “No. I went to the clinic yesterday. Ran a test.” You swallowed, heart climbing to your throat. “Joel… I’m pregnant.”
The words hung in the air like dust caught in sunlight.
Joel blinked. Once. Twice. He didn’t say anything—just stared at you, eyes wide, unreadable. Then slowly, without a word, he stood up from the table and took a step back, hand resting on the edge of the counter like he needed something to hold onto.
“You’re… you’re sure sure?” he asked, voice hoarse. “I mean—are they sure?”
You gave a soft laugh, heart aching with affection. “Yeah. They’re sure. I’m late, the test was positive, and… I feel it. I know it.”
Joel let out a breath like he’d been holding it for years. His shoulders dropped as he sat back down, rubbing a hand over his jaw.
“I just—I didn’t think—I mean, hell, at my age?” he muttered, almost to himself, eyes wide and almost dazed. “I didn’t think that was even possible anymore.”
You reached for his hand again, thumb brushing the top of his knuckles. “Well… apparently it is.”
He looked at you then—really looked at you. And something shifted in his face. Like the ground underneath him had tilted, but he was choosing to stay standing anyway.
“You’re… you’re okay with this?” he asked quietly.
You nodded. “I wouldn’t have told you today if I wasn’t. I know it’s gonna be a lot, but… yeah. I’m okay with it. More than okay.”
Joel’s eyes started to glisten, and he cleared his throat hard, blinking fast as he turned his face away for a second. When he looked back at you, his voice was thick.
“Thank you,” he said.
It broke something open in you.
“For what?” you asked, voice barely above a whisper.
“For this. For you. For givin’ me a reason to think there’s still more life out there for me than just survivin’.”
He reached out, cupped your cheek with a rough hand, his thumb brushing just under your eye.
“I didn’t think I’d get a second chance,” he murmured. “Not with someone like you. Not like this.”
You leaned into his palm, smiling through the tears that started to slip down your cheeks.
“Well… surprise,” you whispered.
Joel gave a breath of a laugh, then leaned in and kissed you—slow, steady, reverent. The kind of kiss that said everything his words couldn’t. The kind of kiss that promised he would be here for all of it.
For you.
For the baby.
For the life you were building together, one quiet moment at a time.
Sunday dinner was loud in the best way.
Tommy and Joel had spent the afternoon repairing one of the water lines near the edge of town, and both were still rubbing their lower backs like old men. Maria was bouncing little Benji on her knee, spoon-feeding him mashed carrots between exaggerated airplane noises, while Ellie recounted an incident involving a runaway chicken and a pitchfork.
You’d always loved these nights—long tables, shared food, laughter that made the walls feel smaller in the best way. But tonight, your hands kept drifting to your lap, nerves curling in your stomach even though you’d done this a dozen times in your head.
Joel’s knee brushed yours beneath the table.
He glanced at you, gave a small nod.
It was time.
You reached for your glass and gently tapped your spoon against it. “Uh… can I say something real quick?”
The table quieted. Benji let out a soft squeak and tried to grab a carrot off Maria’s plate.
Joel cleared his throat. “We’ve got some news.”
Maria looked up first, brows raised. Ellie paused mid-chew.
You smiled nervously, heart thumping. “I’m pregnant.”
For a moment, no one said a word. Then—
“What?” Ellie blurted, voice cracking halfway through the word.
Joel chuckled low under his breath, his hand slipping onto your thigh, grounding. Ellie set her fork down slowly, blinking like she hadn’t quite heard you right.
“You mean like… an actual baby?” she asked, eyes wide. “Your baby?”
You nodded, leaning closer to Joel's side. “Yeah. Our baby.”
Ellie opened her mouth, closed it, then reached for her water like her brain needed a reboot. “Holy shit.”
“Language,” Joel murmured.
“I’m gonna be a big sister?” she asked softly, blinking hard. And then her face cracked into a smile—wide and kind of watery. “I’m gonna be a big sister.”
Tommy leaned back in his chair and let out a low whistle, grinning ear to ear. “Joel, buddy. You still got swimmers at your age?”
Joel groaned loudly. “Tommy, I swear—”
“I mean, damn! You’re nearly sixty and still makin’ babies? What’s in the water over at your place?”
You laughed, covering your mouth with your hand. Joel muttered something under his breath, but he was smiling, too, shaking his head as Tommy clapped him on the back.
Maria just laughed and leaned her cheek against Benji’s soft hair. “Honestly, I had a feeling.”
Joel looked at her sideways. “You did?”
“You turned down a glass of wine at dinner last week,” she said, raising an eyebrow. “You. You never turn down wine.”
You shrugged with a grin. “Was trying to be subtle.”
“Well, I’m glad you told us now,” she said, smiling warmly. “Benji’s gonna need a little buddy to boss around.”
Benji cooed like he somehow approved.
Then Maria stood and crossed the space to pull you into a hug, tight and full of warmth. Ellie joined a second later, throwing her arms around both of you, mumbling something like “I’m not crying” even though she very much was.
Tommy wrapped an arm around Joel with a playful shake and muttered, “Old man,” while Joel just rolled his eyes and let it happen.
In the middle of it all—arms tangled, laughter echoing, and that familiar scent of home-cooked food still hanging in the air—you felt it.
Family.
Not perfect. Not always easy. But real. Rooted. Growing.
And you were bringing another piece into it.
Dinner had long passed. The dishes were done, the laughter faded into memory, and Ellie had gone back to her room with a final hug that lingered just a little longer than usual.
Now, the two of you were tucked beneath the soft quilt, the chill of Jackson’s night air kept at bay by Joel’s familiar warmth beside you. The house creaked gently, like it was settling in for the night too.
You lay on your side, facing him, his arm already around you. The bedside lamp was off, but the moonlight spilling through the window was enough to catch the faint lines on his face—the quiet, thoughtful ones that only ever appeared when he let his guard down.
He hadn’t said much since the others left. Not out of hesitation, but the way he always got when something mattered so much it felt sacred.
His fingers brushed your stomach lightly under your shirt. Slow. Careful.
There wasn’t much of a bump yet—just the slightest swell, barely there—but his touch was reverent, like he was afraid to miss even a second of it.
“That’s really ours in there,” he said quietly, more to himself than to you. “Whole little person. Just... growin’.”
Your hand covered his. “Yeah. They’re in there.”
He shifted closer, pressing a soft kiss to your forehead, then your cheek, then just above your temple.
“I keep thinkin’ I’ll wake up,” he murmured. “That this is some dream I’m gonna lose. But then I touch you, and it’s real.”
You turned your face to kiss the underside of his jaw, voice soft. “It’s real, Joel. You’re here. I’m here. We’re here.”
He nodded, throat tight. His palm stayed resting on your belly, like it anchored him.
“I ever tell you how much I love you?” he asked, voice thick with quiet emotion.
You smiled. “You show me every day.”
“Gonna say it anyway,” he whispered, kissing you again. “I love you, darlin’. More than I got words for.”
The two of you fell asleep like that—his hand over the life you were building together, your fingers laced with his, hearts beating steady in the dark.
And for the first time in a long, long while, Joel Miller didn’t feel haunted by his past.
He felt ready for the future.

ft. isagi yoichi, mikage reo, nagi seishiro, itoshi rin, itoshi sae, kaiser michael, karasu tabito, yukimiya kenyu, shidou ryusei, bachira meguru, ness alexis
isagi yoichi
he walks into the apartment whistling, all happy and boyfriendly, expecting you to be on the couch wrapped in a blanket like a human burrito watching your 20th true crime doc.
but the moment he opens the door and it’s silent… he freezes mid-step like he just triggered a tripwire.
“love? you taking a nap?”
no answer. his eyes dart around like a detective. he starts checking rooms, corners, under the bed?
calls you immediately. your phone rings from the kitchen counter.
“oh my gosh she left her phone. she’s dead. she’s in a ditch.”
doesn’t even sit down. just holds your throw pillow to his chest, stares blankly at the ceiling and whispers, “this is what grief feels like.”
when you walk back in, he’s like, “i thought you got kidnapped and forgot your phone during the struggle. i already made a missing poster.”
you were gone for an hour to buy dish soap.
mikage reo
reo swears he’s the most chill, secure man alive… until he opens the door and you’re nowhere to be seen.
immediately texts you: where are you did i do something be honest. you hate me now right i’ll buy you a new apartment
facetimes you and just stares at the screen without blinking. full deadpan. no words. just sorrow.
“you weren’t here to greet me at the door like a happy little wife. how am i supposed to go on?”
lies dramatically on the couch like he’s in a 1920s soap opera. holds a photo of you to his chest.
considers texting your mom just to feel closer to you.
the moment you walk back in with iced coffee: “oh so you’re alive. and caffeinated. but not emotionally invested in my suffering? okay.”
nagi seishiro
the moment he realizes you’re not home, he literally just… stops functioning.
like, deadass stands in the living room for three minutes straight. motionless.
throws himself on the bed dramatically.
calls you and groans into the mic when you pick up.
“this sucks. i was gonna lay on you like a body pillow.”
ends up opening the fridge 14 times out of boredom, forgetting every time that you’re the one who actually cooks.
texts you “when are you coming home 😩” every 10 minutes and leaves 28 voice notes, all of them sighs.
when you return: “finally. i was thinking about ordering you off amazon if you didn’t show up.”
itoshi rin
rin acts like it’s whatever. says, “she’s probably out. it’s fine.”
it is not fine.
starts pacing the apartment like he’s rehearsing a monologue.
checks the time like he’s your parole officer. opens the closet to see if your shoes are still there.
mutters “what if she met someone smarter. taller. funnier.” like he’s fighting inner demons.
keeps walking into rooms and frowning like they offended him.
when you come back, he’s sitting in the dark, arms crossed.
“you didn’t text me. or call me. or say ‘rinnie, my love, i’ll be back soon.’ what am i supposed to do with that?”
then immediately pulls you into a hug like he’s been deprived of oxygen.
itoshi sae
acts like he doesn’t care. “she’s out. whatever.”
literally sits on the couch with his arms crossed like he’s waiting to argue.
glares at the wall. then at your phone charger. then at your slippers.
ends up scrolling through old texts, rereading the one where you said “brb i’m going pee.”
calls you and doesn’t even say hello. just: “so you abandoned me now?”
you tell him you just went out for groceries and he replies, “okay. so you’d rather be with onions than me. good to know.”
when you come back: “you didn’t even ask if i wanted to come. i could’ve carried the bags. held your hand. flirted with the cashier to get you a discount.”
kaiser michael
absolutely losing it. like, cartoon-level panic.
he opens the door expecting to see you, only to be met with dead silence and a couch that looks too empty.
dramatic gasp.
“she’s gone. my freundin is gone. and i don’t know who i am anymore.”
immediately checks your location. sees you’re at the pet store. starts spiraling.
“what if she meets a guy who likes cats more than me? what if he’s german, too?? no. NO. I’M ONE OF A KIND.”
facetimes you mid-aisle and when you pick up, he says, “don’t buy a hamster, buy a plane ticket back to ME.”
when you return: grabs your face in his hands, all breathless like a war reunion.
“don’t ever leave me again without telling me the exact time, duration, and intention of your trip. and a selfie.”
karasu tabito
the worst combination: clingy and sarcastic.
the moment you’re not home, he sends you a video of him dramatically opening the fridge, seeing it empty, and saying, “wow. abandonment. you left me to starve.”
updates his IG story with a selfie captioned “#widowed.”
facetimes you and holds your blanket up to the screen like, “you see this? this smells like you. this is all i have now.”
calls his mom and says, “remember that girl i told you about? yeah. she left me. she’s dead to me.”
when you get back, he immediately flops on you.
“i couldn’t even be toxic today. who was i gonna annoy? the toaster?? never again, babe. next time you leave, i’m hiding in your purse.”
yukimiya kenyu
starts off normal. reads a book. drinks tea. listens to classical music like a refined man.
but after 45 minutes of silence, he starts looking around like a ghost might appear.
opens the window and sighs like he’s in a french film.
talks to the cat you guys don’t even own: “she’s usually here by now. i hope she’s okay. she’s my sun, my moon, my stars…”
makes himself a sad cup of tea and drinks it in your sweater (that’s too tight for him and the fabric is snapping).
when you finally walk through the door, he says, “oh. you returned. i only had to make three voicemails about how much you mean to me. no big deal.”
hugs you for an entire minute and whispers, “next time, take me with you. i can fit in your tote bag.”
shidou ryusei
bro flips out like a sitcom character whose wife just left him for a yoga instructor.
immediately calls you and when you don’t answer in 0.2 seconds: “babe? where are you?? i’m losing my mind, i think i’m seeing things. the plants are whispering.”
drags your hoodie around the apartment like a lost child. talks to it.
makes a dramatic tiktok where he fake cries into the camera and captions it: “she went outside without me 💔 pray for me y’all”
tries to track your location. can’t. assumes you’re on the run.
when you get back, he clings to you like velcro.
“you LEFT me here, alone, with myself. do you even know how dangerous that is?? never again. we’re getting a gps tracker. download life 360 right now.”
bachira meguru
step 1: walks in.
step 2: realizes you’re not home.
step 3: whispers, “... uh oh.”
this man has the emotional regulation of a bouncy ball. the second he doesn't see you smiling at him from the couch, he starts spiraling like he's in the middle of a villain origin story.
“did she get bored of me? is this my joker arc?”
talks to your plushies like they're your personal council. lines them up and goes, “okay guys, serious meeting. our queen has vanished. thoughts?? theories?? conspiracy??”
makes a whole art piece with crayons titled “come home, baby, i miss you.”
facetimes you with his face one inch from the screen like, “WHERE. ARE. YOU.”
“you said you love me and then you LEFT. you broke the sacred trust. i can never emotionally recover from this.”
when you walk in with bubble tea: “you were gone for so long i started humming to the walls. they’re my friends now. you can’t replace them.”
but then he tackles you in a hug and whines, “next time i’m coming with you. i can fit in a shopping cart if i curl up.”
ness alexis
you are his sunshine. his oxygen. his wi-fi connection.
so the one day you're not home when he walks in with a bright little “i’m back~!” and there’s no answer? he’s devastated.
full meltdown. texts you: i’m home!! wait where are you are you okay?? did someone steal you??? i miss you already. it’s been 3 minutes.
paces around the apartment like a sad little elf, sniffing your perfume from your jacket and sighing like he's in a boyband breakup ballad.
sits on the floor with your fuzzy socks and says, “i wore these once when you weren’t looking. they made me feel safe.”
calls kaiser and says, “yo do you think she left me?” kaiser was like “she went to the pharmacy.” ness: “so she’s gone.”
posts on his close friends story: “miss her. wish she’d come home. i lit a candle for her safety 🕯️😭”
when you come back: “i was gonna knit us matching scarves while crying to sad kpop. you’re lucky you came back in time.”

He won’t shake that feeling off anytime soon.
Joel’s stuck with that kind of sick ache that comes after spilling your guts. Like he left a piece of himself behind with you, and now he’s scared you’ll hand it out to anyone who asks what went down on patrol.
Maybe he’s being dramatic. But it wasn’t just anything. Hell, he cried like a damn baby. Broke down like a damn kid because your words knocked the wind out of  him.
“It’d just mean I got somethin’ good to tell those eyes when I see ’em again”
It wrecked him. Even back home, alone in his bed, curled around that old Polaroid of Sarah under his pillow, crying into the mattress like a fool.
Grief’s a weird thing. Real weird.
He even let himself cry about Ellie, who haven’t spoken to him in months. It’s like the world won’t quit reminding him—nothing is his to keep.
He sits on the edge of his bed, rubbing his face with work-worn hands. Sleep hasn’t come easy. Hasn’t come at all, truth be told. Every time he closes his eyes, it’s you… walking past on the street, nodding like you’re no more than a neighbor.
But you’re not.
Sometimes, his chest tightens at the memory. His hands on your hips, boosting you onto that horse. The way your body felt under his fingers. That feeling hasn’t left.
Makes him feel like a fucking creep.
Joel squeezes his eyes shut to erase the feeling. It ain’t just shame. It’s softness, and softness only leads to hurt.
He exhales long, starts moving again, trying to start another day. The coffee pot’s set from last night. Old habit. One of those things he does hoping to make the mornings feel less empty. Coffee’s rare these days. Precious. But today, he needs it.
Out the window, Jackson’s still the same. Frost, snow shoveled by the night patrols, silence hanging heavy. He shuts his eyes again and sees you. Sitting on that cot, knees hugged to your chest. Saying things that make him feel too seen.
“I think if somethin’ happened to me after this, I wouldn’t mind much."
The way you looked at him after he raised his voice. Like you’d already punished yourself a hundred times over. Like the words weren’t even yours to say.
He rubs his face again.
"It was just a patrol," he mutters, gravel in his voice. "Got stranded for a coupla nights. That’s all."
But his mind won’t let it be. Not when he still feels your arms around him, your fingers in his hair, your scent in his neck. You didn’t flinch. Didn’t ask questions. You held him.
And on your end, that night hasn’t left you either.
You haven’t taken another patrol since. María never brought it up again, seemed to get the message. Maybe she saw it as a test you failed. You didn’t mind. Your comfort lives inside: The infirmary, the clean routine, the things that are yours.
You saw Joel sometimes. With Tommy. Working construction on the new expansion. Turns out the Miller boys used to be contractors or something like that is what you heard María say. Explains a lot.
Some weekends, you’d spot him at Tipsy Bison bar. Sitting with Tommy and María, nursing whiskey or beer. He’d barely say a word. Just a nod across the room. Sometimes he nodded back. Sometimes that little gesture fucked up your whole night. Keeping you waiting for him to approach or do something.
Something that never happens.
You told yourself it didn’t matter. What happened, what he tried to pretend didn’t. You remembered it with shame—not because of the moment itself, but because of how it still makes your stomach twist.
How he held you. Sought shelter in you.
You don’t get undone that easy. And no one ever looks at you that way. No one wants what you are. That’s just not your place. You’ve made peace with it. But Joel cracked something in you. Without meaning to.
You told yourself it was circumstance. One night. Cold, fear, death talk—shit like that happens to anyone. But your body remembers. It remembers his touch. His weight. His breath. And before you even realize it, your hands are under the sheets, your hips rolling slow, chasing your own fingers. Chasing a ghost.
You imagine him. What’s he like? Big? Long? Thick? Does he know what he’s doin’? Could he ever… make love? And then the guilt. Hot and fast.
He ain’t thinkin’ of you. He saw you ‘cause he knows you.
Because of a weird night on patrol.
Because he cried.
That’s it.
He don’t want you. You’re thirty-three. He’s pushing what—fifty-six?
You barely know each other.
He can’t want you. He can’t want you.
He doesn't know if you snore, or if you drink coffee. If you dream. If you ever loved anyone.
But he wants to. And that pisses him off.
Some nights, after enough rum, Joel lies there in the dark, hands flat by his sides. Like if he moves, it’ll all come crashing down.
"You alright, man?" Tommy claps a hand on Joel’s shoulder, leaving a beer on the long table. Tipsy Bison’s done up for Christmas, the tables pushed together, kids running around, country music drifting from the speakers.
Joel’s eyes are stuck on you. Sitting across the room by the dance floor, drink in hand, not joining the party.
"I’m fine" Joel mutters.
Tommy squints. "Fine’s the name? The new nurse that’s got you actin’ like you seen a ghost?"
Joel downs the whiskey in one go.
"She’s young."
"She ain’t fifteen. Looks thirty to me."
Joel glares.
"Sayin’ it like you broke a law."
Joel looks back at you.
"Ain’t just that."
"Then what?"
"I’m a whole mes–”
"If you start with that whole 'I’m a monster, I hurt everyone I love' speech, I swear—" Tommy leans in. "There’s folks in this town with more blood on their hands than you, and they still found someone to hold ‘em."
Tommy softens.
"I loved again, Joel. Had a kid when I thought I’d never feel nothin’ again. Thought I was done for. But I wasn’t. And you ain’t either."
Joel’s voice drops.
"I ain’t tryin’ to be the guy who lost his daughter, and whose adopted kid don’t speak to him no more." Joel says with his gaze on Tommy’s, eyes getting glassy.
Tommy squeezes his arm.
"That ain’t gonna happen. And I think she’ll understand."
He nods toward the door. You’re slippin’ on your coat, trying to duck out before midnight.
"Go on. Before you lose your Cinderella."
You step into the cold just as folks inside start counting down. The wind bites. You smile faintly. Memories.
"You headin’ home?"
You turn. He’s holdin’ the door open. No jacket. No gloves.
"You’re gonna freeze" you say, answering a question he didn’t ask.
He jogs down the steps, rubbing his hands together. "I’ll walk you."
You don’t say much. Just walk. The silence stretches out, thick.
"Saw you with Tommy’s fam" you finally say.
"I saw you the second you walked in."
You stop. He keeps walkin’ till he realizes you’re not beside him. Turns back.
"I thought you didn’t wanna see me" you say. Voice tight.
"Thought I fucked it all up." He shoves his hands out of his pockets, like honesty needs bare fingers.
"You didn’t say nothing, Joel. I spent day– fuck, weeks—wondering what the hell happened. If it even meant anything."
"I did too." He presses his lips together. "Didn’t know what to say. Felt like a fool."
He steps closer.
"I been thinkin’ ‘bout you every damn day. The way you held me. The way you didn’t ask shit. The way you talk. The way you—" He stops. Swallows. "You think about me?"
You stare at him. Then your door. Then back. You nod toward the house. He follows you inside without a word. You hang your coat. He’s rubbin’ his arms, cold sinkin’ in.
"Shoulda grabbed a coat" you say. Walking to the kitchen.
"Didn’t wanna lose sight of you…" he mutters.
You turn. He’s leanin’ against the island, eyes on the counter, thumb drawing lazy shapes on the surface. Then he looks up. Slow. Over your body, to your face.
"Yeah. I thought about you" you say, answering finally. "I touched myself thinking abbout you ‘cause I’m a fucking idiot who’s never even been touched before. You had me biting my damn pillow ‘cause of one fucking hug."
He closes the distance.
"If you let me, I’ll make sure it ain’t just a pillow next time."
His hands slide up your hips. Rough, steady.
"Joel… I don’t know anything ‘bout this…"
He frowns.
You gesture between you.
"I mean. I’ve never"
"We ain’t gotta do nothin’ you don’t wanna do" he says gently. One hand cradles your jaw. His thumb brushes your lips.
"But I do. I want to" you whisper, looking away.
Joel studies you. Then leans in. Presses his thumb to your bottom lip as he kisses the corner of your mouth. Your fingers tremble where they rest on his arms. Then he really kisses you. Slow. Solid. He doesn't move until you open your mouth, and then it’s his tongue, his breath, his heat.
He exhales into you.
"Mmh" he murmurs. Voice soft, needy.
He presses you to the island, lips movin’ to your neck. Licks a line up your throat that makes your knees shake. Then, kissing, gasping, tripping, he walks you back to the bedroom.
"The—uh—the hallway’s—"
"Right side. I built this damn row myself" he mutters into your mouth.
Oh.
You’re soaked.
He opens the door. Leads you to the bed. He pulls your sweater over your head slow, taking his time.
When he’s shirtless, you freeze. Your eyes drag over his broad chest, the dusting of gray hair, the hard lines of muscle mixed with softness. Scar beside the navel, bush peeking out his waistband.
A man. An actual man. And you’ve never seen one like this.
Your breath hitches. He kisses your sternum, undoes your jeans, pulls them down with your socks.
"You’ll tell me if somethin’ don’t feel right, yeah?"
You nod. His mouth attaches to your nipples, sucking, then gives soft licks after your body gives a hard jolt. He notices you’re sensitive, and he wants to know more, to discover more of every inch that makes you, you.
"We’re alright" he murmurs. Hands slipping down to your panties. He slides them off.
You press your thighs together. He chuckles soft. He’s feeling it too.
"Open up for me, baby…" He kisses your inner thighs. Runs his nose up the sensitive skin. Hands caress your ass, coaxing you to open yourself to him.
Then, his mouth finds you.
"Fuck, Joel" you cry, fists clenching the sheets.
He licks like he’s starving. Filthy, wet, slow. He draws circles with his tongue on your clit, moaning low like he can’t help it. He feels you push yourself up on your elbows to watch him eat you out. His eyes, dark, filled with hunger, make your stomach melt. His lips wrap around your clit, suckling it, rolling it on his tongue, licking directly on it with the tip of his tongue.
His movements are encouraged by your sounds. Gasps. Breathless. He chuckles a low rumble while he nuzzles his nose against your pussy like he haven’t had anything like this in long.
"That’s it… Let me hear what feels good…" He pulls back. Slips one thick finger inside. Then another. He curls them. Press into that spot that makes your hips jump. His pads massage your walls and make you pinch your brows.
Then he stands. Opens his jeans. Pushes them down.
You look down and freeze.
Oh.
He’s hung.
Not freakishly so. But big. And you’ve never seen one in real life. Just those weird magazines you once found around while exploring before arriving Jackson.
You shift up the bed on instinct.
"Easy" he says. One hand on your thigh. His thumb strokes your clit, gentle. Feels you relax a tad bit.
"It’ll hurt a sec. But I got you."
He covers you with his body. Heavy and warm. You reach for his ribs. Wide and solid. Your eyes want to go again between you but he tilts your chin to kiss you deep again, his large hand holding your jaw and guiding you to open your mouth, letting him roll his tongue against yours. His nose pushes yours a bit, soft smiles escape him when he feels you gasp.
He slicks his cock in your wetness, dragging the head across your clit.
"Gonna go slow" he murmurs.
He pushes in. Inches. Your body tenses. Your hand presses his chest. It’s a whole lot different than your fingers. It stings and feels as if he’s about to tear the tender skin.
“Breathe… That’s it… You’re doin’ good, sweetheart…” He whispers against your mouth gently while his hand cup the back of your head.
"Wait—it—"
"I got you." He freezes. Way before you ask him to. "Wanna stop?"
"No. Don’t you dare. Just… slow."
He nods and moves. Deeper. No pleasure yet—just stretch, burn, pressure. Then he’s all the way in. Still. Breathing hard.
"Ready?"
You nod, barely. His hand slips between you. Circles your clit and it helps with pleasure to blur the pain.
You smile melted, arching slow, closing your eyes. Your hands fall on his gut, legs open on his sides.
"Yeah. Right there."
He starts moving. Slow. Deep. The pain spasms are there every now and then, but you feel it. You understand why there’s people that love this. You understand why there’s people addict to this. You understand why there’s people who can’t live without fucking.
The ache fades, replaced by something new. Something sweet. Your legs wrap around him. He groans, dips and to kiss your throat. His whole body covers you, warm and broad, hunched over like a damn animal.
Each thrust is steady. Focused.
Your lips are swollen. Your nails claw his back. Your thighs shake.
"W-wait—Joel—I’m—I’m gonna—fuck, I’m gonna pee—"
He grins. Keeps going.
"Joel—"
He hits that spot again. And again. His pelvis brushing directly against your clit, his cock filling you completely as if you were made for him, his sounds. It’s like a sudden bomb ticking about to blow, the pot about to whistle, the thunder after the lightning, the wave crashing on the back.
“Ah!”
You come. Hard. Clutching him. Soaking him. He pulls out fast, groaning and jerking his cock until he spills across your belly. Painting your stomach with his art.
Both of you panting, wide-eyed while staring at each other.
Then, laughter.
Yours first. Loose, breathless, relieved.
Then his. Low, real, comfortable.
Because you both know.
You both know that you want each other.

the late afternoon sun filtered through the blinds in slatted gold, painting the apartment floor in soft stripes of warmth that stretched toward the kitchen. the air was quiet, too quiet, filled only with the faint hum of the fridge and the occasional creak of the wood beneath shifting weight. sunoo leaned against the counter, his posture casual but his expression anything but, the curve of a knowing smile tugging at his lips as he twisted the cap on a water bottle absentmindedly. across the room, jungwon sat curled up on the couch with his legs folded beneath him, his brows slightly furrowed as he glanced between sunoo and jake, sensing something was off. jake hadn’t said much since jungwon walked in—his arms crossed tightly over his chest, eyes unreadable as they lingered on the floor and then flicked up every now and then, like he was holding something back. jungwon couldn’t tell if it was tension or anticipation that made the silence stretch so long, but either way, he felt it crawling up his spine. finally, it was sunoo who broke it, sighing through his nose before speaking in a quiet but steady voice. “i’m just gonna say it—we’re all kind of losing our shit over the same girl.”
the words seemed to echo in the stillness, landing heavier than jungwon expected as he blinked, startled. he didn’t interrupt, didn’t even breathe for a second, just watched sunoo’s fingers trace along the ridge of the bottle like he needed something to do with his hands. “heeseung, jay—almost all of us and now me too,” sunoo continued, his voice softer now, tinged with something close to disbelief. “we’ve all worked with her. and i don’t mean just filmed with her—i mean something’s different. she’s not like the others.” jungwon stayed quiet, the room feeling suddenly too warm as the weight of their obsession unfolded in front of him, more real now than any of the quiet mutterings he’d overheard before. the tension that had been brewing in the background of their group dynamic now made perfect sense—the sidelong glances, the vague references, the sudden drops in conversation when he walked in. sunoo shifted then, the mood lifting slightly as he tilted his head, tone taking on a teasing lilt. “you should check her out, won. the subs have been begging you to collab anyway. might as well see what you’re missing.” something deep in jungwon’s chest stirred at the suggestion—not just curiosity, but something hotter, something restless. “maybe i will,” he muttered, barely above a whisper, before rising to his feet with a determined set to his jaw.
the hallway was cooler, dimmer as he padded quietly toward the room at the end, his heart picking up pace for reasons he didn’t want to name yet. he paused outside ni-ki’s door, knuckles tapping twice before he pushed it open without waiting for a response. the scent of fabric softener and faint cologne hit him first, followed by the soft glow of ni-ki’s laptop screen as he sat at his desk, eyes flicking up to meet jungwon’s with mild surprise. “i think i’m gonna do it,” jungwon said, voice quiet but steady, his fingers curling into the pockets of his hoodie as he leaned against the frame. ni-ki didn’t respond right away—just arched a brow, gaze narrowing slightly as he waited for more. “i want to collab with her,” jungwon clarified, and though he didn’t say your name, they both knew who he meant. “the guys are all hooked and… i want to understand why. i think it’s time i actually start doing this for real.” ni-ki leaned back in his chair slowly, a smirk playing on his lips, but his tone stayed calm. “you sure? that’s not just a toe dip—you’re diving in.” jungwon nodded once, resolve settling behind his nerves. “if anyone’s gonna get me to do it, it’s her.” ni-ki gave a slow shrug and turned back to his screen. “then go for it,” he said simply. “but let me know if she’s really as addictive as they say.”
jungwon lies in bed, the sheets rumpled beneath him, legs slightly tangled as he props his phone just above his chest, the glow from the screen casting a faint shimmer over his features. the room is quiet except for the low hum of his fan, and the soft golden light from his desk lamp spreads across the duvet, flickering every time he shifts his hand or thumb taps against the glass. he’s been thinking about it all day—about the way sunoo leaned back in his chair, half-sighing as he talked about you, about how real his words had felt even when said with a smile. it wasn’t just the teasing tone or the half-jokes about how you had all of them wrapped around your finger—it was something deeper, something that stayed behind long after the conversation ended. jungwon had seen it in their eyes too—that distant dazedness whenever you came up, like you were still in the room even after they left you behind. it haunted him more than it should’ve, the image of someone they all seemed unable to forget, someone they never even described in detail. it felt like they were guarding something, like they wanted to keep you for themselves, and that alone made curiosity bloom hot and anxious in his chest. he didn’t know why it was affecting him this way—but it was, and it wasn’t going away. so he finally gives in, fingers hovering only a second before tapping into his chat with sunoo, typing out the message quick and messy before the nerves could tell him not to.
“hey… what’s her username?”
and before he even locks his phone, his response comes back in a blink.
@babydollxo, just so you know her name is y/n
no hesitation, just the bare name like he’s handing him the last puzzle piece. his thumb hovers for a second before he clicks over to the site, breathing slowly through his nose as he searches the tag, chest already tight with anticipation. and when your page loads, it’s like something in him stills completely—no profile photo, no long description, just two videos and a name that shouldn’t feel this intimate, but already does. he doesn’t even realize he’s started biting his lip until he presses play.
the first video begins slow, barely lit, the frame hazy in a way that looks accidental at first—until he realizes every detail is intentional, curated to feel soft and close and personal. you’re on your back, hand between your thighs, the lighting angled low so that your skin glows in soft gold and pink, every part of you glistening under the faint shimmer of sweat. your voice is quiet but clear, breathy like you’re whispering directly into his ear, like he’s stumbled into something he shouldn’t be seeing, but now that he is, he can’t look away. your hips lift slightly with each circle of your fingers, your thighs trembling, and the camera stays still—clean, unshaken, perfectly steady as if it were made just for his eyes. his hand dips under your waistband without thinking, his fingers wrapping slowly around himself as the pressure builds low in his stomach. he strokes once, twice, syncing with the way your breath catches, matching your pace as you whimper something too soft to catch but loud enough to ruin him. he exhale shakily, eyes glued to the screen, and his hips twitch forward as you arches, moaning for someone that isn’t him—but still somehow feels like it could be. his thumb brushes over the head of his cock and he hisses, teeth gritting as he closes his eyes briefly, trying not to fall apart before he even gets to the second clip.he pauses, heart pounding, fingers slick with precum as he hovers over the next thumbnail, the preview showing just the outline of your thighs and the curve of your stomach. his breath is ragged now, chest rising and falling with a kind of urgency he doesn’t recognize in himself, and for a second he considers stopping—just waiting until tomorrow, until he’s more in control. but he can’t. not when he’s already this far, not when the tension in his body is wound so tight that it hurts to move slowly. he taps the screen again, the second video loading with a flicker, and this time your kneeling—closer to the lens, your eyes still out of frame, but everything else on full display. the way your fingers glide between your legs is slower now, almost teasing, like you know someone new is watching. he swallows hard, gripping himself tighter as your moans rise softly into the silence, echoing off the walls of his room like they were made just for him. his hips jerk into his palm and he bites down on a whimper, heat coiling deep in his stomach as your pace builds again, and he can’t stop the way his hand moves faster—matching yours, chasing the same high.
he can’t help it anymore—he whispers your name, not even realizing it had left his lips until the syllables echo faintly in the space around him, his body tenses and trembles as his orgasm builds fast, urgent, relentless. your voice breaks in the video just as his does in real life, and he fall over the edge with a gasp, head falling back against his pillows, hand still stroking through it as he rides the wave to its end. the screen starts to fade into black, the last frame frozen on the soft part of your lips, swollen and wet with the weight of your pleasure, and he feels dizzy—like he’s just stepped out of something too big for his chest. his breath evens out slowly, chest still rising, and he closes his eyes for a beat, letting the air settle before glancing down at your username again. @babydollxo. it repeats in his mind like a chant, like a craving, and even though he had just finished, his fingers twitch with the urge to open the messages. not for a follow. not even to tip. but to say something.
something that would make you look at him next.
the soft chime of your doorbell slices through the quiet of your apartment, jolting you from the stillness that had settled like dust around you. your laptop hums quietly from the couch, screen still open on a half-finished assignment, but your focus has already scattered as your bare feet move toward the front door with hesitant steps. when you pull it open, expecting maybe a neighbor or a delivery you forgot about, you’re met with an empty hallway—silent, untouched—except for the delicate bouquet resting against the doorframe like a secret left behind. your breath catches in your throat as you crouch to pick it up, fingers brushing over the velvety petals, the soft pastel shades blooming like a painting against the late afternoon light. it smells like warmth and something tender—roses, peonies, tiny sprays of baby’s breath—and nestled between the stems is a folded piece of paper, your name written on it in handwriting you didn’t recognize. you shut the door behind you as you step back inside, setting the bouquet gently on the kitchen counter before slipping your finger under the lip of the note and unfolding it with care.
i didn’t think one night could do this to me. but it did. maybe it was the way you said my name. maybe it was the way you didn’t treat me like i was just another collab—like i was someone worth seeing, worth touching slowly, worth remembering. i’ve watched the video more times than i should admit. not for the content, but because of the way i felt in it. with you. i want to know what’s behind the camera. i want to see you again—really see you. not to film. not to fuck. just to feel whatever this is, for real.
yours truly,
heeseung.
you read it again, slower this time, your chest tightening with every sentence, your hand flattening against the cool counter just to ground yourself, because it’s too much—too beautiful—and you don’t know what to do with it.
you stare at the flowers a moment longer, letting the scent and sentiment soak into your skin, before you’re pulled away by the buzz of your phone from the couch behind you. it vibrates once, sharp and sudden, and you move on autopilot, padding across the room with your heartbeat still fluttering against your ribs, unsure if you want it to be him again or if that would make it worse. but it’s not heeseung. it’s someone new—unexpected. your phone lights up with a new notification from a username that triggers something distant in your memory:
@wonsodirty
you stare at it for a second, blinking slowly as your thumb hovers over the alert, something curling in your stomach—not anxiety exactly, but something heavier, something curious.
wonsodirty: “hey… i’ve been thinking about something. want to collab?”
the words feel weightless and loaded all at once, the kind of casual that masks a storm underneath, and suddenly you're remembering the preview clip you watched when you first joined—him, soft-spoken but intense, his voice low and his eyes dark. you’d forgotten about him in the chaos of everything else, the whirlwind of heeseung, jay, jake, sunghoon and sunoo—but now here he is, quiet and unexpected, slipping into your inbox with a tension that coils low in your spine.
you don’t open the message right away. your fingers linger above your screen as you sink into the couch, the petals of heeseung’s bouquet still within view on the kitchen counter, their colors glowing softly under the golden hour light. it’s too much at once—too many emotions curling around each other, too many paths tugging at your sleeve. you press your phone to your chest for a moment, as if stilling the beat of it might still your thoughts too, but your heart only stutters harder beneath the weight of it. eventually, you unlock the screen and reread jungwon’s message, the simplicity of it making your breath falter in a way you didn’t expect. it’s not forward, not demanding—just thoughtful, tentative, like he’s trying to enter without disturbing something delicate. your thumbs hover over the keyboard as you try to decide how to respond, caught between the memory of his voice in that short preview and the softness you’d always sensed beneath it. finally, your fingers start to move, slow but certain:
“sure… i’d love to. when were you thinking?”
you hit send before you can second-guess it, the air still thick around you, and immediately, three dots bounce on your screen like they’ve been waiting there all along.
his reply comes almost instantly, and you can practically hear his tone in the way he types, every message carefully spaced like he’s trying not to overwhelm you.
wonsodirty: “is tonight okay?”
he asks, then quickly follows upwonsodirty: “if not that’s okay too, i just… want to talk to you. maybe plan something?”
it’s the second message that tugs at you—gentle, unsure, like he’s afraid of getting it wrong. and there’s something about it that makes your chest ache, because it doesn’t feel like someone reaching for content, it feels like someone reaching for connection. you tuck your legs underneath you, blinking at the flowers on the counter again before shifting your gaze back to your phone, your breath catching slightly when you read his next text.
wonsodirty: “i know this is random. but you’ve kind of been stuck in my head lately.”
it echoes too closely to the letter you just read, the one still folded neatly on your counter, and you close your eyes for a second, wondering what the hell the universe is trying to tell you. but when you open them again, you’re typing your address, fingers trembling slightly, a small smile pulling at your lips despite the confusion bubbling underneath.
“come over”
—-
the knock is gentle, barely louder than the hum of your thoughts, but it’s enough to pull you back to the present. your fingers twitch as you smooth the front of your shirt, brushing down fabric that doesn’t really need adjusting, and you let out a quiet breath that feels more like a sigh. your heart beats a little quicker—not out of fear, but something closer to nerves, anticipation folding into curiosity. you cross the room in slow steps, every footfall padded against the floor, and when your hand turns the lock and pulls the door open, everything halts. he’s standing there like he wasn’t prepared to see you, like your face caught him off guard in the most disarming way. his eyes catch the light, wide and almost sparkling, and his mouth parts slightly—no greeting, no hello, just a soft stunned silence that says more than words ever could. “come in,” you say gently, your voice soft with amusement, and his gaze doesn’t shift even as he moves forward, as if he’s still processing the fact that you’re real. the door clicks closed behind him, and you can’t help the quiet giggle that escapes you when he lingers there, stuck in place like he’s forgotten what he’s supposed to do.
he clears his throat awkwardly, the sound small in your cozy living room, and his eyes flick from the couch to the shelves to the soft throw blanket hanging off the side of the armchair. it’s like he’s memorizing everything, like the details of your space matter just as much as the way you looked when you answered the door. “it’s just me for now,” you offer, your voice filling the silence with a kind of casual comfort. “my roommate won’t be here tonight.” he nods, once, then again a little slower, as if your words need time to settle inside him. there’s a flush on his cheeks, barely there but unmistakable, and when his eyes finally return to yours, they hold something fragile. “i’m sorry for the way i’m acting,” he says quietly, almost like it’s embarrassing to admit. “you’re just so… pretty.” the words land soft but heavy, and for a second, neither of you moves—like the air between you has thickened with meaning, like this is the start of something that neither of you can take back.
you feel the compliment land somewhere low in your chest, warm and grounding, like the way sunlight lingers on your skin even after you’ve stepped into the shade. there’s a breathless kind of hush in the room now, not uncomfortable, but charged—like both of you are waiting for the other to move first. “thank you,” you say softly, the corners of your lips tugging upward, and when he offers you the smallest, most earnest smile in return, it makes your heart stutter. “do you wanna sit?” you ask, your hand motioning toward the couch, and he nods a little too quickly, like he’s afraid you might take the offer back. jungwon moves carefully, like he’s trying not to disturb anything, his shoulders stiff with the weight of being in unfamiliar territory—but when he finally settles beside you, he exhales like he can breathe again. there’s a moment of silence as your knee brushes his, just barely, and you see the way his jaw clenches before he dares to glance at you again. “i’m a little nervous,” he admits, voice low, almost apologetic, as he tugs at the hem of his sleeve like it’s a lifeline. “but i wanna do this... with you,” he adds, eyes searching yours, and something inside you softens at how genuine he looks—like there’s no performance, no script, just him wanting to be seen.
you turn to face him fully now, folding one leg beneath you, and rest your hand gently against his arm, grounding him with your touch. “you don’t have to be anything but yourself, jungwon,” you say, and you mean it—it’s in your voice, steady and sure, wrapping around his nerves like a balm. he breathes in deep, then lets it go slowly, his eyes fluttering closed for half a second before he opens them again, this time steadier. “i’ve never done this before,” he confesses, the tips of his ears flushing red, but there’s no shame in it—just honesty, unfiltered and laid bare for you to take or leave. “then we’ll go slow,” you assure him, your thumb brushing gently over his knuckles, and it’s that small touch that finally lets him lean into the moment instead of away from it. you lean in first, bridging the space between you without rushing it, and when your lips meet his, it’s tender and coaxing, like an invitation rather than a command. jungwon responds with the hesitancy of someone unused to being wanted like this, but his hands still find your waist, fingers pressing in as he starts to kiss you back, more sure of it this time.
you pull back just enough to see the soft flush blooming across jungwon’s cheeks, his eyes still heavy-lidded from the kiss, lips parted like he’s chasing the ghost of your mouth. “come with me,” you whisper, fingers curling around his hand as you rise to your feet, and he follows without question, the grip he has on you just tight enough to say he doesn’t want to let go. the hallway is quiet as you guide him toward your bedroom, each step thick with anticipation, the air between your bodies humming with the weight of everything left unsaid. once inside, you release him gently, letting him take in the space while you move toward the dresser and retrieve your small tripod, adjusting the angle to face the bed in soft lighting. he watches you silently, like every motion is a spell, and when you click the record button on, you glance over your shoulder to meet his gaze. “do you trust me?” you ask, voice soft but serious, and jungwon doesn’t hesitate—he nods, stepping closer, eyes steady as he says, “yes. i trust you.” the words settle deep in your chest, something grounding and intimate in the way he gives himself over to the moment without hesitation.
you walk to him slowly, closing the space between your bodies until your fingertips brush along the hem of his shirt, dragging upward with unhurried care as you ease the fabric over his head. his skin is warm beneath your touch, and when your palms glide up his chest, he shivers just slightly, breath hitching as your mouth finds his again—this time deeper, hungrier, filled with something that pulses between your ribs. jungwon kisses like he’s trying to memorize the shape of you, the rhythm, the taste—his hands resting at your hips, not pulling, just holding like he doesn’t want the moment to slip through his fingers. your fingers trail down his sides, nails skimming gently along his waist, and the way he exhales against your lips makes heat curl low in your stomach. you press forward until the backs of his knees hit the edge of the bed, and he sits without protest, eyes locked on yours with something close to awe. “you’re doing so good,” you murmur, brushing his hair back from his face, and his lips part, pupils blown wide as he whispers your name like it’s the only thing anchoring him to earth. you climb onto his lap slowly, knees bracketing his thighs, your lips grazing his as you whisper, “let me take care of you.”
your lips barely leave his for more than a breath before you're pulling him in again, letting the kiss grow slower, deeper, more consuming with every tilt of your head. jungwon trembles under your touch, his hands gripping your waist like you’re the only thing tethering him to earth, his breath hitching every time your tongue brushes against his. you can feel how hard he is through his sweats, the way he jerks faintly every time your body presses a little too close, and it only spurs you on—makes you kiss him harder, hungrier, your fingers threading through the soft hair at the nape of his neck. his hips twitch up into yours without meaning to, and when you moan softly into his mouth, he breaks—his fingers digging into your sides, a stuttered gasp leaving him as he whines your name against your lips. you feel the sudden warmth through the fabric, the way his body jerks again, overwhelmed, as he finishes just from the way you kiss him like he means something. his breath shakes as it catches in his throat, chest heaving as his eyes flutter open slowly, dazed and glassy and full of disbelief. “i’m so sorry,” he whispers, voice cracking with embarrassment, his cheeks flushing a deep, gorgeous red that creeps down his neck. but you only smile, brushing your nose against his and kissing the corner of his mouth like it’s the most natural thing in the world.
“don’t be,” you murmur, voice soft and warm as your hands cradle his jaw, grounding him. “that just means i’m doing something right.” jungwon swallows hard, blinking up at you like he doesn’t know what to do with himself now, but he still doesn’t let go—his hands slide up to your waist again, gripping like he doesn’t want you to move.
his brows twitch like he wants to say something more, maybe apologize again, but you hush him with a gentle kiss to the corner of his mouth, then another along his jaw. your fingers slide down his chest, slow and careful, feeling the way he shivers under your touch as you trail lower, past his stomach, to the waistband of his sweats. “can i?” you ask, your voice barely above a whisper, even though the room feels thick with tension already. he nods immediately, breath catching as he shifts his hips to give you room, his eyes glued to your hands like he can’t believe this is really happening. “i wanna make you feel good,” you murmur, and he swallows so hard it makes his whole throat jump, his body going still as your fingers dip beneath the waistband and tug gently.
he helps you out of your clothes as you help him out of his sweats slowly, letting them slide down his legs until he kicks them off the edge of the bed, his thighs trembling faintly with leftover tension. jungwon’s cock is already sensitive, the head flushed a deep pink and still glistening slightly from the mess he made earlier, and you lean down to kiss his inner thigh first, soft and slow. the sound he makes is quiet—just a shaky little exhale that leaves his lips parted, his head tilted back against the pillow as he watches you with wide eyes. your tongue traces a warm path up his thigh before you press another kiss just beside his length, and he twitches in response, his hand fisting into the sheets. “you don’t have to—” he starts, voice ragged, but you silence him with one look, your fingers wrapping gently around his cock. “i want to,” you say, firm and sure, and then you lower your mouth, letting your tongue flick over the head in one slow, teasing pass that has his hips jerking before he can stop them.
you hum softly as you take him deeper, your hand stroking what your lips can’t reach yet, and jungwon’s entire body tenses beneath you like he’s caught between pleasure and disbelief. “oh my god,” he whispers, his voice breaking on the edges of every syllable, his hand hesitating in the air before it finally lands on your shoulder, gripping softly. he’s trying not to move, trying not to buck into your mouth, but you can feel how hard it is for him to stay still—especially when your lips sink lower, your cheeks hollowing around him. his thighs tighten around your arms, his breath turning into these quiet, whimpering little gasps that make you want to push him even further. you bob your head slowly, keeping the rhythm steady, letting the suction drag heat up his spine with every pass. his fingers tighten against your shoulder, and his voice comes out broken when he breathes, “you feel—fuck, you feel so good.” and you glance up, eyes meeting his, just in time to see the way his lips part wider, completely undone.
jungwon’s hand trembles against your shoulder, fingers flexing like he’s trying to ground himself, to stop the overwhelming heat that’s rushing straight to his gut. you can feel it in the way his hips twitch beneath you, the way his thighs begin to shake as he whispers your name like a secret prayer, caught between panic and bliss. “w-wait,” he breathes, chest heaving as his voice cracks, “fuck, i’m gonna—” but the words never finish because your tongue swirls around the head just right and his whole body jolts like he’s been shocked. you ease up just enough to tease him again, letting your lips ghost over the tip with a hum, and his eyes roll back for a second before he clenches them shut. “i can’t… not like this again,” he stammers, his other hand fumbling to touch your wrist, to signal anything through the haze clouding his mind. “please… can i—can i be inside you?” he asks, the plea barely above a whisper but thick with yearning. you pause, blinking up at him as your hand strokes him gently, and the look on his face is one of pure need—desperate and soft and honest.
you release him with one last kiss just above his base, dragging your lips upward until they reach his stomach, pressing small kisses into his skin as you make your way back up to straddle his waist. jungwon’s hands rise automatically to hold your hips, his fingers splayed wide like he’s scared you’ll disappear if he doesn’t hold on tight enough. you smile down at him, your hair falling over your shoulder as you lean in to kiss him, slower this time, letting him taste himself faintly on your tongue. he moans into your mouth, his grip tightening, and you feel the way his cock twitches again beneath you, brushing against your inner thigh like he’s barely holding it together. “you sure?” you ask gently, your voice brushing against his lips like silk, and he nods so fast it makes your heart squeeze. “i want it,” he whispers, breath shaky, “i want all of it—please.” your fingers trail down his chest, feeling the way it rises and falls beneath your palm, and you shift your hips forward, dragging your folds slowly along his length. jungwon gasps, his hands flying up to cup your face, and you swear he looks at you like you hung the moon.
his cock presses right where you’re wettest, gliding through the slick mess of your arousal like it was made to be there, and he whimpers when you start to grind against him. “god, you feel unreal,” he breathes, like he’s still trying to believe this is happening, like his mind hasn’t caught up with the fact that you’re not just a screen anymore. you reach down between your bodies, guiding him to your entrance, and his eyes widen when the head catches, parting you just barely. “breathe,” you whisper, watching him fall apart beneath you as you sink down, inch by inch, feeling him stretch you open slowly. jungwon lets out a broken moan, his nails digging into your waist, and his brows pinch together like the pleasure’s almost too much. “you’re so tight,” he groans, voice cracking again, “fuck, i don’t wanna cum yet, i wanna feel you.” you cup his cheek, grounding him, and start to rock your hips gently, letting your walls flutter around him with every movement. his lips part again, and his head tips back against the pillows, pure ecstasy painted across his features.
his hands tremble where they grip your hips, the pads of his thumbs stroking slow, reverent circles into your skin as if trying to memorize every inch. jungwon’s chest rises and falls with labored breaths, the softest little whines slipping from his lips each time your hips roll forward and back again. the heat between your bodies grows thick, humid, his hair clinging slightly to his forehead as his eyes flutter open and closed—completely dazed by how good you feel wrapped around him. “you’re… s-so tight,” he stammers, voice barely holding together, “it’s like—like you’re pulling me in more every time, fuck.” your hands press flat to his chest, feeling the wild pace of his heartbeat as you move slower on purpose, watching his brows furrow and mouth fall open in the prettiest kind of agony. his lips form your name again, this time dragged out between moans, and you can’t help but clench around him just to hear the way his breath catches. “god, i’m not gonna last,” he admits, biting down on his lip like it’ll help, even though his body’s already trembling beneath yours. “you feel too good… you’re too perfect, fuck—i’m never gonna forget this.”
you reach up to brush your fingers through his hair, smiling when he leans into your touch like he’s starved for it, his eyes dazed and glossy as they meet yours again. jungwon’s hands slide up to your waist, holding you tighter like he’s scared this will vanish if he doesn’t ground himself to your body. “i dreamed of this,” he whispers suddenly, so soft you almost miss it, “i’d close my eyes and try to imagine what being inside you would feel like… but nothing ever came close.” your heart stutters in your chest, but you keep your pace steady, dragging your hips forward so slowly it has his jaw dropping open with a choked whimper. “i love how you look like this,” he continues, his voice cracking at the edges, “on top of me… taking control… you’re unreal.” you can feel him twitch inside you, every movement of your body pulling another gasp or broken curse from his mouth as he tries so hard to hold on. your fingers curl around his wrists, encouraging him to just feel, to let go of the tension clinging to his limbs. “you’re so beautiful,” he moans, his grip tightening again, “fuck—i’m gonna say it a thousand times if you keep moving like that.”
his compliments pour from him like he’s lost his filter, everything he’s ever thought about you spilling into the space between your bodies with no shame. he keeps his gaze locked on your face as best he can, even when his eyes go heavy-lidded from pleasure, like he doesn’t want to miss a second of the way you ride him. “i’ve never felt anything like this,” he says again, breathless, “i didn’t know it could feel this good.” your hips slow just slightly, enough to grind down harder and deeper, and he gasps, his head tipping back as his thighs twitch beneath you. “please don’t stop,” he begs softly, the words trailing off into a whimper when your nails drag gently down his chest, “you’re driving me insane, but i want more.” you lean over him, lips grazing his jaw, and he turns his head to catch your mouth in a messy, desperate kiss, moaning into it when you roll your hips just right. his cock throbs inside you with every movement, thick and twitching and so achingly full, and you can feel how close he is already—like he’s trying so hard not to fall apart under you too soon.
you pull away from the kiss just enough to see his face, to watch the way his eyes search yours like he’s trying to hold on to reality. jungwon swallows hard, sweat glistening along his neck, his hands sliding up your sides to cup your waist again like he needs the contact to keep breathing. “you’re all i want,” he whispers, almost like he doesn’t mean to say it out loud, “just you… right here, like this.” the admission makes your chest tighten, warmth blooming in your core as you move a little faster, taking him deeper with each thrust of your hips. his moans grow louder, more broken, as his legs spread wider, his toes curling into the sheets like he’s unraveling with every pass of your body over his. “fuck—please,” he pants, his voice pitching higher as he presses his forehead to your shoulder, “please, i’m so close.” you slow again just slightly, dragging it out, and the sound that leaves his mouth is so needy it has your stomach clenching with heat. “you’re gonna be the death of me,” he says between gasps, “but i’d let you ruin me every day if it means i get to feel like this.”
his body jerks beneath you, so sensitive and desperate, his hands now sliding up and down your sides as if grounding himself to the moment will keep him from flying apart. you shift slightly, circling your hips slower, watching the way jungwon’s head tilts back against the pillows, his lips parted in a soft, high moan that sounds like it’s being pulled from the deepest part of him. “please,” he gasps again, his voice trembling, “i’m gonna cum—i can’t—fuck, i’m so close.” but you don’t speed up, not yet, dragging it out just a little longer, watching his pretty face twist with frustration and pleasure so tangled they’re indistinguishable. your fingers stroke down the center of his chest, feeling his heart race under your palm, and he whines—an actual whine—as you tighten around him. “you’re so mean,” he breathes, but there’s no bite to it, only awe and heat and something that sounds dangerously close to love, “but you feel so fucking good, i’d let you do anything to me.” your lips find his again, slow and open-mouthed, your tongue curling against his in a kiss that has his hips jerking helplessly up into yours. he moans into your mouth, his entire body tightening beneath you, and when you finally start to move faster, his hands clamp down on your waist like he’s bracing for impact.
your pace grows steady again, rolling your hips down until you’re grinding into him just right—drawing out every sharp inhale and whimper that escapes his lips as he completely loses himself in you. jungwon’s eyes squeeze shut as his nails dig into your hips, his chest rising and falling so fast you can feel the heat radiating off him in waves. “fuck, fuck—i’m gonna—” he gasps, his words breaking off into a strangled cry as he presses his forehead against your shoulder, hips twitching beneath you. and then it hits him—his body arches, his mouth opens wide in a silent moan, and you feel him pulse deep inside you, thick warmth spreading as he finishes hard, completely undone beneath your touch. “oh my god,” he breathes, voice wrecked and trembling, “you—fuck, you feel like heaven.” his whole body stays tense for a moment before he finally slumps beneath you, chest heaving, skin flushed and damp with sweat. you brush his hair off his forehead gently, smiling when he blinks up at you like he’s still trying to process what just happened. “you ruined me,” he says softly, almost laughing as he says it, but there’s no regret in his voice—only wonder.
he blinks again, chest still rising and falling with shallow breaths, and you watch the way his lashes flutter like he’s on the edge of sleep already. “you didn’t even have to do anything crazy,” he whispers, his voice husky and slow, “just… kissed me. and i was gone.” you giggle under your breath, kissing his cheek before sliding your hand down his chest again, feeling the steady beat of his heart start to slow beneath your fingertips. he gazes up at you like you hung the stars, no trace of embarrassment—just awe, like he still can’t believe you’re real. “you’re amazing,” he says again, and this time it’s quieter, like it’s just for you. “i wanna do everything with you.” you can’t help but lean down again, your mouth brushing his as he sighs softly against your lips, completely soft now but still clinging to you like he never wants this moment to end.
his body is still warm against yours, his cheek resting on your chest as you both lie tangled together beneath the sheets, the room dim and silent except for the slow rhythm of your breaths. jungwon’s lashes flutter every now and then, like he’s drifting but fighting to stay awake, and you feel the rise and fall of his chest settle into something peaceful. your fingers thread lazily through his hair, combing back the soft strands that cling to his forehead, and he hums low in his throat—soothed, comforted, held. “i don’t want this to end,” he whispers suddenly, his voice thick with sleep but laced with something fragile, something real, as his arm curls tighter around your waist. you freeze just a little at the weight of the words, heart squeezing as your hand slows in his hair, your lips parting to respond but no words come out. he doesn't seem to notice your silence, only nuzzles closer, his nose brushing the space just beneath your collarbone before he lets out a breath that sounds like surrender. “you make everything feel calm,” he murmurs, quieter now, like he’s speaking into a dream, “like it’s okay to be soft here.” you press a kiss to the crown of his head, still unable to speak, because there’s something about the way he clings to you—not just with his hands, but with his whole body—that makes you want to hold him even tighter.
his thumb rubs slow circles into your side as his breathing evens out, and you stare up at the ceiling, your own thoughts unraveling like thread with every second that passes. you weren’t supposed to feel this much, not with any of them, and yet here you are—with your heart lodged somewhere between your throat and his sleepy voice echoing in your chest. you shift slightly, enough to tuck the blanket higher over his back, and he stirs only to let out a soft sigh, like your care wraps around him as much as the warmth of the bed. “you’re too good,” he says, almost inaudible now, and your eyes sting at the tenderness in his tone—because you know he means it, every word, every breath. your hand slides down to his back, fingers drawing idle shapes along his spine, and the comfort of it is mutual, grounding, like neither of you want to move or break the spell of this moment. but something inside you aches, because as perfect as this feels, you know it’s not simple—it’s messy and fragile and dangerous, and the more you try to pretend it’s not, the harder it hits. your throat tightens as the weight of it presses into your chest, tears prickling behind your eyes, and you don’t even know who you’re crying for—him, them, or yourself. so you close your eyes and hold him tighter, trying to memorize the feeling of this moment, even if you don’t know how long it will last.

This is probably one of the most stupid and ridiculous military opinions I've seen. Let's start from the beginning of this shit, with the idea that wanting to join the military means wanting to kill people. Yeah, that goes for some, probably the most privileged and out of touch people, but a lot of them need it to have any real opportunity, either for becoming a citizen or paying for college or whatever. Not to mention the propaganda. Any time you see US military equipment in a film, the DOD has a say in the movie's script. Basically all of Marvel is tied to the military, and it's not always obvious. That's not including the ads, which seem to have way better targeting than most other ads, but that might just be my perspective.
Also, how the fuck are you going to say war is bad because Americans die but at the same time say anyone who so much as thinks about joining the military should kill themselves? So what, because I thought about it in elementary school for a reason I don't even remember, I should now kill myself?
Oh and there are still parts of the military that help people. It's not one giant killing machine, and sure some of that's propaganda but it still helps people. There's still humanitarian aid and military projects that benefit civilian populations. That's also one of the reasons people think about joining, it's not all pew pew boom boom or whatever.
And don't fucking tell that person who agreed with you "fuck your grandpa." Y’know, the person who made their family hate the military and all that. We have no fucking clue why he joined, or what war he was in, so maybe offer the benefit of the doubt and say "I'm sorry that all happened to him and I'm glad your family learned from that" or something. Oh and let's go back to that killing and dying thing. So war bad because Americans die too, but Americans should kill themselves and others, potentially their friends, because they think about or gods forbid join the military?
Fuck right off and learn some godsdamn nuance.
kinda insane how common and accepted it is for yanks to just casually mention wanting to join the military. yeah I wanted to kill people because of a videogame. I wanted to kill real human beings because I thought it'd be fun. I would kill human beings who Aren't Real because they aren't American (Real). and you just have to fucking deal with it! especially being arab diaspora like jesus christ it feels like a genuine threat at some points. I wanted to kill people like you. I killed people like you and feel good enough to say it. I think anyone who's ever even thought about joining the US military should kill themselves

Xavier... is kind of mean?
Tumblr media
You realize this a bit late, embarrassingly, but he does it in such a way you don't seem to notice until you replay the conversation back in your mind.
Sometimes it's just normal enough to pass off— something you wouldn't really think back to... But when you do, it's like a condescending pat on your cheek, and you can almost hear his voice in your head.
"I'm not trying to argue with you, I'm just explaining why I'm right." He'd say, gently cupping your cheek and wiping at the dirt with his thumb, "I just don't want you to get hurt rushing into things like a child..."
Undermining you, softly. With care.
"Are you sure you'll be able to go alone?"
"Yes," you scoff, "It's not like I need you to babysit me on every mission.. I can handle this just fine."
Xavier pretends to think for a bit, pursing his lips, and you prepare yourself once again to decline his offer as your mission partner — but to your surprise he just relents.
"Mm..okay."
The way he says it makes you suspicious, like he's planning something, but when he sees your narrowed vision glue onto him, he just sends you an innocent smile. He almost looks too giddy, but you end up shrugging off your paranoia to focus on your assigned mission.
So you get to the designated area, only for the wanderers to be a bit too strong, a bit too advanced. If there weren't so many of them, you'd be able to clear the area quickly, but it's taking awhile, and you're starting to get tired— so you bite your tongue and dial for backup. You can only hope it's anyone else but him, maybe Tara? Even Andrew—
When Xavier does eventually arrive, using his evol and dispersing of the few remaining wanderes on site, he doesn't say anything to you— not even an, 'I told you so'— because he doesn't need to. His expression already speaks volumes.
You can already tell by the upturn of his lips, the soft crinkle of his eyes as he looks at you... But he says nothing, and all that comes out of his mouth is a soft,
"Those were tough, huh?" yes. But clearly not for him.
You rustle, feeling the need to defend your pride, "I got rid of most of them!.. Jus' got tired is all."
Xavier looks at you, and he just let's out a soft hum at your words, clearly unimpressed, but overjoyed at the fact that it's only a matter of time before he becomes your official partner.
If it's not a subtle attack on your abilities at combat (you're better than he is, you think, where you strike he dodges), then it's a jab at your intelligence.
"You're so clever. I'm surprised you didn't figure that out sooner." Xavier says, a soft smile gracing his features, full of affection— the sight of it renders your entire brain useless, and the only thing you can really remember from what he said is, 'you're so clever'.
It's frustrating, because it's not like he's really trying to mince his words — it's your brain doing it for you. Remembering his 'praises' instead of what they really were.
You're sure he knows this too, because everytime you see him— he seems a bit more collected: smug in a way only certain people are able to tell. In a way only you're able to see.
It gets on your nerves, prickles at your skin like any annoying itch— especially when he wears a look of innocence on his face, his eyes scanning your form and looking at the slight frown on your face, the furrow of your brows. He tilts his head to the side and asks, full of amusement,
"Wake up on the wrong side of bed?"
I also think some tiny (big) part of Xavier just likes seeing you a bit irritated at him.

A/N: I might have to do multiple parts of this req, so let me know which characters you wanna see next! :DD
Tumblr media
You’d always called him Aventurine—not Kakavasha, never anything soft. Just Aventurine. Clean, professional, distant. Even during your playful banter or those late-night strategy sessions when his voice dipped and his eyes lingered a little too long, you’d kept the line firm.
But tonight, as he adjusted the roulette brooch on his collar, you walked past him, leaned in, and murmured, “Looking sharp tonight, darling.”
He froze. For precisely 0.5 seconds—a brief hitch in his well-oiled persona. His fingers paused mid-adjustment, and the ever-present grin twitched, faltered… then curved into something slower. Something far more dangerous.
“Well, well,” he drawled, eyes flicking to yours like dice clattering on velvet. “Did my ears deceive me, or have you just raised the stakes?”
You arched a brow, amused. “I figured it was time to gamble a little.”
His smile widened, but you saw it then—the faint crack in his composure. The way his hand ghosted behind his back, fingers twitching in the air like he wasn’t sure whether to pull you closer or push you away. That name—it wasn’t just cute. It was intimate. Dangerous. It threatened the mask he so carefully wore.
“Careful,” he whispered, stepping closer until your breath caught. “Use that word again, and I might start to think you mean it.”
You smiled back, just as daring. “Maybe I do.”
And just like that, for once, you’d left him unsure who was winning.
Tumblr media
“Sunday, we need to address the guest list again. The ceremony’s balance will collapse if—”
“—We include the North Sector delegates, yes,” he interrupted gently, hands folded, gaze serene. “I am already aware.”
You sighed, scribbling notes. Same old Sunday—graceful, poised, untouchable.
“Fine, love, but if this flops, I’m blaming you.”
Silence.
You didn’t catch it at first. His reaction was… almost imperceptible. The pen stilled between his gloved fingers. His eyes flicked toward you with the smallest shift of light. There was no smile, no obvious response, but something behind his gaze unraveled—like a ripple across still water.
“…‘Love’?” he repeated quietly, voice low, measured.
You looked up, unsure if you should laugh it off. “It just slipped.”
“I see.”
He returned to his work, posture perfect—but you noticed he hadn’t written a word since. His mind was elsewhere. The halo above his head shimmered subtly, like it pulsed in time with his heart.
It wasn’t embarrassment. It was something deeper. As if the word had struck a chord he’d long buried—something warm, painful, human.
“…You shouldn’t use a word like that lightly,” he finally said, glancing at you again.
“And if I didn’t?”
His lips parted, then closed. No answer. But his gloved hand slowly reached over and rested on yours, just for a moment. A silent concession. A rare flicker of vulnerability.
You'd breached something sacred—and he wasn’t sure if he wanted to pull away or fall in.
Tumblr media
You found him alone after the skirmish, sitting on the edge of a ruined stone altar, cape torn, armor dusted with ash. The blood wasn’t his, but it stained his hands all the same.
“Mydei,” you called softly, approaching him through the rubble.
He didn’t look up. “I told you to stay with the others.”
“I don’t take orders well.”
A pause. Then a sigh—more relief than exasperation. His eyes finally met yours, heavy with exhaustion and something else: grief he didn’t voice, names he couldn’t forget.
You reached out, thumb brushing a line of red from his jaw. “You’re safe… Beloved.”
He blinked.
“Say that again.”
You tilted your head. “Beloved?”
He stood, slowly, towering, not in a threatening way—but like the weight of that word shifted the battlefield under your feet. He stepped closer until you had to tilt your head to meet his gaze.
“No one’s called me that since…” His voice cracked, just slightly. “Since before the sea swallowed me whole.”
You swallowed. “Do you want me to stop?”
“No,” he said, reaching out with a hand trembling with restraint. “No, don’t stop.”
In a world where titles were earned through blood and legacy, beloved was the one name he’d longed for but never dared to claim.
You gave it freely—and that was the one war he didn’t know how to fight.
Tumblr media
Dan Heng stood silently in the Archives, eyes scanning over glowing data logs. You approached, hands behind your back, watching the way the soft blue light played across his features.
“Dan Heng,” you said as usual. He hummed softly, acknowledging you without turning.
You reached his side, pretending to study the data, but your focus was on the curve of his jaw, the slight furrow of his brow.
“I brought you some tea. Thought you could use a break, darling.”
The word slipped out, soft and syrupy.
Dan Heng froze.
His grip on the datapad faltered. He didn’t look at you immediately, but his ears turned a vivid shade of pink.
“…What did you call me?” he asked, tone low, almost cautious.
You played innocent. “Hmm? Oh, nothing, Dan Heng.”
He finally turned, eyes narrowed, a faint flush still lingering on his cheeks. “You did. Say it again.”
You tilted your head, grinning. “Darling?”
He exhaled sharply, muttering something under his breath, trying to maintain composure. He failed spectacularly. The calm, cool Dan Heng couldn’t meet your eyes for a solid thirty seconds.
But when he finally did, he stepped closer.
“…If you’re going to say things like that,” he murmured, voice softer now, “Don’t be surprised when I stop pretending I’m unaffected.”
Tumblr media
You and Caelus had been walking side by side after a mission, stars glittering above. You laughed about something he’d said, casually bumping your shoulder against his.
“You always do this, Caelus,” you said, teasing. “Charging in like you’ve got plot armor or something.”
“I mean, I might,” he joked. “Main character energy and all.”
You rolled your eyes. “Sure thing, love.”
The moment the word left your lips, silence fell.
Caelus tripped over his own foot.
He caught himself quickly, turning to you with wide eyes. “Wait. Did you just call me—?”
“I did,” you confirmed with a sly grin. “Something wrong with that, love?”
His expression shifted, uncertain whether to be flustered or flattered. He rubbed the back of his neck, cheeks blooming with color.
“I… No. I mean, it’s not wrong. Just. Unexpected.”
You nudged him again. “You’re cute when you’re trying not to smile.”
“I’m not trying not to smile,” he said quickly, then failed to hide the shy grin tugging at his lips. “Okay, maybe I am. Call me that again.”
Tumblr media
The battlefield was quiet now, monsters defeated, the sunset casting golden hues across the ruins. Argenti stood tall, brushing dust from his armor with knightly grace.
You approached, hands behind your back.
“Argenti, you were amazing back there,” you praised, as always.
He nodded humbly. “Merely fulfilling my duty to Beauty and righteousness.”
You smiled. “Of course, beloved.”
Argenti blinked.
The word echoed.
He turned to you slowly, as if unsure he’d heard correctly. “Beloved…?”
You tilted your head, eyes innocent. “Yes?”
He pressed a hand to his chest, lips parting slightly in astonishment. “You honor me with such a name… Are you certain… I am worthy of it?”
“You’ve always been worthy,” you said softly.
He took your hand, kneeling with a reverent grace, eyes shining. “Then allow me to dedicate not only my blade but my heart to you. For Beauty may guide me, but you, my beloved, inspire me.”
You laughed, a little flustered yourself now.
Leave it to Argenti to turn one pet name into a poetic vow.

power play - eddie/volt/reader
⋆syn: Eddie only has one rule: no fucking in the bar. And of course, he finds you and Volt breaking it. He can't have that.
⋆wc: 3.3k
⋆cw: m/m/afab threesome, light dom/sub undertones, erotic electrostimulation, mentions of alcohol consumption, blowjobs, finger fucking.
⋆notes: reader insert uses g/n pronouns and is not described with feminine attributes. AFAB genitalia, mention of breasts, terms used include hole, entrance, cunt and clit. no spoilers for any of the routes, I suppose, but it is a more established relationship. the first 65% of this is volt/reader, with eddie/volt/reader in the later half. other e/v one shots.
⋆snippet:
“What. The fuck. Are you doing?” Eddie’s voice is harsh, methodical, but level. He usually only sounds like this when he’s kicking out Kristof for starting a fight, or when he notices you doing something even mildly off-kilter when fixing up the club. It’s a dangerous tone.
Neither of you speak immediately. You can't even bring yourself to meet Volt’s eyes; you’re focused solely on Eddie, and how still, how charged he is.
“Are either of you going to fucking say anything?” His grip tightens on Volt’s hair, and Volt nearly stumbles back.
power play
“Does he have to perform every night, though?”
You’re wiping down the bar, Volt expertly throwing a shaker around before grabbing two glasses for the concoction he’s crafting. The liquid fills the tumblers, and he starts to pluck out some cherries from a bowl.
“We have an open-mic policy, darling,” Volt says as he pushes a glass in your direction. Nevermind that it pulls a few drops of spilled whiskey over where you’d just run your rag over.
You sigh, eyeing Volt with annoyance, but he ignores you in favor of having a long sip from his glass. “But it’s almost like you need a sign for him,” you say as you round the bar to sit. You punctuate your words with a wave of the hand, like you’re envisioning a marquee. “Johnny Splash: The Breaker Box Residency.”
Volt downs the whiskey sour, and you can’t help but catch a glance at how his adam’s apple bobs when he swallows. “After that disaster of his American Maestro audition,” he says, popping another cherry in his mouth, “I think he ought to still have somewhere he can feel comfortable performing, don’t you think?”
You nod, stealing a taste of your drink. “I just hope he’s not taking space from anyone else wanting to perform, is all.”
“Aww, spark,” Volt hums, shrugging off his overcoat and pushing his sleeves up like Eddie does for work. “What a darling thing you are.” He props his arms up against the bar, leaning towards you, mischief crackling in his white eyes.
You shrug as you swallow the cherry from your drink. “Don’t worry, I’m not going soft on you two.”
“I perish the thought.” He grins like a cat who’s finally cornered the canary. “I adore when you crackle around the edges like we do.”
You bite back a grin, and reach out to the bowl of cherries for another, when your hand is smacked away.
“Hey! I was -”
“I know, darling,” he breathes, impatience on his lips. You watch his long, silver fingers procure a cherry, and red juice drips down his thumb. “Allow me.”
His lightning brows quirk expectantly, and you fight back an eye roll as you open your mouth, protrude your tongue only a hint. When he places the cherry on your tongue, your lips wrap around his fingers, tingling your mouth. Daring a glance at his eyes, you run the tip of your tongue over his thumb, ensuring no juice is wasted, before pulling away with a lick of your lips.
The ends of Volt’s hair buzz and spark, and his eyes glisten.
(You’ve noticed, between your partners, their similarities and differences - where Eddie’s steel eyes will darken with want, Volt’s dial up their shine, like a lamp when you remove its shade. It’s noticeable enough even to an untrained, unknowing eye.)
“Enjoy that, live wire?” He rubs the pads of his thumb and finger together, making the smallest of sparks.
You say nothing, just take another sip without breaking his gaze.
“Hm,” he muses, standing upright again. “Shall I make you another cocktail?”
You blink in confusion, glancing down at the half-finished tumbler. “I haven’t finished yet.”
“No matter.”
His voice tells it is most certainly some sort of matter. “Volt -”
He turns, rummaging at a few bottles before deciding on a few, putting them to the side. When you finally catch a glimpse of his profile behind his shock of hair, his smile is saccharine.
“Yes, here we go,” he mutters to himself as bottles of simple syrup, bourbon, and lemon juice appear in front of you. No shakers, no strainers, just a grin that sends a shiver down your spine.
You gulp. You know that grin. You say again, a little harsher, “Volt -”
“Now now, live wire, no need for that. I’m just going to make you a cocktail, hm?” Volt cocks his head like he’s explaining a trick to a dog, trying as he might to play innocent.
“Yes but what do -”
Your voice stops with a gasp as, quick as lightning, Volt’s fingers find your jaw and press down on your cheeks to force your mouth open. The pressure is harsh, almost bordering on painful, and Volt’s palm rests fittingly under your chin. You find, almost instantly, your breath comes easier through your nose, and it’s unsteady when it comes out.
His hair is alive, bursts of light sparking close to your skin, and his eyes are wild. “Fear not, spark.” You see him reach for a bottle, his eyes not leaving your face. “I’m just making a cocktail.”
The tip of a bottle is cool on your lips, and sweetness flows into your mouth - but not too much, no no, just enough to cover your tongue.
“Very good, darling.” Volt coos, placing the bottle back on the bar and deftly grabbing the next. This one’s bourbon, you think, and the unmistakable scent wafts to your nostrils. It mixes with the syrup on your tongue, and this time, a few drops escape from the corners of your lips. You feel them, slowly, casually, journey down your chin, your neck, down the center of your chest and between your breasts, leaving a cool streak in their wake.
Volt chuckles approvingly as he allows a few drops of lemon juice to enter your mouth, resulting in even more spillover, and you moan, pleadingly, as your jaw starts to ache.
“Impatient, are we?” He licks his lips, leans forward across the bar so there’s only a hair of space between your lips and his. “You, live wire, look delectable.”
He cuts off your moan with his tongue, intruding on your rigidly held mouth, swiping long, hungry licks over the roof of your mouth, your tongue, lapping at the mixture of liquids he poured like a man parched. You whine, you moan, you plead with the only small sounds you can make. The taste is overwhelming, the liquid dribbles out of you rapidly now, and the combination of the droplets’ wet streaks and nearby electricity elicit goosebumps along your skin.
Volt’s fingers relax as he pulls away, releasing your jaw from his grip but keeping his hand on you (always on you). He sucks at your bottom lip, and you finally have enough control to swallow the remnants of the drink Volt missed. You whine again, still physically prevented from forming words.
He stops, and you swear you can hear the buzz of his charged eyes when they meet yours, white hot with lust. His thumb pets your chin, the tips of your noses kissing. “Did you want something, darling?”
Fuck this man.
Fuck this man.
Hm. That sounds like a good idea, actually.
You lunge forward, your whiskey-laced lips starving for Volt’s, and you grab at his vest with white-knuckled fists. He lets out a growl, a sound of pure want, and you feel his arms snake around you, encircle your waist, and you’re being hoisted forwards across the bar. The stool you sat in clatters to the ground, and you allow Volt to settle your ass on the bar, you lips never separating more than a breath.
Volt’s large hands singe at your waist, a delicious burn as he grips you tightly. You loosen your grip on his vest and wrap your arms around his neck at the same moment your legs lock around his hips, pressing his warm body to you. He rocks his hips between your thighs, and you gasp at how hard he already is, straining against his slacks.
“Fuck, Volt,” you sigh when his tongue journeys down your chin, your neck, licking up the trail of his “cocktail.” Your nails claw at the back of his neck, needing purchase wherever possible. He sucks at a spot at the base of your neck, and a shock surges from your spine straight to your clit. “Oh, oh, fuck…”
His voice reverberates in your neck when he hums in satisfaction. “Live wire,” he says, strained with lust, “I have to have you. Now.” As he says it, his hands deftly find the button of your pants and tug, and they’re gone in a lightning flash, your bare skin hitting the cold wood.
Yes, yes of course, who were you to say no to such need? You need him, needed this, right now, right here on the -
Bar.
Oh no.
You two were breaking Eddie’s one rule.
Your eyes fly open, and you try, feebly, to push Volt away. “Volt. Volt, the bar, Eddie -”
“Fuck Eddie.”
You groan, and you both love and hate that his voice makes you wetter. “He says no sex at the bar -”
“Last time I checked,” Volt’s hands palm the flesh of your thighs around his waist, sparks igniting at every inch they move, “this is our bar. And you, little spark, are ours as well. So, why shouldn’t I enjoy my share, hm?”
You weren’t going to win, you knew that, you rarely ever did with Volt, and the rational part of your brain had clocked out when you locked up after Johnny left. Because yeah, the boys were yours, and they always said the bar was just as much yours now too, so…
You’d just have to be extra attentive when you cleaned up, was all.
You swallow, trying to find whatever liquid courage might remain in your mouth, and start to grab at Volt’s belt. “Fuck it.”
Volt’s grin is tiger-like as he helps you free himself, and you unconsciously lick your lips at the sight of his cock, long and curved with the faintest tinge of blue. Amps sake, how lucky were you that both of your boyfriends had such pretty, pretty cocks?
You trail your fingers along his length, watching as a droplet of pre forms at the tip. Volt hisses, and he grabs your wrist suddenly, and you look up at his white eyes, scared you’ve done something wrong.
But no anger or hurt is evident on his face, just that familiar mischief. He pulls your wrist and hand close to your face, and looks expectantly at your open palm. “Spit.”
Your hole clenches at the word, and you fight back a whimper. You gather the spit in your mouth, letting the glob drop onto your hand.
“Again.”
You don’t think twice.
Satisfied, Volt leads your hand back to his cock, and you wrap your grip around him, glazing your spit over the hot skin, coating him as best you’re able as he maneuvers your wrist. He makes a hum of content after a moment, and you rest your hand on your waist when he releases you.
There’s hardly anymore preamble before the head of his cock is pressing at your entrance, but you know Volt, and you know -
Your jaw falls open in a silent cry as Volt enters you, white hot and slick and everything you need. He gives you a moment, just a moment, to relax into the fullness, before his hips snap, and he thrusts.
So. Fucking. Lucky.
Strings of moans, strings of “yes, yes, yes, fuck yes” fall from your lips each time Volt bottoms out, and you bury your face into his shoulder, the burning heat of his skin and the cool wood a beautiful contrast.
You can hear the sparks of Volt’s hair, feel the puffs of his breath, and you hang on to every curse, every “my spark, fuck, good little spark,” that he groans.
It’s maddening, almost, just how good he makes you feel, how they make you feel. You moan something incomprehensible when he bites your neck and lick the marks. “Volt, volt, yes -“
There’s a surge, a flicker, and you’re empty, and Volt’s weight is missing.
You open your eyes, suddenly terrified from the loss, and you think to scream -
But the sight that greets you isn’t one that’s… entirely unwelcome.
Eddie’s hand has a death grip on the currents of Volt’s hair, tugging hard enough to keep Volt’s chin tilted back, unmoving.
(You think, in the recesses of your fucked our mind, that you wish you could do that, but it seemed to be a skill reserved for literal electrical conduits personified.)
You blink, aligning yourself to this new situation, to this unexpected twist, because when did Eddie -
Eddie.
Eddie.
Uh oh.
“What.
“Eddie, my darling,” Volt finally offers, trying the voice he uses to introduce the next act. The listen-to-what-I’m-about-to-say voice. “My, did we miss you -”
“Volt,” his voice is clipped, and Volt doesn’t try again. “I have one fucking rule. And you know that.”
You haven’t seen the ice that’s in Eddie’s eyes in weeks, and now it’s your turn to try. “Eddie, it was my -”
“Absolutely not.” Titanium eyes stop your words in your throat, and Eddie points a finger at you. “You are not in a position where you wanna lie to me.”
He’s right, and you know it, and you close your legs in an effort to take up less space on the bar.
Eddie turns his attention back to Volt, flexing his grip and pulling his partner’s head closer to him, turning him so their eyes meet. You feel the hum, the charge in the air that flows between them. “No. Sex. In the bar, Volt.” Eddie cocks his head, studying Volt’s strained white gaze. “Or did you not learn the last time when I caught you with Amir?”
Volt’s laugh is shakey, raising his hands in surrender. “It was only a broken mirror, Eddie, and look at me now! We’re being very careful to -”
Eddie cuts him off with a kiss you can only describe as forceful, teeth tugging at Volt’s lips, and keeping him in place as he twists his hand in Volt’s hair. You swear you hear a growl from Eddie’s throat when he harshly tugs Volt away again, and there’s a flash of something in his steely gaze as you watch his free hand start to fumble with his pants zipper.
Sometimes, you’re almost certain there are times that Volt and Eddie don’t communicate with words, that there’s something deeper between them that lets them move in a singular, tandem pace, synchronized. As Eddie unzips, and Volt placidly drops to his knees before him, you think this is one of those times.
“You,” Eddie groans, when Volt, unprompted, places a chaste, quick kiss to Eddie’s thick, angry cock, “need to shut. up.”
He says nothing more, but on instinct, Volt’s jaw goes slack, and nearly his entire cock slips into Volt’s mouth with practiced ease.
Your body tremors as you watch them, notice with interest how a small fuck falls from Eddie’s lip, and he throws his head back, steeling his jaw with bared teeth. He’s so still, letting Volt do the work on his cock, and - and you can’t help it, your thighs press together, and your nails scrap along the wood as your hands turn to firsts.
Eddie notices.
Eddie always notices.
Eddie’s eyes are nearly black with lust, hunger, and barely controlled rage. “You,” he says, voice rough in his throat. “Open your legs.”
You do, and the air is cold where your slick hasn’t dried.
Eddie reaches out his hand, extends his ring and middle finger, and lays them at the very edge of the bar. Still. Waiting.
You blink, unsure, but you’re not sure if you’re allowed to speak.
“Fuck yourself or don’t, live wire, I don’t care,” he says. “He’s - fuck - in more trouble than you. He’s not getting off tonight.”
Lucky, lucky, lucky, your mind chants, and your heart might just explode from electrocution if you’re not careful.
You scoot yourself to the edge of the bar, position your legs under you, line your entrance over where his fingers are raised and waiting. You grip the curve of the wood to steady yourself, and lower yourself down onto Eddie’s fingers, as far as you can, and your mouth falls open in a curse at the feeling of fullness finally returned to you.
Eddie only watches, his fingers knotting in Volt’s hair, trying with his entire willpower not to fuck all his fingers into your cunt. You feel so hot, so slick, and the currents racing through his cock are already dangerously close to shorting if Volt keeps his pace. He knows if he so much as catches a glimpse of those white eyes that he’ll blow like a fuse. So, he watches you, bouncing up and down as best you can, trying to grind your clit on his thumb. Angry as he is at catching you two in the one place you shouldn’t be, he has to admit, he thrives off the power you and Volt are feeding him.
You’re close, so close, and you moan Eddie’s name in want and frustration. He makes no sound, but Volt hums around Eddie’s cock, and you can’t tell whose slick, depraved sounds are whose.
Volt moans again, his grip tighter on Eddie’s hips, and you somehow know he’s warning you that Eddie won’t last long. You quicken your place, angling to find how Eddie’s thumb hits your clit. It’s just right, and you close your eyes, white bolts of lightning behind your eyelids as you climb, higher, higher -
“Yes, yes, Eddie Eddie, fuck, Eddie!” You cry as your orgasm hits like a surge, tingling and coursing through all your limbs, and your legs quiver as you force yourself to slow.
Eddie hisses through his teeth, knowing he has only seconds, and Volt only speeds up. “Fuck,” he grunts, and finally flicks his eyes down to watch Volt work, if only for a moment, but the second those knowing, loving, burning eyes meet his -
He short circuits.
Volt sucks him dry as Eddie groans, curses through his climax, even swallows him down with his nose pressed to the coils above Eddie’s shaft. Doesn’t let a single drop spill, Volt, and Eddie loves him for it.
You all are finally, somehow, able to relax, as you extricate yourselves from your slightly incoherent, slightly precarious positions. Volt, back on his feet, pulls you into his arms, hoists you up as you wrap you legs around them - none of you trust them to hold you up.
Eddie rubs his hand over your back, presses adoring kisses to your shoulder. “You alright, little wire?” He asks, in the softest voice you’ve heard him use all night.
You nod, turning your head to find his face. “Of course, Eddie. Always.”
A corner of his lip tugs up into a smile. “Good.” He plants a warm kiss on your cheek and tucks a hair behind your ear. “Like I said, you’re not in trouble. I know how dangerous Volt’s tongue can be.”
“Hey,” Volt quips, his fingers pressing into your thighs. “A moment ago you liked my dangerous tongue.”
Eddie pays the jest no mind, but still looks up at him. “You’re on close for a week. Alone. And - nope - don’t you ‘Eddie’ me. Alone. One week.”
Volt groans, and you don’t have to see his face to know he rolled his eyes too. “You already didn't let me cum, so I get the message." He, too, presses a small kiss to the top of your head. "But who’s going to keep our spark busy then, hm?”
Eddie smiles, seeing the mischievous glint that just appeared in your gaze. “Well, luckily, they have more than one option, don’t they?”
Lucky, lucky, lucky.

The day after the Monaco Grand Prix, Y/N sat cross-legged on her tiny balcony, sipping lukewarm coffee and grading spelling quizzes from her students.
Her phone buzzed.
Unknown Number: You owe me one, remember? Still waiting for my “thank you” dinner, Miss Y/N.
Her eyebrows lifted.
Y/N: I’m sorry… who is this and how did you get my number?
Three dots blinked back almost instantly.
Unknown Number: A good magician never reveals his secrets. Let’s just say… you left quite an impression.
Y/N: Lando ? How did you get my number? Did Sara give it to you?
Lando : (Contact saved) You left so quickly yesterday, I didn’t get the chance to ask. And no, Sara didn’t give it to me, though I suspect she’d do just about anything to help my case It wasn’t that hard to find you. Monaco’s small. 😌
Y/N stared at her phone, heart doing a weird little skip in her chest.
Y/N: You could’ve just asked like a normal person. I guess I did already say yes to a date... No need to recruit a spy agency.
Lando : Well, Miss Y/N, I didn’t want to miss my shot. Besides, you disappeared into the crowd didn't have time to ask
Y/N: Sorry I ghosted. I had 20 kids to not lost again Which, by the way, went surprisingly okay. No one else wandered off. Not even Ella, and she’s usually one “Look! A butterfly!” away from vanishing.
Lando : Impressive. Gold star for you. ⭐ Also, congrats to me, I guess? For the race? Just wondering if you noticed I, you know… podiumed.
Y/N: Oh wow, did you race yesterday? I had no idea. It’s not like you had your face plastered across every surface within a 3-mile radius. 🙄 But seriously, congrats. That was epic.👏
Lando : Was waiting for you to say that. Thanks 😊 Felt good. Monaco wins always do. But you know what feels better?
Y/N: What? Your lap time? The smell of champagne on fireproof suits?
Lando : Having a date with a cute teacher.
Y/N: Smooth. Very smooth. Fine. I’m free Thursday night. But only if you promise not to bring any stickers.
Lando : Can’t promise that. Might be my signature move.
Thursday night in Monaco felt less like a date and more like something out of a movie. Warm golden streetlights cast long reflections over the marina, and the soft hum of distant music floated from open terraces. Y/N checked her phone for the fourth time, then shook her head and laughed at herself.
This is ridiculous, she thought. It’s just dinner.
But it wasn’t just dinner. It was a date. With Lando Norris. Race winner. Flirtatious chaos incarnate.
She was halfway through mentally rehearsing excuses just in case, when she spotted him.
He was already there, waiting outside the restaurant, dressed in a crisp white shirt and navy trousers, hands tucked into his pockets, curls slightly more tamed than usual.
And smiling at her like he wasn’t used to waiting, but would wait hours if she asked.
“Wow,” he said as she approached. “You’re… georgous. Really elegant tonight.”
She smirked. “You clean up okay too. No McLaren cap tonigh ?”
“I brought one,” he teased, patting his chest. “Emergency use only.,if a kid get lost again”
She rolled her eyes, but her smile betrayed her. “Let’s eat before you start handing them out.”
They were seated on a quiet terrace overlooking the water, the clink of glasses and the murmur of other diners providing just enough cover for nerves.
“So,” she began, folding her napkin, “when you’re not rescuing lost children and stealing phone numbers, how's is tour life like?”
Lando laughed. “Oh, just some light go-karting. On an international scale. No big deal.”
“I think I’ve heard of it,” she said dryly.
After a beat, he asked, “So what made you want to wrangle children for a living? Seems like you could do something far less… chaotic.”
She tilted her head. “Chaos is kind of my thing. Teaching’s exhausting, yeah, but it’s also... deeply rewarding. I love the curiosity, the little victories. And I love showing them something new. After the race, I had ten of them who wanted to do study downforce and tire compounds. Do you know how rare that is in a classroom?”
“Honestly?” he grinned. “Sounds like you’re raising the next generation of engineers.”
“I hope so. Or drivers. Or… I don’t know. Curious, kind humans.”
He watched her for a long second, then said, “You’re good at it, aren’t you?”
“I try,” she said, a little surprised by his tone.
“You are,” he said. “I saw how Sara looked at you. That wasn’t fear or just respect. She trusted you. And that doesn’t happen by accident.”
She felt her cheeks flush. “Careful, Norris. You’re starting to sound like a grown-up.”
He laughed, tilting his head. “Don’t get used to it. I’m usually a menace.”
“I figured,” she said. “Before I first met you, I honestly thought you were just some reckless, childish guy with too much confidence and not enough sense. I get enough of that during class.”
Lando clutched his chest, mock wounded. “Ouch. Harsh.”
“But fair,” she added.
He chuckled. “Okay, fine. You’re not wrong. I am childish sometimes. I like dumb jokes, fast things, and annoying my friends.” He paused, looking at her more seriously. “But tonight? I’m just trying to impress you.”
That stunned her into silence for a second.
She recovered with a soft smile. “Well. Consider me… mildly impressed.”
He grinned, but then she shifted the conversation again.
“You were so good with Sara. Not a lot of people know how to talk to kids. How are you so good at it?”
Something changed in his expression. He leaned back a little, fingers tapping lightly against his glass.
“I think…” he began slowly, “I think I just remember being that kid. The one who was obsessed with cars. Who lived and breathed racing. Who dreamt so big it didn’t even make sense. And if one of the drivers I admired had ever looked at me, really seen me and said something kind or just… paid attention? That would’ve meant everything.”
Y/N stayed quiet, letting him speak.
“So I try to be that guy now,” he said. “The one who makes space for those kids. Especially the little ones who look lost or overwhelmed. I don’t always get it right. But I try.”
She stared at him, moved. “That’s… honestly kind of beautiful.”
He shrugged, like brushing it off made it less vulnerable. “I mean, don’t tell anyone. I’ve got a reputation to uphold.”
“Your secret’s safe with me,” she whispered.
Their eyes met. Something shifted. The conversation slowed, deepened, turned into a soft current pulling them closer.
“So,” he said after a moment, playfully nudging her foot under the table, “how are we doing so far? Am I winning this date?”
She tilted her head, smirking. “You’ve avoided all major red flags. No chewing with your mouth open. No sticker bribes. A surprising amount of introspection.”
He grinned. “I’m saving the chewing-with-mouth-open for date three.”
She laughed, shaking her head. “Date three? Already making plans?”
“Just saying,” he said, leaning closer, his voice a little lower, “if tonight ends with a yes, I’m definitely asking you out again.”
“And what makes you so confident I’ll say yes?”
“Because,” he murmured, eyes warm, “you’re smiling like you already have.”
She stared at him, this sweet, clever, chaotic, unexpectedly deep man and realized… he was right.
“Maybe I am,” she said quietly.
The restaurant’s terrace had long since emptied, the soft clink of cutlery replaced by the hush of late-night Monaco. Lando offered to walk her home before she even had to ask.
They stepped out onto the cobbled street, the glow from storefronts casting gentle halos on the sidewalk.
“So,” she said, wrapping her arms around herself more out of habit than chill, “do you always go full gentleman after a race win?”
Lando glanced sideways at her, hands tucked casually in his pockets. “Nope. This is strictly VIP treatment.”
“Oh? And what exactly did I do to earn such an upgrade?”
He grinned. “Didn’t tackle me when you found out I was famous. That alone deserves flowers.”
She laughed, shaking her head. “I had a kid to chase. Didn’t have time for fangirling.”
“Exactly. You’re terrifyingly efficient. That’s very attractive.”
She smile and the space between them grow thiner, their hands brushing here and there.
They fell into step again, their pace unhurried, as if the night had conspired to slow down just for them.
Her apartment wasn’t far and when they reached her building’s steps, she turned to face him, one foot on the bottom stair.
“Well,” she said softly. “This is me.”
“I figured,” he said, glancing up toward the window with a small, almost boyish smile.
They stood there a moment, the silence between them full but not awkward. A good silence. A “neither of us wants to end this” kind of silence.
He rubbed the back of his neck, looking up at her. “So… I had fun tonight.”
“Me too,” she said, heart ticking faster now that it was just the two of them, the city dim behind them.
“You’re not what I expected,” he added, voice quieter now. “You’re smarter. Sharper. And a lot harder to impress.”
She tilted her head. “Is that a challenge?”
His smile was crooked. “Maybe.”
She took a step down, so they were on the same level now, barely inches apart.
“You’re not what I expected either,” she admitted. “I thought you’d be all ego and reckless charm.”
He held up his hands in mock surrender. “To be fair, that is most of my personality.”
She chuckled. “But tonight you were kind. Thoughtful. Gentle.”
His expression softened, like she’d touched something just under the surface.
“I told you,” he said. “I was trying to impress you.”
“You did,” she said quietly. “You really did.”
The air between them changed, warmer, slower, like the universe had just given them a moment to breathe.
Lando leaned forward slightly, his voice barely above a whisper. “Would it be crazy if I kissed you right now?”
She blinked, heart now firmly lodged somewhere in her throat. “It might be.”
“But would it be wrong?”
Her answer came in the form of her hand reaching up to lightly touch his chest, steady, quiet confirmation.
He didn’t rush. He leaned in slow, his hand brushing gently along her jaw like he was still waiting for a sign to stop.
And when their lips finally met, soft, certain, and warm, the world around them faded entirely.
It wasn’t fireworks or a movie crescendo. It was better.
It was real.
He pulled back first, just slightly, lips still close, breath warm against her skin.
“I’ve been wanting to do that since the paddock,” he murmured.
She smiled, eyes still closed for half a second longer. “And you did good not kissing me in front of one of my student.”
“Noted,” he said. “But I can’t promise anything.”
She laughed, then stepped back, just enough to let the space settle.
“Goodnight, Lando.”
“Goodnight, Y/N.”
He waited until she slipped inside the building, still wearing that small, dreamy smile, then turned, hands in his pockets again, and walked into the Monaco night like the happiest man alive.
A month had passed since that night on the cobbled street outside her apartment, the night he’d kissed her like she was something fragile and electric all at once.
Since then, Lando and Y/N had slipped into something almost like a relationship. Late-night texts turned into coffee the next morning. Long FaceTime calls after his flights blurred into afternoons spent wrapped up on her couch, his head on her lap, her fingers brushing absentmindedly through his curls as they talked about things he didn’t usually let people hear.
He liked this quiet life with her. The slowness. The steadiness.
And though they hadn’t labeled anything, he was sure of what it was becoming.
He was falling for her.
Every time she laughed, every time she told a story about one of her kids with that glowing kind of fondness in her voice, he fell a little harder. It terrified him, in the best way.
Still, doubt crept in around the edges.
Would she really want him? The guy who lived out of suitcases, who flew to different time zones like it was just another grocery run? The one with microphones shoved in his face, rumors written in headlines, and fans who treated privacy like a joke?
Would she want to build something real with him, when her whole life was rooted in structure, patience, and carefully timed snack breaks?
Maybe.
And maybe not.
But today, he was going to find out.
He stood outside the school gate in Monaco, holding a slightly lopsided bouquet of tulips and daisies, the kind that looked somehow perfect for her. No reason, just because. Because she deserved flowers. Because he needed a little courage.
The plan had been simple: she’d told him she was free after class, and he offered to pick her up. But as the bell rang and parents trickled in, she still hadn’t appeared.
Inside, something colorful caught his eye through the half-open door to her classroom.
Ten kids remained.
Not in detention, in full, chaotic, unfiltered enthusiasm. They were gathered around her like she was a celebrity and a saint all at once, waving their drawings in her face with joyful urgency.
“Miss Y/N! Look! I drew your car with rocket boosters!”
“Miss, I made you getting married, look, I draw the dress!”
“I drew a giraffe. I like giraffes.”
Y/N knelt between them, laughing, holding each drawing like it was a museum piece.
“Oh wow, Maxime, that’s a very powerful rocket car. I’m not sure if it’s road-legal, but the shading is amazing.”
“Anna, this… is deeply concerning, but also? Very creative.”
“And Baptiste,” she smiled, holding up the giraffe. “Honestly? That’s the best one of the bunch.”
Lando leaned on the doorframe, still unseen, his heart punching hard against his ribs.
God, she was good at this.
He caught sight of Lara, the little girl from the paddock, now missing a front tooth and holding a drawing of what looked like a very abstract race car.
He smiled.
One day, he’d have to thank her properly.
Then one of the kids spotted him.
“MISS Y/N,” a small voice squealed. “LOOK! HE’S HERE! YOUR BOYFRIEND IS HERE!”
Y/N froze. All heads turned.
Lando straightened from the doorframe, holding the flowers like they might shield him from a stampede.
And it was a stampede.
“Oh my gosh, it’s the papaya driver!”
“Lando! Lando, do you drive to school?”
“Are you rich? How fast can you go? Do you have a yacht?!”
“Why are you here?”
“Can you sign my drawing?”
Amid the chaos, Y/N stood slowly, face bright red, one hand rising instinctively to her temple like she was bracing for impact.
She looked at Lando across the sea of tiny bodies.
He didn’t say anything. He just smiled.
And held out the flowers to her.
Her breath caught.
She took a step, then another, until she reached him. Her fingers closed around the stems.
“Hi,” she said, quiet and slightly breathless.
“Hi,” he replied, grinning like a complete idiot. “These are for you.”
She glanced down at them, then up again, some soft understanding blooming in her expression.
“Thanks,” she said. “They’re… really nice.”
One of the bolder kids shrieked, “IS HE YOUR BOYFRIEND OR WHAT?”
Silence fell.
Y/N looked at Lando.
He didn’t hesitate.
“Well,” he said, not loud enough for all ten kids to hear but she did, his eyes never left hers, “I’d like to be.”
She blinked, startled by the clarity of it.
He stepped closer, speaking now just for her.
“I know I travel a lot. I know my life’s a mess. But when I’m not racing, I want to be here. With you. Because this? Us? It’s the only thing lately that feels like home.”
Her eyes softened. A slow, unshakable smile curved her lips.
“Well,” she said, voice warm and amused. “I guess you are now, my boyfriend I mean.”
“Yeah?”
“Yeah.”
Behind them, the kids erupted.
“I KNEW IT!”
“I told you she liked him!”
“Wait, are they gonna kiss now?”
“EW, GROSS!”
Y/N turned, laughing. “Alright, okay, okay! Everyone, backpacks on, we’re leaving! If you behave, maybe he’ll sign your drawing next time!”
The kids squealed in delight.
Lando leaned in as she gently ushered them out the door. “Was that a threat or a promise?”
She turned to him, eyes glittering. “You’ll find out.”
And when the last child finally left and the hallway quieted, he looked at her again, still smiling like he couldn’t believe his luck.
She held the flowers a little tighter, leaned in, and kissed him, quick, certain, unmistakably his.
“That,” she whispered, “was definitely a promise.”
And this time, there were no more questions left to ask.

Pretty Girl: Jack Abbot x Reader x Michael "Robby" Robinavitch (NSFW)
Tumblr media
Tagging: @kmc1989 @daydreamsareallineed @starstruckunknown-princess @sillymuffintrashflap @thedamnqueenofhell
Summary: Jack and Robby spend a little quality time with their pretty girl.
Companion piece to:
Together - Jack comes home to find Robby in the kitchen and you sleeping the morning away.
Tumblr media
You sleep like the dead, splayed out across the mattress, the sheets kicked off past your knees, your arms tucked under the pillows. Your hair is tied up in a messy bun and you’re wearing Jack’s Bob Dylan t-shirt and a pair of white panties with tiny cherries on. Jack fucking loves those panties, he loves the way they turn translucent when you get wet for him, that damp patch that grows the more worked up he gets you. His fingertips trail up from the back of your knee and along your inner thigh doodling tiny patterns across your skin. He glances over his shoulder at Robby who stands back, watching from the doorway.
“You’re not going to join?” He asks with a frown.
“I think maybe the two of you should have some time alone together.” Robby says as his palm rubs over the nape of his neck. “I know it’s been a while.”
This is what Jack loves about Robby, how mindful he is of the two of you. He’s been fortunate enough that his free time has lined up with both yours and Jack’s. Jack hasn’t been so lucky. Robby’s offering him the chance to reconnect with you without having to worry about the third person in the room but he doesn’t understand that that’s what Jack wants, he wants both of the people he cares about in the same space, he wants to love them both.
“Get over here old man.” Jack says, jerking his head towards the bed. “Come be with me and our girl.”
Robby steps into the room, kicking the door shut behind him. He pulls the worn t-shirt off, tossing it onto the floor. If Jack’s dick wasn’t already hard, it is now because Michael Robinavitch, he’s truly something to behold. That light dusting of dark hair on his broad chest, leading all the way down to that treasure trail. The scar from the night he had his appendix out, while Jack waited impatiently in the waiting room. The slight love handles that Jack has gripped time and time again as he thrust deep inside him.
Robby’s hand threads through his curls as he kisses him, his tongue tracing along the seam of Jack’s mouth before dipping inside. His fists grasp Jack’s shirt, bunching the fabric before he draws it up over his head, allowing it to drop to the carpet. His fingers fumble with the tie of his black scrubs before he’s shoving them down along with Jack’s boxer briefs. His erection slaps against his stomach and Robby tilts his head to watch that tiny bead of pre-come drip down the tip.
“Get into bed with her.” Robby murmurs untying his own grey sweatpants.
Jack climbs onto the bed behind you, his arm encircling your waist as he guides you back against him, his cock slotting perfectly into the space between your legs. Already he can feel the moisture gathering on the fabric of your panties, drenching his tip. He buries his face into the curve of your throat to stifle his grunts, his stubbled cheek rubbing across your tender skin.
Robby joins you as you begin to stir, his bare form pushing you against Jack, securing you between them. His mouth ghosts over yours, his palm settling over your breast, his thumb lightly teasing your nipple until it’s pert and wanting. You moan into his mouth as you start to wake, your eyes flickering open as Jack’s lips leave a heated trail down the column of your throat.
Your hand reaches back, combing through Jack’s salt and pepper curls, tugging just enough to make him rut against you, his breath hot in your ear.
“Need you.” He whispers, his teeth grazing that deviant little spot just underneath the hinge of your jaw. “Been too long sweetheart.”
“Then take me.” You whisper, as Robby’s head dips. His mouth latches onto your nipple through the white shirt, his teeth biting down, sending a sensuous thrill through your entire nervous system. “Show me what I’ve been missing.”
Jack’s fingers hook on your panties, drawing them down your thighs as Robby mouths your other nipple, kneading your breasts with his large hands. He notches himself at your entrance, easing inside you slowly, filling you with every inch of him. The sound you make in that moment, it’s the sweetest thing he’s ever heard. Robby’s palm grasps your chin, tipping your mouth towards his as he drinks down your pleasure. He takes your hand and guides it to his needy cock, wrapping your fingers around the shaft.
“That’s it pretty girl.” He murmurs against your lips as your hand begins to glide along his length. “Keep me in time with you and Jack.”
His own palm squeezes your hip before coming to rest on Jack’s ass as he pumps into you. Robby grasps it tightly, driving the other man deeper with every thrust until you’re whimpering into his mouth and Jack is keening against your shoulder. His own grunts join the chorus as that ecstasy begins to rise up inside of him like a crescendo, building and building until your grasp on his dick gets tighter, your kisses messier. Jack’s hips piston harder, faster until he lets out a strangled cry, the one that has Robby coming in your hand as you climax around Jack’s cock, your teeth biting down on Robby’s lower lip.
He can taste the blood as he looks down at the mess you’ve made of him, his spent covering his stomach as Jack’s hips continue to stutter.
“It really has been a long time for you, hasn’t it Jackie Boy.” He smiles affectionately as his cheek rests against yours so that he can steal a kiss from Jack’s lips over your shoulder.
“Fuck off old man.” Jack retorts, his forehead coming to rest upon Robby’s. “This is all just a warm up for that weekend at the cabin, I’ll show you who’s boss then.”
Robby’s eyes twinkling at the challenge as you burrow even closer into his chest, your eyes fluttering closed again as you nuzzle at his neck.
“Oh no baby.” He murmurs, his lips brushing over your temple. “We need to get you into the shower, you’ve got some waking up to do.”

I think a fun DP AU would be the Fenton parents knowing what happened to Danny from the very start. Like in canon the whole family knows that Danny was 'in an accident' in the lab. Jazz says it, and I really doubt that at that point she would have hidden it.
So if the Fentons were just written as actual scientists instead of the overdone "dumb parents" trope they probably would have, ya know, checked him over for ecto-injuries, since Vlad was injured the same way?? Though I prefer the kids just...telling them exactly what happened first. Because they ALSO arent dumb. They have no idea what dangerous side effects the portal could be having on Danny. I feel like most kids would know that something that serious shouldnt be covered up. And you get to have the juicy guilt of Jack and Maddie realizing that they had caused the same accident twice and this time it had permanent effects on their son (since as far as they know Vlad 'got better' and didnt have lingering effects)
In canon they only ever learn about Dannys power after hes already proficient in using them and his superheroing. But with this they get to see the growing pains. What sort of panic would they have seeing their child falling through the floor randomly. When he does that, sometimes he takes falls that would absolutely break a bone on a normal person, but hes just walking it off.
Theres also their fear of "what if someone finds out our son isnt human anymore". Like...would someone try and take him away from them? So at first they might insist that he not use his powers at all. They might even consider pulling him out of school, but Danny wants to go to school and "be normal". Bonus you could have some misunderstanding, so Danny thinks his parents are just ashamed of their "freak" son and isnt even thinking about it being for his protection.
Its not helped by the fact that they would be doing tests on him to make sure hes healthy, because even though its a really good idea to keep an eye on how his body is changing, it does make him feel like a freak lab rat. Especially since they would probably get excited about learning new things about ghosts...which might make him feel like they think his ghost half is cooler/better then his human half. They arent looking him that way at all though. Not human vs ghost half. Its all just Danny, their boy that they are trying to keep safe. They invent things to keep his powers from going off randomly. But then the ghost attacks start. And then Fentons havent invented weapons yet because they didnt know they needed too. So that leaves Danny needing to fight. (and then Maddie realizes she should probably teach her kids how to properly fight, because Danny cannot throw a proper punch and hes just flailing lol)

Can you write a reader x UConn team and reader has like no filter like they could be in the most serious moment and reader would say something out of pocket
Why she got a mic?
UConn WBB Team x Fem!Reader
Tumblr media
MASTERLIST | MORE
Summary: Me. The team’s walking HR violation. No matter the mood, you will say something that has the whole team side-eyeing, laughing, or questioning reality.
Word Count: ~ 0.5k
Genre: Comedy, Team Fluff, Mild Crack
Warnings: Cussing, chaos, suggestiveness, mentions of thirst, reader being out of pocket at all times
Tumblr media
The mic wasn’t even all the way clipped to your jersey before you started talking.
“So like…y’all gon’ feed us after this right? ‘Cause I don’t wanna sound ungrateful but that little fruit tray y’all gave us pregame made me feel like a parrot.”
You were dead serious. Meanwhile, the rest of the UConn team was already doing synchronized neck turns to Geno, who stared ahead like maybe if he focused hard enough he could astral project into retirement.
The reporter chuckled awkwardly. “Right, well—uh—let’s talk about the game. You had a breakout performance in the third quarter. What clicked?”
You nodded solemnly. “I had to pee real bad so I was tryna hurry up and get off the court. Y’all saw me running? That was urgency. It’s called motivation.”
Laughter broke out across the room. Aubrey dropped her head into her hands. Nika was crying silently.
Someone else raised their hand—braver than most.
“You guys really shut down USC’s offense tonight. What went into that defensive game plan?”
You tilted your head. “I mean, yeah. I saw that. USC good and all…but not as good as us so like…I don’t really care. Sorry.”
Caroline leaned in with a PR-smile. “What she means is we watched a lot of film and trusted each other—”
“No,” you cut in. “That’s not what I meant. I said what I said.”
The reporter blinked. “A-And uh—Aubrey, you had a great night on the boards…”
You slouched in your chair. “Yeah, and yet still no date.”
Aubrey snapped her head toward you. “Yo—”
“I told her, I said, ‘If God see fit and we win tonight, you gon’ say yes’—and we did. We won. And she still didn’t say yes. So she fake but that’s between her and the Lord.”
KK was wheezing. “You need help.”
You turned to her calmly. “Nah I need a girlfriend. Two different things.”
The reporter next to the stage was beet red now, trying not to laugh into their notes. “Okay, uh…next question—what was going through your mind during that final play?”
You crossed one leg over the other like this was Oprah. “I was thinking, if the world ended right then, we’d all go with it, so I might as well go out with a win. That’s real.”
Geno rubbed his temples. “Jesus Christ.”
You leaned into the mic again, like a closing statement. “Thank you. And please remember to feed athletes. We is hungry.”
The PR rep jumped in so fast her paper nearly flew off the table. “That’s it! Thanks so much, everyone!”
The moment y’all stepped backstage, Geno turned slowly.
“You know they record those, right?”
“Yeah Coach.”
“And they post them.”
“Mmhm.”
“You’re going to get us sued.”
You gave him your most sincere expression. “It’s okay. I got a lil savings.”
He looked like he aged ten years in five seconds.
Behind you, Aubrey shoved your shoulder, laughing. “Yo are you alright.”
You shrugged. “I’m just honest. And single. And hungry. Somebody gone address it.”
Just like that, you were back in the locker room, already hyping yourself up for post-game food and probably more chaos. Because filters are for water—not for you.
