ਓਸ ਚੋਬਰ ਦਾ ਓਸ ਚੁਬਾਰੇ ਤੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਉਡੀਕ ਕਰੀ ਜਾਣਾ ਮੇਰਾ ਹੌਲੀ ਦੇਣੀ ਜਹੀ ਓਹਦੇ ਕੋਲੇ ਜਾ ਖੜ੍ਹ ਜਾਣਾ ਓਹਨੇ ਅਚਨਚੇਤ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕੋਲੇ ਖੜ੍ਹੀ ਦੇਖ ਗੁਝਾ ਜੇਹਾ ਮੁਸਕਾਉਣਾ "ਤੂੰ ਕਦ ਆਈ" ਓਹਨੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਜੇਹਾ ਪਾਉਣਾ "ਕਦੋ ਦੀ" ਕਹਿ ਮੈਂ ਗੁੱਸਾ ਜੇਹਾ ਦਿਖਾਉਣਾ ਓਹਨੇ ਘੁੱਟ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਗਲਵਕੜੀ ਚ ਲੈ ਪਿਆਰ ਜੇਹਾ ਜਤਾਉਣਾ ਮੈਂ ਚੁੱਠਾ-ਮੁੱਠਾ ਓਹਦੀ ਕੈਦ ਚੋ ਛੁੱਟਣ ਦਾ ਬਹਾਨਾ ਜੇਹਾ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਮੋਹ ਭਿੱਜੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਓਹਨੇ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਾਉਣਾ ਮੈਂ ਸ਼ਰਮਾਉਂਦੀ ਨੇ ਪਾਣੀਓਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਹੋਈ ਨਜ਼ਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਝੁਕਾਉਣਾ ਇਕੋ ਝੱਟਕੇ ਚ ਫਿਰ ਮੈਂ ਓਹਦੀ ਕੈਦ ਚੋ ਛੁਟ ਜਾਣਾ ਹੁਣ ਨਈ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਮਿਲਣ ਮੈਂ ਰੋਹਬ ਜੇਹਾ ਜਮਾਉਣਾ ਓਹਨੇ ਨਿਮਾਣਾ ਜੇਹਾ ਹੋ ਮਿਨਤਾਂ ਤੇ ਆ ਜਾਣਾ ਭੋਲੇ ਜਹੇ ਦੇ ਭੋਲੇਪਣ ਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤਰਸ ਜੇਹਾ ਵੀ ਆਉਣਾ ਪਰ ਓਹਦੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਰਾਰਤਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਣੂ ਨੇ ਦੂਰ ਜਾ ਖਲੌਣਾ ਬਸ ਏਦਾਂ ਹੀ ਇਲਤਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਡਾ ਸਮਾ ਬੀਤੀ ਜਾਣਾ ਮੈਂ ਘੜੀ ਵੱਲ ਵੇਖ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੱਥਾ ਠੰਣਕਾਉਣਾ ਕਰਾਤਾ ਨਾ ਅੱਜ ਫੇਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਲੇਟ ਮੈਂ ਓਹਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਰੁੱਸੀ ਜਾਣਾ ਫੇਰ ਕਦਮਾਂ ਚ ਤੇਜੀ ਲਿਆ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਵੱਲ ਵੱਧ ਜਾਣਾ ਓਹਨੇ ਪਿੱਛੋਂ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਲਾ "ਇਕ ਗੱਲ ਤਾਂ ਸੁਣਜਾ" ਕਹਿ ਬੁਲਾਉਣਾ ਮੈਂ ਜੀਬ ਕੱਢ, ਠੇਂਗਾ ਦਿਖਾ ਭੱਜ ਜਾਣਾ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਸੀ ਓਹਨੇ ਕੀ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਸੀ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਸੀ ਓਹਨੇ ਸਦਾ ਕੋਲੇ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਬੇੜੀਆਂ ਚ ਜਕੜੀ ਸਾ ਮੈਂ ਓਹਦੀਆਂ ਬਾਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਲਵੱਕੜੀ ਸਾ ਮੈਂ ਓਹਦਾ ਚੇਤ, ਹਾੜ ਤੇ ਸਾਉਂਣ ਸਾ ਮੈਂ ਓਹਦਾ ਸੱਚਾ ਇਸ਼ਕ ਹਰਾਤਾ ਸੀ ਮੈਂ ਓਹਨੂੰ ਵੱਸ ਹੰਜੂਆ ਦੇ ਪਾਤਾ ਸੀ ਫੇਰ ਮੈਂ ਕਦੇ ਪਲਟ ਕੇ ਨਈ ਸੀ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਮੈਂ ਓਹਤੋਂ ਬੜੀ ਦੂਰ ਚਲੀ ਗਈ ਸਾ ਉਹ ਯਾਦ ਬਣਕੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲੇ ਰਹਿ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਇਕ ਦਿਨ ਮੈਂ ਓਹਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਸੁਪਨਾ ਇਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਾਰਾ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਮੈਂ ਇਕ ਵਾਰ ਫੇਰ ਤੋਂ ਖੁਦ ਨੂੰ ਓਹਦੇ ਕੋਲੇ ਖੜ੍ਹੀ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਮੈਂ ਕਿੰਝ ਦਸਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਓਹਦਾ ਸੀਵਾ ਤੱਪਦਾ ਸੇਕਿਆ… -lvbrdz

91. ਅਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਐਨ

ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਗ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਅਰਥ ਹੈ, ਇਕ ਭੌਤਿਕੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਪਣੀਆਂ ਇੱਛਾਵਾਂ, ਰੁੱਚੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਪਣੇ ਕਰਤੱਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਾਲਣ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਊਰਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਿਆ ਹੋਣਾ। ਜਦੋਂ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਊਰਜਾ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਅਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਣ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਯੋਗ ਅਗਨੀ ਜਾਂ ਯੋਗੀ ਚਿੰਗਾੜੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕਿ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਦੂਜੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਯੋਗੀ ਜਨ ਇੰਦਰੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੰਪੂਰਣ ਕਿਰਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ, ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਣਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕਿਰਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗਿਆਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਆਤਮ ਸੰਜਮ ਯੋਗਰੂਪ ਅਗਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਵਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ (4.27)।

ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸੀਂ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਫੁੱਲ ਅਤੇ ਸਵਾਦੀ ਭੋਜਨ ਆਦਿ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਇੰਦਰਿਆ ਵੀ ਵਸਤਾਂ ਭੇਟ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਇਹ ਸਲੋਕ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਪਰੇ ਲੈ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਯੱਗ ਸਵਾਦ, ਸੁੰਦਰ ਜਾਂ ਸੁਗੰਧਤ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਇੰਦਰਿਆਵੀ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ, ਨਾ ਕਿ ਸਿਰਫ ਇੰਦਰਿਆਵੀ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ। ਇੰਦਰੀਆਂ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਆਸਕਤੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਜਗਤ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਦੀਆਂ ਰਹਿੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇੰਦਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਬਲੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਵੰਡ ਸਮਾਪਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਸਿਰਫ ਉਸ ਇਕ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨਾਲ ਮੇਲ ਹੀ ਬਾਕੀ ਰਹਿ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕਿ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਵਿਭਿੰਨ ਪਦਾਰਥਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਯੱਗ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਤਨੇ ਹੀ ਤਪੱਸਿਆ ਰੂਪ ਯੱਗ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਕਿੰਨੇ ਹੀ ਯੋਗਰੂਪ ਯੱਗ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੰੁਦੇ ਹਨ, ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਕਠਿਨ ਵਰਤਾਂ ਸਹਿਤ ਗਿਆਨ ਯੋਗ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਲਈ ਯਤਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ (4.28)।

ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕਿ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਯੱਗਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਇਕ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਵੈ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਦਾ ਉਲੇਖ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨੇ ਮਨੋਵਿਗਿਆਨ, ਡਾਕਟਰੀ, ਅਤੇ ਸਮਕਾਲੀਨ ਖੁਦ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਰਚਨਾ ਵਰਗੇ ਕਈ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਨਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਬਚਪਨ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਸਾਡੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀਅਤਾ, ਜਾਤੀ ਜਾਂ ਧਰਮ ਵਰਗੇ ਜਨਮ ਸਮੇਂ ਹੀ ਅਰਜਿਤ ਕਾਰਕਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਵਰਗੀਕਰਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਅਪਣਾ ਬਾਕੀ ਦਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਚਾਅ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਬਤੀਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਇਸ ਵਰਗੀਕਰਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਛੋਟੀ ਉਮਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਡੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਦਮਨ ਜਾਂ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਹੰੁਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਰਗੀਕਰਨ, ਬੁੱਧੀਮਾਨ ਜਾਂ ਬੁੱਧੂ, ਮਿਹਨਤੀ ਜਾਂ ਆਲਸੀ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਵੀ ਹੰੁਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਵਰਗੀਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਅੰਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਈ ਕਾਰਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਅਪਣੇ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਧਾਰਨਾਵਾਂ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ, ਅਤੇ ਇਸੇ ਦੇ ਬਚਾਅ ਲਈ ਅਪਣੀ ਊਰਜਾ ਖਰਚ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਅਪਣੇ ��ਵੈ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਯੱਗ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੰਡਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਨਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਲੀਦਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ।
