Sorry to use your ask box as a confessional but I have a feeling you'll agree: I haven't enjoyed TTPD that much and a good deal is how overwritten it is and how much the songs sound the same. But I really can't get over this part in But Daddy I Love Him: "I don't cater to all these vipers dressed in empath's clothing/ God save the most judgmental creeps/ Who say they want what's best for me/ Sanctimoniously performing soliloquies I'll never see" She had to know a lot of the criticism was coming from her fans. It's all "the one constant is my fans I love you so much" and then she writes this? Ripping Long Live to pieces for some loser she dated for an estimated 3 weeks?

I definitely think this album could've been much better if some things were sacrificed to the cutting room floor, and this was the first leak I heard skdjjds which led me to just not engage with the rest of the album for a day lol. Another moment of disillusionment for me as a fan but we've survived the entirety of last year so this isn't even shocking ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
