Forgive me for the sudden dip into the abyss.

I've been dealing with some stuff (including self-loathing...but let's not get into it) and I decided to take a short break from the internet (mostly Tumblr).

But I'm still writing, and I've been doing some stuff offline that I'm particularly excited to share. You might see me active sporadically on Discord or X, and through my scheduled weekly updates on Wattpad, but that's about it.

I'm back (kind of) just to celebrate Yoongi's coming home and to say hi to all of you who are still here and whoever still noticing me. I was contemplating about posting an official break/hiatus post, but seeing that I am still working on a couple of things, It might seem ridiculous to post an announcement for my absence only to update a fic merely days later (this has happened before, so I'd rather not embarrass myself by doing a repeat).

So I decided to do something better, which is to give you a little sneak peek of what I've been doing while I'm away to show you that I'm not really gone (and to show you that I'm still alive lol):

Rewriting: Carousel (feat. Yoongi) This is currently my main focus, with updates coming on Saturday and Sunday on Wattpad. I'm on (what was previously) chapter 4, and I'm planning to start posting the new version on Tumblr once I've reached somewhere around (what was previously) chapter 5. Why am I putting this as top priority, you ask? Because I'm also working on releasing this story as an original novel, and I'm planning to post Hobi's spin-off once I'm done with this piece. Please be patient with me...

Crash Into Me (feat. Bambam) The second instalment of my GOT7 series that I was planning to post early this month. I've been in a slump lately so the process has been going a bit slow, and I keep switching between working on this one, Carousel, and a couple of other WIPs. I was supposed to be done with the fic this week, but good ol' me keep adding more scenes to add more drama, so here we are now...about 75%? done? I think?

Hot Mess (feat. Taehyung) A fic commission that I've been working on for a while now. It's been touch and go with this one because I had to change a ton of things from what was previously planned because I realised at one point that I was writing this Taehyung too similarly to another character that I wrote in a different fic, and I didn't like that. This was also planned to be posted this month, but things kept getting in the way for me to finish it. I'm almost done with this one, but Bambam's story might come out earlier depending on the editing process.

Patreon Exclusive: Street Spirit (feat. Yoongi) This was a WIP that I discarded years ago (was it 2017? 2018?). I wasn't planning on releasing it as a full fic, just like how I've been sharing my other discarded WIPs on my WIP Graveyard, where I simply posted the rough drafts or rough outlines and story premises that I had before I decided to discontinue them, but the story meant a lot to me that I might be posting this one as a series. I'll keep you updated once I'm done polishing this story and will put an excerpt of it here on Tumblr to let you see what to expect.

Patreon Exclusive: Ghosttown (feat. BTS OT7) This was also an old series that I discontinued a long time ago. Just like Street Spirit, I was planning to add this on my WIP Graveyard, but changed my mind after noticing that I've gotten a lot done on my old google drive. I'm currently working on polishing the story outlines, and will start posting the chapters once I'm done.

Patreon Exclusive: Writing Class In case you don't know, I have a writing class going on on my Patreon page. So far I have a couple of classes posted, each one with detailed theories and steps and downloadable booklets for you to read and use as writing practice. I've been working on a couple of more classes between writing, but sometimes the researching process can take some extra effort which takes away my time from writing. I hope I can balance the process starting next week.

my decision to close myself off to duplicates is not solely bc of duplicate anxiety (altho that is, honestly, most of it) but also bc my portrayals of craig & tweek are so intensely wrapped up in each other. in plotting with others, i have gotten a lot of, "well, my craig/tweek wouldn't do that to your tweek/craig :(" when the way i have developed both of their future verses kind of... hinges on them being Like That to each other

i've developed both of them to be very complicated and messy, with a lot of baggage and resentment regarding their past together, while also being best friends and the only two people on earth who really understand each other. they maintain a very tense but extremely deep connection, and it just doesn't hit quite right when people downplay their cuntiness

honestly the original plan was to hold kindergala at the beginning of june this time, but then news of kg3 came out and i was like. well. that's gonna spark a lot of fandom activity on its own but holy fuck i won't be able to moderate That with the influx of new people coming in 😭😭

also because the game Just came out and we got all that juicy new lore that may/may not mess with headcanons, and accounting for spoilers for ppl who haven't played/watched anything yet, and we got new characters and more(?) characterization and info on preexisting dynamics, i think i'd rather give the fandom time to stabilize before hosting another community event thing??

also there's the fact i was super busy this year and literally just graduated so i haven't had much time to plan stuff hdfgshdfgh :''')

so seeing as i don't rlly think the fandom needs that much help interacting at this moment? i think maybe kindergala can be kinda skipped this year. and that way all the stuff with kg3 can settle down :'D

My Monthly Announcement and Update <3

I'm still tracking #katsigian and I'll try my best to keep up with it even when I'm busy.

You can tag me in anything OC related, and in any gifs/edits from any game <3 I know I share a lot of cyberpunk 2077 stuff, but I'm interested in/play other games too!

I was hanging back and not super active because of a bunch of IRL stuff going on (moved provinces, employment struggle, wedding, changing medications) that kept me away, plus I've been quietly working on different modding projects that keep me busy. So, a lot of radio silence but I'm going to try be more active with my very cool and supportive mutuals <3

Also, my blog clean up is 90% done - if I've been following you for a while and you've gotten a recent re-follow from me, it was very likely because I mis-clicked while I was cleaning out bots or I got sides/mains mixed up, or I got confused about a name change 😞 I have the brain fog a lot of days you see and sometimes I don't catch on to changes right away 😞

I've also gotten a much better tagging/filtering system implemented now - if there's something you don't want to see, feel free to filter at your leisure <3 I'm still heavily OC centered, but I'm also a multifandom blog now and I'll be sharing any game that I like/any game my mutuals are playing

I'm tagging text posts and shit posts with [ misc. ] pretty pictures of random scenery as [ jpeg. ] games will be tagged with their acronym if possible, such as [ bg3 - tes - eso ] and some games will be their full names if acronyms aren't available, such as [ cyberpunk 2077 - dishonored ]

I do share some NSFW content for my OCs and OTPs sometimes, so if you want to filter all of that out, I'll be using [ nsft.] to tag them. It won't be anything extremely explicit - no hole being posted here, it'll be just mostly text posts, images, and non-explicit gifs. Mostly MLM.

Hello, lovelies! Coming back to let you guys know that I'm still alive (lol) and I've been writing even if I'm not always around. As usual, it's time to share my monthly writing progress to let you know what I'm working on and where I'm at right now.

— 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬:

Hot Mess (Taehyung); current progress: 2,5k words (from est. final word count 6-7k words) | this is a fic commission that I was planning to post this Monday. But your girl had to work all weekend and couldn't find the time to finish this, so posting day will be postponed for a few days or a week

Sunset Glow (Hoseok); current progress: 4k words (from est. final word count 10-15k words) | this WIP has been in my draft for too long, so I'm looking forward to share it during Hobi month. I might not be able to make it to release on his birthday, but it's coming!

Red Vibe (Yoongi); current progress: 3k words (from est. final word count 10k words? maybe? idk) | I'm planning to release this on Yoongi's birthday on March, but I'm starting early since I might be getting busy on early March so I'm preparing myself for it. This one is going to be quite a ride so I hope you're looking forward to this one

28 Days (Taehyung; Jungkook); current progress: storyboarding | this is another revamp project that I'm working on. I was planning to have this as a project to release through February, but due to being sick last month, I was only able to finish the storyboard

Bedroom Hymns (Yoongi); current progress: 1,7k words in total for chapter 24 & 25 | I'm finally picking this one up again. It's a slow process, but I'm looking into posting some new updates around March, so it felt right to start working on it alongside the one-shots that I'm currently working on. As you may have expected, the moodboard attached above is a little spoiler for the next chapter

Ever A Never After (Jungkook, Seokjin); current progress: 5,5k words for Act Three | Another one I'm picking up to finish. I'm hoping that I can finally focus on this once the other fic commission is up but there is some progress already happening here

psa: writing epiphany /realizing why i feel a bit disconnected with my writing of late (but also that it's something i can fix!)

having a bit of an epiphany talking some issues i've been having with my writing out with a friend. i haven't figured out exactly how to address it just yet, but sitting down and acknowledging some things I'd been somewhat aware of but afraid to really start thinking about has been extremely helpful.

the tl:dr; of the epiphany is that i've recognized i've gotten a bit self-indulgent in my writing lately, and it's gotten really easy for me to "push" my threads in directions i'm not entirely sure are true to character (replying to things that are probably not the way law would actually handle them in the interest of getting to certain plot points or points in a dynamic discussed ooc).

as always, this got wordier than intended, so more rambling about it (& what it means for my current drafts!) below the cut.

on one hand, it's easy to feel like this is a really bad thing because of the sheer number of my ongoing threads i think this has crept into & left me in a spot i put myself in where i feel disconnected because what i want to happen and what would actually happen are not always one in the same.

on the other hand, i'm really excited to sit down and actually start thinking about this because i think it's going to be really beneficial for my writing in the long run. i don't know what i'll need to do to remedy this just yet. it may be that i need to take a step back and really commit to my New World rewatch to get law's voice back in my head before i can get some things back on track. i may need to either restart or edit some things - i'm not sure yet. BUT for several months now i've felt like there must be a reason i was feeling the way i was and i really think this is it. knowing there is a reason means there's something i can fix and i am so excited about that. T_T

it may take me a little time to figure out what i need to do from here. i'm not saying i'm going to need to drop anything just yet, because ideally just reconnecting with law's voice will help me get some stuff i feel off on back on track, but i'll post updates as i learn more/figure out how to address it! thank you all for your patience up to this point (if i owe you things) or going forward if you don't mind sticking with me while i sort through this. ;^; i do think this is a really good thing for me and should lead to better replies in the long run so thank you if you're willing to wait!

//sorry for not being here as much. the truth is that i just... haven't really wanted to. and now that i would kind of like to come back, work has been killing me and all of my motivation for writing.

i wrote up my official resignation from my current job today, but things will likely stay pretty spotty until i get a new job and see how busy that one is going to be / work out a new writing schedule around that. i'm really anxious about the new job search, too, and how my savings will last me in the coming weeks (finance shit always freaks me out), and that's been affecting my ability to focus.

again, sorry for kind of vanishing. i want to be here and engage with the dash more, like send asks and stuff, i just haven't had the time or energy. replies will still be dribbled out at a snail's pace in the meantime.

i'm also going to new orleans this weekend so - ha! - that doesn't help. probably won't bring my laptop to that.

thanks for sticking around (if you have, if not i don't blame you), despite the ongoing invisible fuckery. i know i don't owe anyone explanations for my absence, something i've been trying to learn and embrace more, but i do feel kind of bad and wanted to let people know that i'm still around and doing my best :')

I'm not naming any names (yet) but: a situation transpired just now. A situation called Someone Reposted My Art. The person in question follows this blog so there's a chance they'll see this. I'll keep it short and sweet. Powiem tak... wstyd trochę, zachowanie średnio na poziomie. Ale głównie to mi przykro, bo mój komentarz był bardzo neutralny, a zostałem potraktowany jakbym robił jakiś problem... :(

I'm not expecting an apology or anything but even an I'll do whatever I want, fuck you would have been better, honestly. Like, what now? You're going to block this blog, too? A bit lame, don't you think?

I commented on the post of the person who reposted my art that I'm happy that they like my art but reposting it is not acceptable and I got blocked... But at least my art was removed, so... you win some, you lose some, I suppose...

Some writing updates (before I log off for a while):

Postponing today's update on The Bedroom Hymns due to personal issues. I'm planning to still post the chapter this week because I'm planning to post another thing next week, but I guess it'll depend on whether or not I can get more done today

Chapter 22 is currently 75% done, with a total word count 11k words. The chapter might end up around 13-14k words and I'm not planning to split this chapter up because the next chapter needs to focus on something else entirely

Spoiler: will they reunite in this chapter? yes, and this one's going to be a bit fun. and sorry, no, there's no sword fighting

Ever A Never After: Act 2 is now at 19k words, and I still have about 2-3 scenes to work on

I'm going to finish this chapter and if it does end up with more than 20k words, I'll be releasing Act 2 in two separate chapters

This is what I'm planning to post next week while TBH is on a short break

The rewriting process of Carousel is currently ongoing

I just finished rewriting chapter 1 last week, but I'm planning to start updating the chapters here once I'm done working on more chapters

I might begin posting the updated chapters on Wattpad next week once chapter 2 is done, so you can catch up with the upgraded version there if you want to read faster

Blood Moon Rising is also undergoing some changes as I'm re-editing and republishing the Wattpad version

The Tumblr version will be updated once I'm done with this process or perhaps when I start posting new chapters

I'm currently considering on prioritising posting on Wattpad first before sharing on Tumblr since I'm working on this story one small chapter at a time so I can finish it faster (let me know if you're okay with this!)

SHIPPING PSA: PT. 2 (An addendum to my original shipping guidelines here).

           I've mentioned in my rules and PSAs to date that this blog is both multiship and duplicate ship friendly. This is still 100% the case, and as @climatact noted in her PSA this changes basically nothing, but I'm updating this now to say that this blog IS multiship but DOES feature a MAIN SHIP with @climatact's Nami.

           Generally speaking, all ships take place in their own verses regardless, but what this means as my main ship is that unless we're talking about potentially shipping or a specific verse is requested otherwise, it is to be assumed that in any memes, tags, or various interactions set in Law's Main/Canon verse, Law is either actively in a relationship with Bunny's Nami or set to end up one.

           This does not have to (& may not) feature or be mentioned in the threads themselves, but it is a canon/assumed thing in my main verse writings with him. This isn't an aspect anyone has to play into or acknowledge (though you're more than welcome to if you wanna because I love stuff like that - especially since *coughs* the likelihood of a Straw Hat Law is increasing by the day) and as I know the ship may not be everyone's favorite, I am happy to avoid particular focus on it in our main verse interactions if you'd prefer not to engage with that aspect. ♡

           This is not meant to take anything away from my other ships. I love each and every ship I have as well as all the muns who write them with me SO MUCH. I am still multiship and duplicate ship friendly, and would be delighted to discuss/explore ships with anyone who's read my shipping guidelines & is still interested in writing one with me! But as I got into roleplaying thanks to Bunny in general and specifically for the sake of writing this ship together, it holds a special place in my heart and it seems only right that this will henceforth be considered the main ship for my blog.
