이탈리아계 영화배우 스탠리 투치가 알려준 레시피를 참고해서 만든 알리오 올리오. 집에 스파게티는 없고 펜네 뿐이라 그걸로 만들었고, 해물이 가득한 파스타를 좋아하는 나로서는 마늘하고 밀가루(탄수화물)만 먹기는 싫어서 명란젓도 조금 넣었다. 이전에 내가 만들던 파스타보다 올리브 오일이 좀 많이 들어가긴 했는데, 투치 씨가 많이 넣더라... ;; 뭐 해산물 육수가 들어간 것도 아니고 오일과 면수가 고작이라 사실 느끼함이 없진 않았지만, 그래도 이전에 내가 만든 파스타는 항상 마늘이 노릇해질 정도로 익었는데, 이번에는 노릇해지지 않게 잘 익혔다. 심지어 파스타의 냄새를 맡으면 정말 이탈리안 레스토랑에서 파는 파스타의 향이 난다! 여전히 나는 뭔가 다양한 재료가 들어간 파스타를 선호하지만, 어쨌든 이 파스타도 나쁘지 않았다.

I cooked penne aglio e olio with following the recipe by Stanley Tucci, the Italian-American actor. I had no spaghetti but penne so I used that, and also put some salted pollack roe into the dish as I love seafood pasta and I didn't want to eat just garlic and carb only. I put more olive oil than usual because Tucci put quite a lot... It had no seafood stock, just olive oil and pasta water, so it tasted a bit oily to me. Slices of garlic in my pasta cook used to be brown lightly, but not this time. This pasta really smelled like the ones you can get from the Italian restaurants! I still prefer the pasta with various ingredients though, this one was quite good. :)
