Do you like any ships besides moonstone, like sunstone or lilypad, or even more obscure ones like moon x Unparalleled Innocence? do you have any specific headcanons for them if so?

we like generally any combination, so we have tons of ships. especially polycule ones but that's a given.

sunstone is a good hurt and soothe, give and take until suddenly snapping and snapping back. pebbles is reluctant to accept the advice and attention to begin with because of the eyes it draws to him being with suns. suns is oblivious but they also go about it so bluntly that they've withdrawn somewhat due to feeling rejected by pebbles. the two do care but pebbles kind of wants to choke suns out while they just want to be touched by him.

lilypad is toxicity but it's all roleplay. the two are snappy and rude often. moon would drop kick him and sig would yank her cords. there's lots of aftercare and checking up on each other's mental health otherwise. those two confuse everyone else because they'll be hostile all cycle and the next one has them quiet to do aftercare, before eventually ramping up slowly again.

twinspires (our name for moon and ui) is spicy. unparalleled likes to essentially lean into blackmailing moon for attention and "maintenance". it did start as just taking pictures of her superstructure being less maintained unlike everyone else during the period of transition since the mass ascension. but then unparalleled noticed moon react possessively about pebbles. more and more pictures to demand more and more from moon until she snapped! little did unparalleled know was moon stockpiled cycles upon cycles of distasteful things that she didn't think she had. moon outted every single piece. everyone knew and mocked and laughed at her for stubbornly saying things about moon... (though moon liked the new control she had)

mmm lets see. we have so so many in mind. pebbles x sig, sig x suns, pebbles x moon x sig, pebbles x moon x sun (mega toxicity over pebbles there), eclipse (suns x moon), sunstone (suns x pebbles), ui x pebbles (really fucked up ngl), ui x sig, cw/gw x sliver, sliver x moon, sliver x pebbles (goddess worship central), so many. please ask specifics, we have a lot we think about hehe (not main tagging just to be safe)

slugcats to me are both in the sense their customs and reactions are of a wild animal but their complex dynamics with other creatures mean they're 100% sapient. they're sapient enough to get the mark of comm which i think has a lot of prerequisites to work. originally, even before downpour, there was concept art of a scavenger with the mark of comm, but no other animals! so i think its a show that only sapient creatures can get it

primitive humans are our guess of the likeliest comparison that slugcats are like. although we wonder if scavengers are one step after? or... ...like neanderthals, which did have some mixing with the homo sapiens in historical analysis and other studies. nerding out aside.

it seems completely that slugcats (alongside scavengers) are sapient. language barriers is the issue or perhaps used to an advantage to do as they please. in certain points of the timeline with each slugcat, its clear there is some times where they are peaceful and others where they are not. regardless of how you choose to behave. so... ...considering the dynamic with an iterator, there can be many... dangers or inhibitors active. an iterator could just remove you from their vicinity typically. but some of them seem even unwilling to even do that with certain circumstances. while others could be unusual and just plainly not care. theres many possibilities of power exchanges going on.

related note. slugcats and scavengers have so much potential too.

honestly we get it, even from a survivor perspective. it can be relieving at times. we just plainly focus on aspect we're more interested in. have fun, don't worry too much about it.

You don't mind if your followers ship moonstone as siblings, right? I wouldn't want you uncomfortable, but the reason i ship it is because of the taboo nature of the "pseudo-incest" of it all.

I think we'll be okay with that considering the boundaries around it already. If it's mentioned, we're pretty okay with it and will focus on aspects we like from asks and such!
