i rlly enjoy omegaverse and saw different interpretations and approaches in the past years (ones that i really liked and others that i didnt like much) so the way how it works in my AU is put together from classic omegaverse and things i really liked from others interpretations. i hope you dont mind if i use this ask to babble abt how the bitching stuff works in my AU!

here, bitching is usually done through expensive medication; to get these injections, the pair usually has to go through a long process of paper work and checks to ensure its consensual, safe and not against the (to be turned) alphas will; to prevent the medication to be used for illegal activities and crimes. but ofc theres other ways to get your hands on it (which are obv illegal)

to turn another alpha without these injections is an extremely long (im talking years) process (length depending on the dominating alphas pheromones and how powerful they are) and a difficult task due to the potential, instinctual aggressions between the alpha couple. on top of that theres not a high success rate either so yea, its very hard

the only ones that are able to bitch other alphas naturally and within short time similar to when you use medication are so called prime alphas. who have extremely powerful pheromones, they usually use blockers when in public (unless they get a kick out of intimidating and scaring off other alphas and omegas); they can turn others into omegas but they themselves cant be turned

some prime alphas offer so called bitching services too, its faster than getting your hands on medication in the legal way (due to the long process and paper works) but much more expensive and potentially dangerous (youre giving yourself away to a stranger after all)

so yea!! saran and azai are regular alphas and azai was actually considering getting the drugs from the black market to forcefully turn saran into an omega and mark him as his, tie saran to him for good. the reason why he didnt do it (yet) was simply thanks to the bit of conscience he still had altho he was close to snap. hes restless and aggressive but trying not to show it, thinking its bc of him wanting saran but feeling aggressive due to them both being alphas (so ofc one has to turn into an omega and he doesnt even consider he might be the one)

yuxuan is a prime and usually on blockers to avoid stress and discomfort to his son. until one day he isnt bc he forgot to stock up and azai takes the full brunt of it when he happens to be there in the house; and since then he cant stop thinking about it and how much it calmed his restlessness and aggressions, how it put him in his place, made him submit before he could even fight it. instead of feeling stressed and scared, it pleased him, excited him when he remembers it later, and it haunts him for nights, realizing that apparently, he secretly wants to be dominated and be someone elses

since I don't feel like drawing it I'm jus gonna talk abt it and HOPEFULLY you see my vision (disclaimer I'm only halfway through season two so cut me some slack if I get things wrong, my friend Gen helped me thru some of this. Also this isn't jus the season 2-3 games I'm including season 1 as well. And as always my punctuation sucks)

player 111 (Tobias): I was kinda confused abt who to make the winner (I was tied between Emilio and Tobias) but I thought well, Tobias is basically the main character and narrator of ghost eyes so he should win (not because I care abt him lol he's jus smart enough to survive) he'd probably get in because his dad probably kicked him out right when he turned 18 since he hates him THAT MUCH. And he needs the money to get by in life. (I'm bad at backstories since I highkey hate writing them). He'd probably want vote to leave after the first game and constantly vote X. During hide and seek he'd kill Emilio since Emilio jus kinda lets him cuz he's Tobias, and if they played dalgona I bet he'd choose circle thinking it'd be easy. during the pentathlon he'd probably do the ddakji since he got it right the second time in the subway.

player 106 (Rudolph): He's the most on edge and crying during the games. He even cries to every voting (he was actually the first person to say they should vote to leave) and votes X every time like Tobias. He would be in debt from collage funds (his mother wanted to pay it for him but he declined her offer because he'd feel bad ((I am projecting)) ) would die during dalgona because he choose star and right before he cracked the cookie he started screaming to "lick the cookies" ("it's not funny anymore" uhhhh no) he would've gotten the cookie cut correctly if he wasn't shaking so much. He'd also probably die during hide and seek, if the dalgona didn't kill him or they didn't get to play that game. Ok so this is a more wholesome hc but I like to think throughout the game he'd have little hairclips and have his hair in a ponytail. and also he cried during his picture.

player 420 (Carmelo): He'd probably pick on Rudy the entire time. (but he'd cry seeing him die most definitely) he got into the games after going into debt from gambling. He's too embarrassed to admit that so, he'd lie to the other players abt it. During voting he'd always vote O since he NEEDS that money ig, always using the excuse "one more game" even tho he KNOWS he's lying. he'd probably shout insults at his teammates during the pentathlon whenever they'd mess up or smth (he also forced Emilio to be on his team during that). he choose flying stone for the pentathlon btw. He'd die during hide and seek bcuz he's too much of a wuss to actually kill someone.

player 314 (Emilio): Emilio would go into debt bcuz he'd borrow money from ppl to take care of his little sister. since during the games he'd have nothing to keep him medicated he'd slowly becomes more and more psychotic. (is that the right word?? I'm bad w/ wording my sentences sometimes ^^;) he voted X ONCE after red light green light when he was a little more mentally there, but started to vote O after he started to get worse thinking that all of the games were "fun". he also ALMOST died during red light green light since HE CAN'T RUN FOR SHIT but Carmelo saved him last minute. during mingle he'd like have a stupid ":)" face as they spun around. during the pentathlon he'd probably pick gonggi (I dunno why, I just think it'd be cool to see him do that). as I previously mentioned that he died during hide and seek but I think he'd hide easily but only being caught by Tobias and let him kill him. would've won the games if it wasn't for Tobias tho. (Carmelo is actually kinda put off by his behavior but hangs out w/ him since unlike the rest of the players in this au they know each other from high school and knows ppl will be intimidated since the "tall scary guy" is always around him) he actually cracked his glasses bcuz his team fell over during the pentathlon but somehow survived that.

player 007 (Aaron definitely not me and is a CANON GE CHARACTER): got into credit card debt since he didn't know that credit card money IS NOT UNLIMITED. She lived until mingle (surprisingly enough) but died bcuz Carmelo kicked her out of one of the rooms via kicking her face in. throughout her entire time being alive during the games at least someone in the main 4 told him to "shut up". (also while getting her face kicked in by Carmelo he actually broke his glasses in the process). was on the same boat with Tobias and Rudy with voting X the whole time.

player 005 (Yuri, again A VERY REAL GE CHARACTER): She joined the games to try to pay off her hospital debt (her moms dept that transferred to her when she died). Voted X but changed to O due to other players threatening her. Her and Aaron formed a little pack promising that they would win the game together and always protect each other (that did NOT work out). The only things they let her keep when she was basically kidnapped was her necklace that her mom gave her before she died. She survived until hide and seek because like Carmelo she was too guilty to kill anyone. (and before the guards shot her she held onto her necklace so she could “hug” her mom one more time)

Has the gothic literature/gothic media community also been so…rude/pretentious?/gen

Because in a post of my short review of the Nosferatu 2024 film I said that I liked the movie and thought it was amazing, but that the whole thing with Orlok meeting Ellen as a child made me a bit iffy and I already have 2 anons come at me for it accuseimg me of hating the movie when it’s the exact opposite.

I’ve also seen ppl on Twitter, tumblr and other platforms basically make fun of ppl who didn’t like that Orlok met Ellen as a kid or straight up saying that what Orlok did wasn’t grooming. Yes Ellen did want Orlok when she called out to him due to loneliness but that doesn’t make it right, yes the movie isn’t about grooming but idc. She still was literally a child.

Which like yeah the whole dynamic between Ellen and Orlok is supposed to be horrible/terrifying, but if that’s the case then why are you getting mad at and making fun of ppl who’re horrified about it??

Ppl have a right to feel uncomfortable about things especially if it involves grooming. And yes gothic literature/media does have some of this type of stuff in some stories and I know that there’s nuance to gothic media/literature but that doesn’t mean grooming is ok?? Also just because someone rightfully didn’t like the fact that Orlok and Ellen met when she was a child doesn’t mean that they’re pro purity culture??

I’ve also seen ppl making fun of others for not finding Orlok attractive and making fun of others who like conventionally attractive vampires like from twilight and or anime(even tho these are the same ppl who also simp for some of the characters from Interview with a vampire) not to mention others shitting on vampire media with romance plots and or different Dracula stories that involved romance too.

Plus conventionally attractive vampires within gothic media have been around for decades and maybe even centuries and they don’t “ruin the vampire genre”. ALL vampire archetypes are valid whether they be the “ugly” type or the conventionally attractive/humanoid type. Same goes for monster/nonhuman characters in general. I personally like a mix of both.

Ppl shouldn’t be made fun of, ridiculed, nor called “cowards” for having preferences in FICTIONAL non human creatures that don’t even exist.(This is also one of the reasons why I don’t rlly associate with the label monster fucker anymore cuz yall will go after anyone who doesn’t wanna fuck creatures like the xenomorph). Why can’t we just let ppl enjoy things???

It sucks cuz I’ve been obsessed with vampires ever since I was a little girl and while I did/do like pink cutesy stuff I also liked horror and gothic stuff as a kid too and I still do now. at first, i was COMPLETELY fine with doubles! i used to have a few xiao moots who also yume w him and i would support them ^_^ but over time, (this is just from my experience btw. i’m not saying this is every xiao yume) they started to get super obsessed and competitive w me?? and also copy me or my personality which i found rlly odd. even after addressing it they still continued and i’m not going to get into it personally but they did some rlly messed up stuff which made me extremely uncomfortable.

so!! since then, i tend to not interact w doubles BUT im completely fine with having xiao mutuals though :3 as long as you respect my space then im ok w it ^_^

A lil rant>>

After watching this video bout the new racing game something irks me about it(It has nothing to do with the game btw the game looks gorgeous and everyone who played the open beta said it was fun so im not worried bout the games) its about the way the series presents itself nowadays. Idk if its the writing or the voices or both. I think its the writing, but everytime i see some new material like this from sonic it just reminds me of how much i prefer the older writing and tone the series used to have. I feel like nowadays the writing for sonic media isnt consistent, ever since this decade began weve had two mainline games in frontiers and the gens remaster. Those two sat really well with me especially shadows portion of generations(Sonics side was alright to me, sorry im not a big fan of sonic generations, its pretty underwhelming to me because of how much 2D is in it and the final boss sucks dick) But as i was saying the writing throughout sonic media nowadays isnt consistent at all, when you look at those two games and then the movies as well as all the promotional material theyve been releasing. Case in point> this Crosstalks vid. The way sonics talking and acting is something ive had a problem with in this series for a while now. To give a good example, 2024 was the year i was finally able to play a bunch of older sonic games and replay the few that i did, play when i was younger. And to be clear im not nostalgia blinded at all nigga i was born in 2006 and the only sonic games i played as a kid were the sonic 1 and 2, shadow the hedgehog, and sonic unleashed up until the first night level since i couldn’t beat that titan boss.

Anyways, Every single one of those games highlighted in green were an overall joyful experience for me.(yes even 06) the only one of them i would say left a SLIGHTLYYY off impression on me was generations. I loved the modern sonic levels in that game and i think theyre as good as unleashed’s day stages, what i DIDNT LIKE WAS THE 2D AND CLASSIC SONIC FUCK I HATED THAT NIGGA EVER SINCE THEY BROUGHT HIM BACK especially in generations cus it takes away from the magnificence of modern sonics stages. And like i said the final boss is deadass my least favorite boss in the franchise and I HATE THAT THIS GAME HAS BASICALLY NO STORY.

But back on topic, those games highlighted in red are ones i just couldn’t bring myself to play them. I have lost world on my 3ds and it doesn’t feel like im even playing a sonic game. Colors is better but not better enough cus when i played colors, i got bored and dropped it after sweet mountain cus it honestly felt like i was playing a demo or a preview to an actual sonic game cus its so bland. You get one actual stage before 5 acts of nonsense. And sega had the audacity to say that was the game where Sonic “finally found its footing in 3D” good one wallahi. But yes, what i think colors, lost world, and generations all suffer from is the fact that none of these games are cool bro. I deadass wouldn’t look at generations if modern sonics stages weren’t so good, lost worlds a mario clone, and colors feels low effort to me.

When i watched that crosstalks video it rlly put me off and reminded me why i kind of forgot about this franchise when i was like 10 or 11. Cus i had shadow rhe hedgehog and unleashed when i was 7 and i also watched sonic x at that age too. Then i lost those games and after a few years i come back and see sonic boom. Even when i was 10 i was not impressed by that show and was scared all the characters i loved were gone. Like i know not all of those older games were good, shadow the hedgehog is a game im nostalgic for but its pretty ass and was kind if tedious to beat. But once i got to the last story and beat devil doom it all felt worth it, and that can be said about every one of those games highlighted in green. In between black knight and frontiers, not a single one of those games have any appeal to me because of how just ew their presentation is to me. I was thinking of buying forces but i already knew i wouldve dropped it as soon as possible cus what does that game even have going for it? Gens has gameplay, so does colors and lost world(to some extent) forces LOOKS boring to play so i dont even want to touch that.

But yea i really prefer the older writing, not to say it was perfect either cus there was some bad moments there with the older casts, but very few things pre-Colors felt like an abandonment to the characters i was so fond of. But if you look at anything post-Colors, a lot of it is just ass. Like sure these games arent buggy and they actually play well but i want more than that. Dare i say i’d rather play sonic 06 than sonic colors? Shadow the hedgehog over Forces? Call me crazy but i genuinely enjoy secret rings over generations. Only thing gens has over secret rings is the gameplay, that game has better music, bosses, levels(not the missions just the regular go for the goal ones) cus you’re doing more in a secret rings level then in a generations level if im being honest.

Lowkey went off topic there but i pray they go back to the old vibe the series used to have back when everything wasnt all jokey jokey and sonic and shadow didnt have to constantly remind us that theyre “rivals”😒

defo when he gets signed to his first professional quidditch team!!!!! he gets signed to the puddlemere united team (which is kind of ironic bc ginny played for the holyhead harpies, who are their rivals but idk it makes me giggle) pretty much straight out of  hogwarts (i’ve scripted it’s 4 years of ‘high school’ (14-18) pls don’t kill me i’m american lol and 3 years of ‘university’ (18-21) which isn’t *technically* required and requires a specialized major) which is super exciting. i’m excited to see him play bc he’s actually soooo good (ik i’m saying this as his bff but like. i’m sawry. he’s actually rlly good) and even though he’s a beater, he was captain of the gryffindor team bc of course he was LMFAO but i actually rlly enjoy watching him play even if i try to play it off.

he REALLY and i mean REALLY wants to go to america for some reason. i don’t fully get it (partly bc i was raised for a bit in america in this dr before moving back to ireland,) but he really wants to go, so i plan on taking him as a graduation present when we graduate from the high school portion this year. it’s not a full-country trip by any means, but the plan is taking him to new york city and also making a pit-stop to see some of my american family in salem (…cliché ik but take it up w my nuna and bamp LMFAOOO) the trip is *fully-planned* bc i’m like that (mainly bc we’re going to be dealing with A LOT of muggles and i’m not sure how much magic i’ll be able to get away with lol) and lowkey super expensive but it’s not for me, so i’m kind of willing to spend whatever. i am making a pitstop at the m&m store bc i found out you can make m&ms with little pictures on it and i have to make three kinds - one of me, one of him, and one of us lol - and also because times square is grade-a overstimulating but soooo worth it for The American Experience (TM)

so like basically that canon material has been the main basis on mukuro content ive internalized thus far (im a newgen fan for context so technically im much more unfamiliar with the general consensus of fanon/non-disguise mukuro who has been more well recognized)

2. can you explain how u view mukuro with u see fit if the valley girl disguise feels like very surface level/not rlly getting to know mukuro as herself

getting feedback from ur rb a while back engaging with my au rlly got me thinking if ppl interpret my au rambles a lot differently than how i intended bc of these shift in perspectives with how other ppl in the fandom view mukuro n im interested in ur opinion on mukuro and if possible how differently my stuff reads when with ur own internalized notion with a bit more detail bc id like to learn more abt different mukuro ideas that isnt uh “valley girl bought from wish” LMAO

2. how i see mukuro is kind of an amalgamation of my knowledge of domestic abuse, ptsd via military, the very few breadcrumbs we get of mukuro in disguise (with a little from the anime unfortunately), and excerpts from fanfics I've read. Of course, I'm not all knowing about the intricacies of these nuanced topics, but by golly do I love me my brain studies.

something i tend to take in account with thinking of mukuro is how she was basically treated like a dog her whole life; obedient and subservient. she's never taken the time to find herself with junko breathing down her neck nor her instructors and fellow soldiers. she was brought up in chaos and war, so of course she'd struggle to find her true self.

I will say, i do think mukuro finds solace in war. she has control, she is able to let out frustration she never realized was building. she doesn't have to care about her sister on the battlefield, only about herself and her metaphorical brothers and sisters. that's why she's such a good solider.

with mukuro disguising herself as junko, I don't think she'd find much about herself through that experience since she's basically pretending to be someone. mukuro is cosplaying as an another identity all together, a memory of what her sister was (or, a memory of what she THINKS of her sister).

personally, i am of the opinion that mukuro cracked when sayaka was killed (not a surprise, i am quite the ikuzono truther). she wasn't in control like junko promised. she realizes that she is a pawn, and her confrontation to Junko/Monokuma was genuine. well- as genuine as can be when she's mimicking a fake person. I think DR-IF also talked about that. If you havent read it, you really should! it gave me a lot of mukuro centric headcanons that let me develop her further.

3. for your blog, i see it as an alternative route where mukuro was able to find herself. i also fw your design of valleygirl mukuro SO HARD. it makes me cry a little. i like how you think of sayaka as more competent and paranoid than canon. she would fr psychoanalyze everyone, very much to her own detriment. also her and junko being rivals? uh, yes please. more of this.

HII IT'S GRANDMA DRAMA GIRL !! okay so today for drama we have 3 dramas, that happened this week and the week before..

#1 so basically I was yapping in the cousin gc that includes 4 members including me, well name them (S1,S2,G) so I was yapping about wanting to learn hands up and that meovv is rlly cool, then G sent a pic of amperson&one and said "pick one guys" and i said I didn't wanna learn a choreo from them, then she got pissed and said that meovv are untalented fatties with horrible voices, then I replied and said "yeah okay well amperson&one can't dance for the life of them nd can't do anything good but be fatties" (Im not hating on amperson&one I js wanted to clap back to that fattie) then she got pissed and didn't talk to me for a week, yesterday she came downstairs and I tried talking to her and she ignored me nd only replied to S2. #2 okay so today I was at school and I got some jellies and a friend walked up to me, I'll call her by her real name cs she gen pmo. so this jumana girl walks up to me and says "hey, leave me some of those jellies, okay??" #3 so today also my little sister (she's in 5th grade) had a fight with another 5th grader and the girl she fought with we'll call her jenny. so jenny brings a girl over (im assuming a friend) when the bus driver specifically said "no bringing other ppl who don't ride the bus onto it." so then my sister's like "okay so you can't come up here with jenny cs the bus driver said no" and jenny and her friend start pushing her and me being the amazing older sister j am I stepped in and calmed the situation down. then I see these 2 little fuckass children charging at me full speed so I punch them and they stumble over and say "im gonna tell the principal!!" "my mom's a lawyer !!" okay.. so?? dad lit has connections and could get ur mom fired u lil dipshit.. (not flexing I swr I'm js being honest) then jenny's friend said "mom's a lawyer, who does (sisters name) and her sister think they are. nepo babies, duh bitch.. the principal didn't do nothing and gave THEM a warning.
