They don't comment on her phasing back below deck, sailing in silence. As they approach the outpost, they extinguish the lanterns of the vessel, choosing to give Spectra something of an element of surprise. They've used this ship enough to get recognized by it, and it's never good news when the Servant of the Flame arrives at an outpost. So they dock on the back of the island.
By the time they go below deck to tell her they've arrived, she's already vanished. Junior hums, returning above to watch Spectra work.
The outpost is quiet, the shops still having light inside, but no movement- well, save for the tavern. By the bustle inside, there must be a couple crews celebrating, and spending away the day's earnings.
The specter submerged herself once more between the floorboards, however this time it was to hide her growing anxiety. The closer they got to this outpost, the more the fear began to cloud her mind. What if she messed up? What if she didn't scare anybody? What if she made herself look like a total fool? Deep breathes, Spectra. Deep breathes. You can do this. You're a Vondergeist.
Spectra would emerge and begin her observation, taking in this place. A decent number of buildings...flora across the dotted small islands... her grey eyes continued scanning. Remember, Spectra. A ghoul's best friend is their environment. That's when she spotted it. Torches. To light their way during the night. Perfect.
A raspy chuckle parted from her purple lips as a monstrous idea came to mind. The creature would vanish into the night like the wind, her form dissipating along with the breeze that followed them. She will prove she is worthy. No, she must.
