where: Elias’ flat who: Elias Asistores and Cordelia Selwyn ( @cordelianselwyn )
Out of all the benefits of becoming a vampire, Elias thought that one of the more underrated ones was their inability to get cold. No matter what the temperature was, his body never felt the need to warm itself. Perhaps that’s just how it was being the undead. So even though the season was shifting into something colder, Elias doesn’t need to put on a shirt in his own place. Most of the time he only putsa a shirt on whenever he was expecting a visitor.
One exception was Cordelia. She was a tryst that became a past time, even after Elias learned that she had a family of her own. He knew he shouldn’t but he can’t just seem to turn away. Elias crossed his arms over his bare chest before leaning on the door frame as he watched her closely. “You’re not going to stay again, aren’t you?” He didn’t even know why he asked. She never stayed the night. Don’t get him wrong, Elias knew Cordelia has her reasons. She was a mother and a wife, for Merlin’s sake. She shouldn’t even be with him at all. And yet, Elias couldn’t control his selfish thoughts. He wanted more of Cordelia to himself. “Why don’t you just stay a little longer? Just stay until I start my shift.”

Erik was on his break (finally) when he bumped into someone who decided that since he was a new face he should be taught a lesson, a smirk on his features told the other that perhaps he wasn’t someone you should be messing with and in a swift movement he got the other’s arm locked in a grip, pushed to the point of breaking it. He let go before that happened however when his eyes met that off a girl. He put his finger in front of his lips telling her to keep quiet.
“Sorry you had to see that.” He said with a smile.

Cordelia liked to pretend she was above it all, like she couldn’t be bothered with the petty concerns or crowds. But really, there was something about the rush and bustle of people that made her feel alive. Wealth and privilege could often be lonely, and if she were a bit more self are she would recognize how absurd she sounded. But luckily, Cordelia was not burdened with this, and could thus enjoy the crowds without guilt or second thought.
Even through the crowds she spotted a familiar form lazily making her way through the stalls and people, then hurried to catch up to her. Cordelia smirked, looping her arm through the younger girls and adopting a tone of mock concern.
“Didn’t your mother tell you it was improper for young ladies to go out un-escorted?” amber eyes sparkled with mischievous intent, “How will your reputation ever recover?” Cordelia laughed, “what are you up to littlest Rosier?”

Liza was strolling along the road quite happily to be honest. Of course, she would rather be at Milan, Or Paris, or anywhere that wasn’t this dingy alley, but this would do for now. She’d have to write to Narcissa and see if her cousin wanted to go on a shopping trip soon. They hadn’t been on one for so long, and she really did need some new gowns. One could never have too many gowns, especially when there were surely to be some balls soon, considering it was coming up to Halloween and Christmas soon.
Liza tensed up when she felt someone approach, but she relaxed when she realised whom it was. “Cordy” She murmured with a smile, clearly enjoying having the presence of the older woman. Now, it was going to be a much more interesting afternoon. “And psh. My reputation has long been in tatters” Being a death eater kind of did that to you really.
“But I’m sure I can cope. Mama Rosier fixes all my problems for me” Or you know. The forced ones anyway. She had a good set of parents. “I am window shopping, but most of the stuff here is really not to my taste”

cordelia and dove.
“I don’t think there is one newspaper that gets the weather right.” Cordelia comments, avoiding the fact she agrees. “Your opinion might be a little biased here Longbottom.”
“Considering the smear campaign the Prophet’s been running against my dad, I think I’m well within my right to be a bit biased. Besides, it’s not like they’re a particularly unbiased news outlet.”
