#this is so embarrassing literally nothing is going on in my life#(ok. fine. admittedly emdr and trauma processing during exam period is a something)#(as is getting more sensitive due to this and thus being more easily triggered and dissociated)#its so joever#kostik speaks#so much is coming up that i cant even talk or draw about it in time#just imagine perpetual cycling of self hatred and shame#i tried to stay offline today but i did end up coming on and yapping a little and holy fuck the self hatred because i did that#its ok... wince. wince. sob#<- guy whos dissociating again
