it's the darkest day of the year again
#own art#a little like a vent art#gonna ramble in the tags so you can just skip#link in text goes to a post I made this day 10 years ago bc that was the day of grandma's funeral#it's very soothing in a way that her funeral was held on the winter solstice#(this year the solstice is on 22nd but usually it's on 21st so I'm queueing this for late evening)#today I took a short moment to think about how I kept thinking that I'll process the emotions regarding her last years and passing later bu#ended up just storing them away in a place I've never more than peeked in during all these years#guess that's a valid way to cope but I'm afraid I'll come to regret it if some inherited things appear in our future#but yeah#drawing hands is still fun in their own way
