the pirate was finally getting adjusted to the town, and enjoying being as far from the isle of the lost. she no longer had to suffer like she did growing up. and could finally enjoy her life. she was walking down the street when she bumped into someone. “hey, watch where you are going !!”

cj was so sick of this town, everyone was too happy and cheery. and the only people she recognized where the traitors that got to live happy lives in auradon while she was left on the island. the pirate walked through the carnival trying to figure out what trouble she can get into. that’s when she saw her older brother, “harry? please tell me it’s you.”

“herkie, i don’t want you to say anything till i’m done.” cj said to him. the pirate never told anyone about her feelings, but she couldn’t keep denying her feelings. especially since herkie never seemed to be pushed away, no matter how much she tried to. “i come from a place where feelings should not be a thing felt, unless it’s anger. stuff like love and happiness isn’t felt much, especially since our own parents never loved us. i also did so hard to be loved by my father, but that never happened.” she said. “and while i’m still trying to figure out what all these new feelings that i feel in this place. i can’t keep denying this feeling that is eating me up... i like you herkie, like really like you. i’ve tried not to since you are from auradon and i’m from the isle. and who knows what will happen when we go back. but you are the first person to ever see the real me and not just the child of a villain.”

cj was not happy to be in this small town, it was better than the isle, but still not what the young pirate wanted. she wanted to be in a place where evil was in power, like what the plan for auradon was. but now the blonde pirate was trapped far away from home. but she was at least happy to be in a town where she wasn’t trapped on an island, unable to ever leave. cj rolled her eyes when she recognized jay and went over to him. “if it isn’t the traitor, i’m surprised that you are here.”
