you guys know you can get USB connectable CD, dvd, and blu-ray players right. and you can buy external hard drives with crazy amounts of space for an amount of money that would make the average person from 2009’s head explode bc of how cheap it is. and if you do this and get ripping software such as handbrake for CDs and DVDs and makeMKV for blurays you can both own a physical copy of whatever media you want and make it accessible to yourself no matter where you are. do you guys know this

Every time I see it, I feel so bad for this 1903 converted church in McKeesport, PA. I loved it from the day I saw it, and it's been on the market for years, b/c McKeesport is one of the most dangerous cities in the United States, ranked No. 4 on a list of 100. With the combination of steel factories shutting down, a 1976 downtown fire, and major retail stores folding up, the city has never recovered. The 2bd, 2ba, 6,000sqft home is back on the market for $60k. Well, take another look at it, anyway.

I worry about this guy, too, b/c it's described as "a violent crime rate average per 1,000 people." It's a shame, b/c the grounds are pretty nice.

Now, financing isn't even possible and it needs a new roof, flooring, and heating. Furnishings are available to be purchased separately.

What I like most about it is the timeworn look.

Of course it has wonderful details and stained glass.

I even like the distressed walls.

Look at the typically antique church lighting fixture.

Apparently, according to the listing, they put in a vintage Viking kitchen.

As I recall from the last time I saw it, they've done some more work.

The primary bedroom.

Bath w/a vintage tub and shower.

Sizeable closet.

I can see that they did a lot of work on the exterior.

Well, at least no one disturbed the landscaping.

You can see how neglected it was.

The front entrance was redone.

They removed the pews.

Must be the owner.

What a terrible thing to happen, too bad it can't be revitalized. 9,775sqft corner lot.
