Bộ chuyển đổi quang điện sẽ đáp ứng tất cả các nhu cầu trên. Bộ chuyển đổi quang điện sẽ chuyển đổi tín hiệu chạy trên mạng cáp đồng sang tín hiệu chạy trên mạng cáp quang mà bạn không phải thay đổi toàn bộ hệ thống mạng. I've run a minecraft server on a similarly specced VPS for a few months, that worked okay for up to 6 or so simultaneous players. Cheap VPSes are pretty capable.

Do note that if you go for a cheap provider, they might screw you over. My first VPS with them got borked for unknown networking reasons and I had no way to get any data off of it. They responded after about a week and were no help :/
