Hi hi hello hi I’m thereweredragonshere and I have had a hyperfixation on how to train your dragon since around early 2021. I love this fandom so much and it has genuinely become apart of my life. So. Not going anywhere ever. Probably.

Reading TGCF: Chapter 86

For those who don't know, I am reading TGCF for the first time and sharing my thoughts!

If you have not read it, there will be spoilers! Consider this a warning.

A chapter update!

There is a reason why Hua Cheng made Xie Lian promise not to touch anything and 2 seconds after that promise shows it was necessary LOL Xie Lian did however, think twice before touching the thing, so that's good. p325

At any given point, I literally could not predict what is coming next. I am convinced Xie Lian is a reincarnation of this crown prince. I am also deeply concerned about our boy Yin Yu and the hint that something worse than the most horrifying rats got to him.

My first fic: My first-ever one was actually an RVD fic called Shattered Rose that I never finished, when white women were my OCs. I know wayyyy better now😬

My longest fic: My first baby, Into The Deep End. March 6, 2024 will make it ten years since I first published it on another platform. I worked so hard on it as a stress reliever when I was studying for my Masters, and to know that it still gets so much love on all the sites I've posted it on truly warms my heart. Targets is my second-longest, I really enjoyed that one too.

My shortest fic: Definitely Wait For You. Marian tagged me in a "Seven Sentence" challenge and this was the result. I'm terrible with <1000 word fics and it was truly a challenge, lol.

My most popular fic: So, there's three answers. Overall, Into The Deep End for sure. But for my one-shots, I still get messages and quotes about Power Couple (Roman/OC) and On Sight (Jey Uso/OC) to this day.

My personal fave fic: Lol this answer changes all the time. They're all my babies, I really can't choose. Each time I re-read one, I fall in love with it.

Lennon just stands there, legs apart, defying you to come up an' hit him, with the odd, razor sharp intro and mongol movement, but Paul gets the girls (and some of the musical lads) going with Till there was you. It' s a most unusual, Dad orientated, melodic song in the middle of all the rock 'n' roll screamers. Then he finishes 'em off with a more than passable Long Tall Sally.

         When it's all over and the magic Sesame Street door to the drezy finally opens and SLAMS behind me (to keep out the fans), the inevitable 'the Coke's warm' follows . . . usually from George. After stripping off the dripping black T-shirts and leathers and towelling down their sweat saturated bodies, they dress in blue jeans and black polos. Then the 'Cavern Conga' snakes back through the girls once more and down to the pints of bitter. This procedure continues ad infinitum till the pubs close and then we all sit it out in the drezy till morning.
