E tu, invece? Quali titoli indicheresti?
E quali indicherebbero @vefa321 @gattadegliappennini @ilguardianodelfaro @guidogaeta @myorizuru @martinastalla @blackmammaaa @abatelunare @giuliopaolocesare @clouddep @cloverviola @fortezzabastiani @qualbuonvento @x-yanara-x @l-incantatrice @agirlinamber @panecarasau?

It is quiet as the first week of the new year gets under way at the fire station in Lapland's capital, Rovaniemi – no sirens wailing, no flashing lights.
Things were different, though, just before Christmas. In the space of less than a week, rescue services were called more than 40 times to deal with road traffic accidents alone.
According to Markus Aarto, Chief Executive Officer at the Lapland Rescue Department, most of those emergency situations were caused by tourists.
"You could say that say that things started heating up once the tourist season began. If you're not used driving in harsh road conditions, the car will just not stay under control," says Aarto.
Also, a large number of the fire alarms, both real and false alarms, that Lapland firefighters respond to during the winter tourist season are caused by visitors.
Don't stop and gawk
"Winter Lapland is a place of darkness and wonders, and one of those wonders is the northern lights. For some people it's magical and when the northern lights appear, some visitors will stop in the middle of the highway to watch," explains Petri Niska from the Rovaniemi office of the Finnish Road Safety Council.
"Another thrill is seeing reindeer. Tourists will get so excited seeing them that they don't remember that there's other traffic on the road," Niska adds.
Another way that some tourists keep rescue services busy is by relying on phone apps to navigate the wilds of Lapland.
"Google maps may show a road, and you trust it's there, but what looks like a road on the map may actually be a snowmobile route, or at worst a ski track and you might make it some way before your rental car is bogged down in the snow," says Petri Niska.
Pentti Tervo, also of the Finnish Road Safety Council, advises anyone who is not used to driving in winter conditions to make sure they understand how their car's heating system and window defogging works. If you can't see properly, you can't drive safely.
December to April
Funding for rescue services is calculated according to the number of inhabitants, population density and an analysis of risk factors in the region. It does not take into account the extra work created by the influx of tourists in Lapland, especially from the start of December to April.
For example, in Kittilä, which is home to a major ski resort, rescue services respond to around 400 extra call-outs annually.
Resources, in terms of both personnel and budget are tight, especially when cold spring weather extends the winter sport season into late April.
"Then you just have to try to persevere," says Markus Aarto. "Finances are always a challenge for everyone, however, the rescue department budget is such that we can provide essential services."

2019 #nagano #hakuba #haltahotels #halta https://www.instagram.com/p/B7fhTa7F9En/?igshid=1wdomu1qag326
