Senior pets have a hard time getting adopted. The likelihood of adoption is only 25% compared to 60% for a younger dog. Unfortunately, this is often due to prejudice. I want to raise awareness with this comic (and also get back to my roots, which I haven't really managed to do yet). But I want to start uploading more regularly again. There I was… majestically stretched out on my throne by the window, fur in full sunshine, bird buffet in sight, lookin’ like a whole feline snack. 😼

But instead of spying on the birds…

I watched her.

Because someone is clearly more interesting than pigeons. 💁🏻‍♀️

Then I rolled.

Then I wiggled.

Then I… uh…

gracefully teleported off the window ledge. 😹

She laughed.

I gave her The Look™.

“You laughing at me, hooman? This was part of the performance. Obviously.”

Then I strutted off like I meant to fall. Like a true professional.

Even when we tumble, us rescue cats do it in style. 💚
