this ones easy, unknown (till the end) stands for tills feelings that remain hidden till the end, but the brackets also imply that its not just that the feelings remain hidden till the end, the feelings themselves will also last till the end too.

ofc tills name is in his own song. till the end right? but so is mizis!!!! the word unknown in korean is miji!!!! its pronouced basically the same!!!! thats why when you google translate mizis name they translate it as unknown (eg. mizis fist -> unknown fist) unknown till the end is a play on words!!!! its mizi (till the end)!!!! it has both their names in there!!!!!! he is literally one step away from calling his song mizitill (cough cough lwj)

till seems to have hijacked the song/system in the starting part of r2 we can clearly hear a different song starting the round off, does this mean that its written down as unknown in the database? cause its a hacked in song? is just till the end the actual name of the song and thats why its in brackets?

Slamming one hand on the table, Jieun said with a kind of desperate urgency in her voice, “ No! He! Won’t! He is a big shot hero. He saved the world! What are you not getting here? Please don’t let the first friend I make be braindead. I will so start crying.”

“Okay, okay. Don’t cry please.” You take both of her hands into your own and look right into her eyes, trying to convey your sincerity. Because you can’t let your new friend cry. Not when she was the only human connection you had left in the world. Trying to capture the right words from the cloudy sea of thoughts in your head, you say, “I will listen to you, don’t worry. We only have each other here.”

At this Jieun let out a small relieved smile and went on about the guild rules. The afternoon passed away swiftly with the warmth of the soft winter sun, delicious teacakes, and comforting company. Yet, when you lay down at night, you can’t help unfurl the tightly bound thoughts in your head. You can’t help recalling Joshua’s smile when he was with his friends. a/n: almost everyday i think about the 'svt + who would sacrifice you to save the world vs sacrifice the world to save you' post and i think about why joshua wants to be happy about his choice. what actually happened that made him do it? What if he didn't give the person he sacrificed a choice to save the world or die? What if he made the choice for them? What if they came back and saw him mourning them? Would they forgive him for the betrayal? Or would Joshua have to live knowing that he has the everyone's adoration for saving him but your loathing for dooming you? delicious, delicious angst hehe

Nonhuman f/o that can't hum getting excited whenever you do, it's a sound their kind doesn't make but it's such a nice soothing sound

Maybe they react to it like we do to purring, getting all quiet to hear it whispering to the others nearby "they're humming!"

Maybe they don't outwardly react but their ears (or ear equivalent) become trained on the sound

Maybe they know you like the trills their kind makes so in response to your humming they coo back and you two make a little song that you couldn't do without the other

Maybe they rest their head against your chest muttering for you to not stop just yet as their eyes start to close sleepily
