I honestly don't think sorn kissing jun a little more passionately than jun allowed (or at least trying to) wasn't that much a "doesn't respect boundaries" moment as some people make it out to be.

These are two people who are very close, and juns reaction wasn't a "I'm feeling seriously assaulted right now" and more of a " shit I really want this man but I'm petty and don't wanna give in that fast so fucking stop doing that or my plan goes to shit" and yeah Sorn was testing the limits, not in an overly aggressive way but more teasing. And as soon as he realized that Jun wouldn't give in he stopped.

Some people kinda act like he's a perverted predator and I'm just over here like " no that's really not what's going on, neither in the kissing scene last episode nor in the blowjob scene a few episodes back"

During today’s ep of My Stubborn, every single time they talked about Jun being a “kid” or just the fact that he’s younger than Sorn, I couldn’t stop giggling simply because Oat is not only a fully grown 30 year old man, but he’s also older than Boat!

Yeah I didn’t want to get in the weeds on that BJ scene at the time (was just enjoying rewatching incessantly lol), but I didn’t view it negatively at all. Key points

1. Jun gets visibly turned on when Sorn initially refers to cramming it in his mouth before

2. That’s when Jun starts coming on to Sorn. Another BJ is specifically what he wants from the encounter

3. He looks nervous when he’s about to start but he’s also licking his lips in anticipation

4. When he gags, Sorn lets him pull back and recover. Sorn then lifts an eyebrow and Jun gives a little nod, and only then does Sorn push his head back on.

5. It does appear Jun is struggling to stick with it when he’s slapping Sorn—but we also know Jun is quite capable of shoving him off when he’s really had enough.

As for folks saying Jun looked uncomfortable…not to be crass but you can feel/look physically uncomfortable in that circumstance and still very much want to be doing it.

As for people saying he didn’t warn Jun he was going to come in his mouth…not to be crass but no one’s ever done that with me? You can kinda tell it’s about to happen without being told? I just don’t see that as an issue.

Finally seeing Jun initiate is everything

helping Jun swallow was a lot to process

Sorn is finally showing more affection and outward care for Jun, we get to see him change in real time. He knows he wants to take care of him, to protect him, and defend him.

At the same time, Jun is beginning to get more confident in his own sexuality and choices. Jun knows at least some of what he wants now and isn’t hesitating to try and get it. I love this for him.

Oat Pasakorn (the actor who plays Jun) is SHAMELESS and I love him so much! Never shy, super witty, and he's so proud of My Stubborn my dudes, he is COMMITTED.

It's so refreshing to see someone so self-aware. His lives are a treat even if you don't understand a word he's saying 🤣🤣🤣. He answers interviews in the most straightforward way possible. He's not coy about any of the shenanigans MFlow made them do; he makes fun of it himself 🤣

He's probably THE most shameless BL actor I've seen in a long while, and I'm counting Apo of BOC, Noeul of MMY, and Poppy of DMD/Mandee. He knows what he got himself into and is prepared for all of it--the good, the bad, and the ugly 100%. It super helps that he's been in the industry SINCE 2014, and a seasoned vet in het and BL shows (this is his first starring role tho). He's seen the rise and fall of other stars and knows the industry well enough to manage his expectations.

Also super adorable that Boat Yongyut clearly looks up to him as a mentor. There's so much trust and respect in their interactions, and you can tell there's been A LOT of talks about boundaries and consent prior to this show.

Anyway, if you don't stan the show, maybe consider stanning Oat Pasakorn (and Boat, too). It's fun, promise ✌️
