Yes, especially since she’s already figured out that her friends are the “in” crowd and that agreeing with Chloe (who is clearly disliked by everyone in her class) would make her classmates turn against her. Lila wants to remain popular, after all.

I read your post on how Andre raised Chloe to be like Audrey. What are your thoughts on how he doesn't do anything when Audrey was berating Chloe in Style Queen?

I sort of alluded to that in the Spousification post, but I tend to take it as a mixture of things:

1: Chloe is at the end of the day a silver medal substitute to Audrey in his eyes, eventually that might have changed (Which is somehow worse) so he borderline forgets Chloe exists or matters when Audrey is around.

2: The somehow even worse version is that he prefer to see Audrey hostile to Chloe, provided it doesn't make him look bad. Because it means Chloe will remains vulnerable and dependent on him for, well, everything.

Basically there isn't really a good answer.

At best he's indifferent because Chloe has always been just a tool for his own satisfaction and her suffering only matters if it can be utilized to his benefit. Or he prefers Audrey wound Chloe, because it means he retains his chokehold on his substitute spouse.

He's definitely aware the way Audrey treats Chloe is cruel. Insisting she cannot fire Chloe, but that was with him registering "We are on TV" before actually intervening. When the cameras aren't on them, he's just indifferent to how Audrey hurts Chloe at best.

i love this so much. already in season 4 it's established what kind of person lois is and exactly what she will do with clark later in the series when she finds out his secret. she doesn't push it or try to trick him into telling her. she just waits for him to be ready to tell her, exactly like she says here that she would.

the most annoying part of lucifer on netflix is that he was literally right the whole time. i don't give a shit if the literal actual god was "just trying his best." lucifer was 100% right to be angry at god and in fact, i think everyone should've been downright pissed when they met him. ESPECIALLY linda. fuck her for real for telling him that his conflict with god was partially his fault. lucifer described an abusive father to her countless times and the second she met him she started fawning over him? fuck that. chloe should've punched god in the face
