There's so many digital technology and software companies that are chronically unprofitable, but which stick around because of investor speculation that one day this company could be the next Google or Facebook. And in both of those cases what makes these companies oodles and oodles of money is the aggregation and sale of personal data.
So, like, why would you expect, say, an automotive CRM company to be profitable at some point when it's presently not? The automotive people hate computers. This is why they're in automotive and not IT. Pencil and paper with a carbon copy not only works fine, but it means you have a physical file storage which never goes offline. Does it mean you gotta drive to the office to retrieve a doc? Sure, but good news, these guys love driving.
And ultimately even if you wanted to go full digital, why would a mechanic pay for a subscription to a bespoke CRM when they could just use spreadsheets? You think these people are too dumb to know how to work a spreadsheet? Mechanics involves the same mental skills as computer programming, translated into physical space. Let's not be digital chauvinists.
But look, this kind of bullshit zombie firm has kept hundreds of thousands of software engineers gainfully employed. Their persistence keeps the threat of working class revolt ever so lower because their wages are ever so higher than they would otherwise be. The digital technology industry has entered a phase of sectoral maturity. There is nothing new here anymore, no vast new worlds to conquer (I would argue this was mostly true by 2015), just more invasive forms of surveillance to aggregate more intimate personal data about you. This industry deserves a good culling. Unfortunately it's going to have to come at the cost of throwing thousands of programmers permanently into the reserve army of labor (at least insofar as they are programmers).

O kaleyi içten yıkmak için aldığım eğitim ve öğretime uygun alan ekonomi ve finans olduğu için en büyük belada yasal tefecilik bankacılık olduğu için iç düşmanlığın bir holdingin amiral gemisi sayılan bankasında çalışmaya başladım.
Bu sır vazife ihmal ve merhamet kaldırmayacak boyutta zor bir görevdi.
Hem bilgi topluyor onları tamamen bitirecek kadar güçlü bir şekilde karşılarına çıkacak donanımı ediniyordum.
Onca ihaneti gözleri ve kulakları ile duydukları halde yaklaşık iki yüz bin bankacı vardı ve benden başka kimse bu ihanete çıkara satılarak itiraz etmiyor kuzu kuzu hizmet ediyor yurdun ve ulusun soyulmasına sözde ekmek parası adı altında bu sömürünün ortağı oluyorlardı.
Aynı zamanda iki yüz bin bankacının çoğu asgari ücretin biraz üzerinde bir paraya bu sömürüye bu konuda bir bilgisi olmadığı ve bir işim olsun diye hizmet ediyordu.
Sadece çalıştığım bankayı değil sektörü özelleştirme talanı başlamadan 2000'li yıllar da değişim adı altında 28 Şubat süreci ile başlayacağını sermaye biliyor ve ona uygun bir alt yapı hazırlığı yaptılar.
Daha bu iktidar iktidara gelmeden ekonimide çok önemli değişiklikler olacak diye bir holding bankası 2000 yılında yazılar göndererek kendilerini ele veriyorlardı.
Aynı zamanda ekmeğimi emeğim karşılığında kazandığım için çok çalışkan olmam ve bunlara karşı en ufak bir açık vermiyordum. Başarılı bir bankacı olarak biliniyorum bu sektörde. Bölge müdürüm Türk Bankacılığının Messi'si diye tarif ediyordu beni.
Messi olmam tefeci bankacılık adına değildi.
Bunu bir yaratan bir de ben biliyordum.
Bu düzeni nasıl çökertmem gerektiğini de sırrım biliyordu. Kolay olmayacaktı. Sorumluluk almayana devrim geç ulaşacaktı.
Son yıllarda benim artık kim olduğumu anladılar ve bana mobbing uygulayarak benden kurtulmak istediler.
Daha fazla hata yapıyor bana belgeli kozlar veriyorlardı.
Haklı taleplerim ile tuzaktan tuzağa düşürüyor adeta karşımda çaresizliği oynatıyordum.
Benimle ilk bilek güreşi yapmaya kalkan bir bölge müdürü bana senin amacın ne diye sordu?
Evime ekmek götürmek dedim.
Onlar yerlerini alacağımdan korkuyorlardı.
Banka soygundan gelen büyük kazanç ile büyüklenmekten beni anlayacak durumda değildi.
İç kültürü bozulmuş karmaşa bir kültürü yaşatan genel müdür yapılmıştı.
Batan pamukbank'tan geleni genel müdür yapan bir banka o bankayı banka yapanlara adeta ihanet etmişti.
Yeni gelenler bu bankanın kültürü ile yetişenlere ceo sopası ile adeta zulüm uyguluyordu.
Devleti yönetenler dahil adalet sorumlu kurumlar medya herkes çalışanlara ve müşterilere Crm adlı sistemler ile yapılan zulmü seyrediyordu.
Gazetelerinde haberler yaptırdım, sorumlu tüm kurumlara yazılar yazarak bu zulme dur dedim mobbing uygulandığı yıllar da bir avukattan destek istedim o da büyük ihtimalle sattı bunu.
Sonuçta kazanacak ve kaybedecek olanı yaşananlar olgunlaştırdı.
Kamulaştırma kararı ile karşılıksız para yasal tefecilik balonu patlayacaktı. Uzatmalı zulüm bu sebeple olmak durumunda.
Askerde istihbaratçı bir askerdim. Terör örgütüne büyük hasarlar verdik o çabanın içinde vardım.
Finans terörünün sonunu getirmek için de bir Türk askeri gerekiyordu.
Bu görev layıkıyla bir ömür harcanarak yerine getirildi.
Sadece Türk ulusu değil bütün dünyada kapitalizmin yıkımını ilk başlatan Türk oldum.
2015 yılında yazdığım gerçekleri bugün batı çetesinin medyası ve şarlatan ekonomistleri itiraf eder gibi şimdi yazıyor gibi yapıyorlar.
Artık bu mücadele bir fısıltı olmaktan çıktı.
Alemde şer bizde er bitmez derdi Oğuz Kağan.
Şerri bitirip Türk Birliğini kurarak o büyük hayali gerçek kıldık.
Onlar kendilerini kurtarma çaresini terörün kucağına atarak buldular.

2015 was his last season and he played with a different team every year

BALANCED SCORECARD là gì?
BALANCED SCORECARD (BSC) trong tiếng Việt có nghĩa là “Thẻ điểm cân bằng” hay bảng điểm cân bằng. Đây là một mô hình ho���ch định và quản trị chiến lược ở cấp độ cơ bản nhất, giúp các tổ chức/doanh nghiệp thiết lập, triển khai, theo dõi và đo lường kết quả của chiến lược đặt ra. Bên cạnh yếu tố tài chính, BSC còn tập trung chú trọng tới 3 thước đo phi tài chính khác đó là khách hàng, quá trình hoạt động nội bộ, học tập và phát triển.

Ngày nay, với tính chất phức tạp của công tác quản lý doanh nghiệp, đòi hỏi các ban lãnh đạo và quản lý phải có khả năng đánh giá hiệu suất tổng thể trong nhiều lĩnh vực. Và thẻ điểm cân bằng đóng vai trò quan trọng là công cụ quản lý hiệu suất toàn diện, đảm bảo cân đối giữa các thước đo tài chính với chiến lược vận hành và các mục tiêu có liên quan đến mọi bộ phận trong tổ chức.
BALANCED SCORECARD được phát triển bởi 2 Tiến sĩ Robert S.Kaplan và David P.Norton vào những năm 1992.
KPI là gì?
KPI là viết tắt của từ Key Performance Indicator được hiểu là Chỉ số đo lường hiệu suất chính. KPI là chỉ số đo lường và đánh giá hiệu quả hoạt động của một tổ chức/bộ phận/cá nhân. Có 2 loại chỉ số đo KPI là KPI leading: chỉ số đo tiến trình, KPI lagging: chỉ số đo kết quả.

Đây chính là cơ sở để các nhà quản lý đánh giá thành tích của phòng ban, nhân viên và từ đó đưa ra những khuyến khích phù hợp cho từng phòng ban cũng như từng nhân viên của mình.
Vậy tại sao BALANCED SCORECARD không phải là công cụ đo lường KPI?
Có rất nhiều tổ chức cho rằng BALANCED SCORECARD không giúp cho họ phát triển một bộ KPI có ý nghĩa để thúc đẩy nhân viên họ hoàn thành các mục tiêu, tầm nhìn cũng như sứ mệnh của doanh nghiệp. Tại sao lại như vậy?
BALANCED SCORECARD không nhấn mạnh kết quả so với chiến lược
Các đặc điểm cơ bản của một thẻ điểm cân bằng là:

Hầu hết mọi người đều mô tả chiến lược theo những cách mơ hồ. Vì vậy, họ đo lường những thứ thuộc phạm trù dễ đo lường như: mốc mục tiêu, tiến độ hoạt động hoặc bất kỳ điều gì liên quan đến dữ liệu. Trong khi đó, thước đo mục tiêu lại tập trung vào những hoạt động như “phát triển thị trường mục tiêu” và “nâng cao năng lực nhân viên” thay vì kết quả.
BALANCED SCORECARD không đưa ra từng bước để đo lường kế hoạch
BALANCED SCORECARD còn đưa ra những ý tưởng để ứng dụng các đơn vị đo lường cho từng chiến dịch cụ thể như: chức năng, thương hiệu, hình ảnh và các mối quan hệ.
Nhưng những thuật ngữ này không thể áp dụng cho tất cả các tổ chức bởi ở mỗi tổ chức nó sẽ được định nghĩa khác nhau để phù hợp với con người và văn hóa của tổ chức đó. Chính vì thế, các nhà lãnh đạo cần tham khảo có chọn lọc để có thể đo lường hiệu quả và chính xác hơn. Điều này sẽ mất khá nhiều thời gian cân nhắc để mở rộng tầm nhìn cũng như nội lực để vượt qua những định kiến: “cái này làm sao mà đo lường được” hay “chúng ta làm gì có dữ liệu mà đo lường”.

BALANCED SCORECARD không thể hiện quá trình hoàn thành mục tiêu
Việc phổ biến BALANCED SCORECARD với các phép đo lường như một minh chứng về sự rõ ràng và dễ ứng dụng của các quy trình này. Bạn có thể chọn một vài KPI về nhân sự, CRM hay Marketing,... để chuyển sang một bộ phận IT xây dựng báo cáo. Tuy nhiên, bạn lại đưa ra những thông tin quá sơ sài theo kiểu “Thêm việc duy trì khách hàng vào thẻ điểm”.
Do đó, bạn không thể ngó lơ hay bỏ qua các chi tiết tạo ra sự khác nhau giữa việc đo lường những điều dễ dàng và những điều nên được đo lường. Có rất nhiều điều chi tiết để đo lường như mức độ trung thành của khách hàng. Nó cần được rút ra thành một định nghĩa đầy đủ để từ đó đưa ra các biện pháp giúp chiến lược thành công.
Vì vậy, để đo lường hiệu suất hiệu quả thì BALANCED SCORECARD (thẻ điểm cân bằng) không thể hoạt động riêng lẻ mà những nhà lãnh đạo phải biết kết hợp với tư duy đo lường để từ đó tạo ra các thẻ điểm thành công và hỗ trợ tốt nhất cho hoạt động sản xuất, kinh doanh của doanh nghiệp.
