Ended up being somewhat of a potato at work yesterday, but that is okay! My steps totalled just around 9,400. I could have walked around my apartment for a few minutes last night to reach the 10,000 mark, but I was having a little bit of an off day after work, so I decided to just make dinner and call it a night!
That means that today I need to hit 10,600 as my first tier goal. Tier two is 13,000 and three is 16,000. Let’s see what I can do with that!
My plan is to try to take about 1,000 steps before I leave in about 20 minutes. So I just need to get up and do it!
