Listen. There are jrockers I'm a fan of, and jrockers I'm fond of. He belongs in the 2nd category and with how sparse his solo was, I thought he gave up. BUT MOFO HAS HAD A NEW BAND SINCE 2021. Project DAT it says. Goodness gracious PLEASE get along with your fellow members this time. There is no way you kept losing bands like this if it wasn't for attitude! He has one of the nicest voices in the scene in my opinion and he is one of those die hard vkei dudes. He really really likes vkei and singing. Buuut he's a little difficult. Really hope he stays this time and found the type of musicians he likes working with for a long time.

edit: MOFO HAS HIS OWN COMPANY NOW! And he is also the executive producer of his own band. THAT'S A LEVEL UP MY DUDE BRAVO! He also moved out of Japan and lives in Malaysia he says but that's besides the point. xD

I just watched The Eight: Reindeer Monologues.

It is fully in ASL with English voice over and closed captions.

I thought the writing was great, the acting was phenomenal (idk about the voice acting. My computer was on mute), and the editing...but overall, it was a good show. It's not for everyone; it's a story about sexual assault. It explores the different way people respond to allegations: from active support and passive support, to dismissal and denial, to guilt and shame. I was hesitant to watch it because it was advertised as a dark comedy about sexual harassment, but I'm glad I did. I thought they handled the challenging themes well despite the inherent goofiness of the characters and settings they chose to tell their story with.
