“Todos conocemos el final. Y el final no es feliz. Es curioso este cuento, porque sabemos el desenlace pero ignoramos el argumento. Somos visionarios y ciegos al mismo tiempo. Sabios y estúpidos. De ahí nace ese malestar que todos compartimos, esa sospecha que nos hace llorar en un día gris, desvelarnos a medianoche o inquietarnos si la espera de un ser querido se alarga. De ahí nace la crueldad desmedida y la bondad inesperada de los humanos. De ahí nace todo, de conocer el final pero no el cuento. Extrañas reglas de juego que ningún niño aceptaría. Ellos piden que no les cuentes el final. Ignoran que conocer el final es lo único que te permite disfrutar el cuento.”
