First things first I needed to get my health under control. I am on so much medication from the hospital and have multiple required surgeries. I am on a pureed/liquid diet and not by choice. I just can’t eat whole foods and i can feel myself struggling. If there is one common denominator I’ve learnt from my years of study, is the best way to give yourself the most help is using GOOD QUALITY NUTRITION.
