In your opinion what form. Of government is most effective for addressing power and structural disparities in multi sized cultures?

This, is actually a superbly interesting question. The thing is: I don't even know what form of government would be effective rn in addressing power and structural disparities in our modern world. Clearly a lot of voters are just too gullible and end up voting against their own well-being (as long as people who they hate suffer more than them)

Can't say I know much about the efficiency of different forms of governing but I do know this: education is insanely important. For a society that'd be as fair and equal as possibe it'd be important to make sure everyone is knowledgeable of the world they live in. All sizes and shapes would have to be educated on the history, cultures, oppressions, wrongdoings, innovations, achievements, etc of other beings of differing sizes and shapes. It's imperically proven that people are less likely to be bigoted when they interact with people different from them. The more interjoined and connected, the more accepting and empathetic we are.

On that end, any kind of governance would hinge upon (at least in my opinion) not segregating and making sure those in power understand the needs and regular lives of all their people.

Anyway maybe not the most fascinating reply but oh boi would I love to hear anybody else's thougths on this too!!
