Lt. Lou Rodriguez not buying Tubbs’s bull $hit about moving to Miami to improve the quality of her life, by episode two of Miami Vice, will always be one of my favorite things.

He promptly reminds her that she’s only in Miami because of all those forged priority clearances and to avoid being fried for misconduct back in New York City. So really, she’s STUCK with him and the department whether or not she loves the quality of her lifestyle.

It was, however, definitely worth a try on Tubbs’s part. New boss, new rules. Except she quickly realizes she’s playing in a league that is mildly over her head. Her little tactics are no match to whatever he was putting up with from Crockett and the others.

#also LOU puts up with so much BS from Tubbs and Crockett #its no wonder he's balding six years of Crockett - years of Wheeler- and trying to break in Stan and Lar with their sick senses of humor #Gina and Trudy are like Lou's angles I swear #And Tubbs certainly isn't helping that mix at all.
