Handstand Gym
In the world of fitness, we are always looking for new challenges and breakthroughs, and handstand is undoubtedly one of the most challenging projects. Handstand can not only exercise core strength and sense of balance, but also improve the flexibility and coordination of the body. Among these training, handstand sculptures as an art form bring more inspiration and motivation.
With its unique posture and visual effects, handstand sculptures have become the intersection of modern art and fitness culture. Many artists have transformed the action of handstand into sculptures, showing the combination of strength and beauty through clever modeling and meticulous carving. In my fitness journey, handstand has always been one of my favorite projects. At the beginning, I also felt unconfident and scared, but as time went on, I gradually mastered the skills and felt the strength and stability from head to toe. Every time I complete a handstand, I think of those handstand statues and feel the power and beauty they convey.

It’s so simple, one hand distance far from the bar(or wall) and do kick up handstand and try not to touch the bar(or wall)👊❗️ . But why I do this practice after doing some exercises? I just wanna do handstand anytime anyplace💪❗️ After doing workouts, just a little tired, for that reason I wanna do handstand perfectly👊💪❗️ . Today was one of those days my day didn’t go to plan as far as the gym was concerned. I had planned to do a good hour. I barely lasted 30 minutes With my handstand training, it’s not as easy as it might be for you, because with my disability, my arms, my arms don’t bend at the elbow as they would do for a normal person. Also what you might not notice is me raising my butt as my hands are on the ground. Just trying to improvise on different movements. The movements on the aerial naira might look quite easy. Believe you me they are very much a cardio exercise I will have a worn out in no time at all as they teach me. Nicely, I did a short walk out on the @thecoremaster Master, just like @danvarga @thecoremaster had told me. Then it was a case of getting outside into the trees. Now I wouldn’t be able to climb. As it was too dangerous with the ground to waterlogged.
