Watson's description of Holmes at the beginning of the Musgrave Ritual has to be the epitome of exasperated affection.

Like.

"I would die for this man, and I'm sure he would die for me, but what he will NOT do for me is clean up his blasted papers so that we can even see our FLOOR or keep his criminal relics out of the BUTTER DISH.
