I don't think Morpho (or reapers in general) have a "true" form like other Void-borns, so they usually take on the form of butterflies/different Void-borns because that's easier to perceive.
#zephyr speaks#Granted Void-Borns disguised as Dark Matter and Dream Beasts are far less common than ones disguised as Puffballs#It's mainly because Puffballs are a bit more approachable#Morpho COULD take the appearance of a Dark Matter or a Dream Beast if it wanted to#I don't consider Chaos Elfilis to be that form though since it's a fusion of Morpho and Forgo#headcanons#kirby
