tearing up actually just thinking abt answering this . im ok 🫶 . so it's a little tricky of an answer bc i think he's v in tune w his emotions for the most part and finds no shame in crying if he feels the need to but . i think when it comes to interpersonal matters it's a coin flip as to whether or not he lets those feelings show outwardly . but the coin is usually weighted . alone he's much more likely to let himself i suppose <//3 on the other side of things though i rlly believe he's v susceptible to getting misty eyed esp at sappy movies or books but moreso if he's been made proud by the ppl he cherishes ^.^

calm - how do they calm the other down?

touch..... maybe this is a little cliche but since we're both so incredibly touch starved, it's the one thing that always manages to pull us out of whatever state of being we're in yk? i typically go for the cheek grab aka the face cradle, gently trying to help him focus on his breathing while keeping eye-contact with him aaand he usually takes my hand. he either intertwines our pinkies or envelopes my whole hand into his and while it might not seem like a big deal.. it is.
