It's a small detail, but I love when new people notice it The reason for this design choice is that I wanted Wingdings to be more visually similar to Sans I've said this before, but the reason Papyrus DOES open his mouth is because most other monsters do it... so he assumed he needed to do it too...now he thinks Sans is lazy for not doing it
