So the Seraphim only take orders from certain people they've been programmed to follow (namely the Vegapunks and the Gorosei), but also they do take orders from individuals who possess an authority chip. Between that and the knowledge that the Seraphim are cyborgs, it makes me wonder...

Like, do they have somekinda control chip installed somewhere in their bodies (brain, spine?) that acts as the thing that forces them to follow orders and not act (too much) on their own will? 'Cause would the existence of an authority chip, a thing that essentially "sends out orders", not also imply the existence of something that recieves the order (like other than their brain) and forcibly puts it into motion? Something similar to whatever visual scanner+database combo Vegapunk installed into Kuma that allowed him to instantly recognize certain people and whether or not they were enemies or allies to him (at least as far as the WG thinks)

'Cause if so, like. I wonder. Could you remove that chip and basically free the Seraphim from being just borderline-mindless flesh robots?

In that scenario... what would they become?

Because, like, we don't know how much Free Will the Seraphim even have, how developed their minds are? Are/would they be fully functional human beings (if immature because they're still kids) who have just had half their mind essentially turned off so they don't think about anything else except following orders? If you freed them from the WG's control would they be able to live and function freely just like Stussy's clone can? But when being under that kind of control is all they've ever known, would they know how to function? Like what do you do, where do you go, who do you become? Who are you to begin with, does that even matter? What about your relation to the person you were cloned from, what does that mean? Are you doomed (🐊🦩🦇) or expected (🦈🐻🐍🦅) to become just like the person you were cloned from? Do you even want that? What will having that kind of freedom to do and become whatever you want even mean to someone who has never known what it means to even want something for themselves?

(But also, depending on who you were cloned from, would people even trust you enough to allow you go free and live your own life, or would you be deemed a threat by simply existing because you are the clone of a horrible, heinous person?) (Of course, we know existing is not a crime, and no one is born into this world a criminal. But we also know the World of One Piece does not always think this kindly)

My brain had an idea for some for some trans hcs for HSR and Genshin because I wanted to try exploring some T4T x reader stuff but like I realized that probably being trans as someone who is a long lived species on the Xianzhou Alliance is probably hell because if we remember the heckin quest with the born blind lady she said that no matter what she can't have her vision permanently granted to her via surgery as basically her body will revert to its original condition when healing...so if we go by that logic if someone wanted to get say bottom surgery it wouldn't be permanent and everything would just go back to how they were before that. Now top surgery might be possible because breast tissue development happens more later in life so maybe that might be an exception but I kinda doubt it so...I think the only real options someone would have besides socially transitioning would be hormonal transitioning, binding, wearing padding, and etc to get as close as they can to the body they desire. Then you got the Vidyahara who can literally reincarnate but who knows if they stay the same gender for each encarnation idk I'm tired but it was something I thought about a little too hard on...

Anyways my ideas were that Blade got that HRT but I'm debating on if he got top and or bottom surgery as Yingxing or not. Like if he had either surgery before his body got its healing properties he would not have to worry about it undoing any changes but if he didn't then he'd be unable to have permanent changes. On the other other hand my brain wants to do a funny and say Kafka is also trans and that she took his boobs like the Garfield meme. Like it doesn't make any damn sense but it'd be funny as hell.

Jing Yuan started hormones pretty early on before he joined the military. He didn't start hormones right away because he was unsure if he truly wanted them but finally decided to go through with it once he had a bit of chest growth and did not enjoy any of that. Never needed to wear a binder because his uniform and his current clothes flattened him out enough that he was fine so long as the sports bra he used kept him from jiggling too much. He's fine with being shirtless now a days compared to before as because what little growth he had in his youth doesn't really appear much due to his muscle growth from training.

Welt found himself out much later in life and did the whole thing hormones, surgery and etc. He doesn't exactly keep it a secret but doesn't go announcing it to every person he meets as it's not anybodies business but his own. The only ones who know are the Astral Express members and any doctors he meets if it's necessary. The trailblazer learned he was trans from talking with Welt because they had gotten curious about gender in general.

Aventurine figured out he was genderfluid pretty early on but kept that a secret for himself alone until he was a bit safer to come out but even then people are unsure if he's telling the truth or not. Man is probably gambling what gender and pronouns he has that day jk. Dr. Ratio is still figuring out himself but it's kinda in the background as he's more focused on other things. Might unlock Cis+ or even C(is)++ (I make a coding joke because I'm to tired :V) or maybe he won't have a gender at all who heckin knows I don't.

Xingqiu is trans but is trying to figure out his transition. Like Teyvat has Sumeru so I don't doubt they have knowledge about these things I think it's more Xingqiu is trying to figure out if he really wants to do medical changes to his body or if just socially transitioning is enough for him. Chongyun helped him figure out that he wanted to be a man when he was sad and wished he could be a man like in the stories and chongyun was like '??? Why don't you? Just do it???' Xingqiu was like 'That's an option???' 'Yes??? I used to be a girl when we were like 7???' 'Oh yeah...' his ass truly forgot that happened.

Collei is trans too but only felt comfortable becoming more like herself after being taken to Sumeru and confiding in Amber. She was more forcibly transitioned hormonally while in Dottore's care and still feels anger that he took away her choice to do what she wanted regarding her transition for his own research. She is taking her time with figuring out what's best for her even considering hormones again but this time on her own terms.

I think I have more but I'll probably explore that another day I am need of sleep so night
