Sorry, but I saw your comment about how Gepard is in that piece like Serval's shield, and I guess you mean in general how that's the role he has as the captain of the Silvermane guards and how that's the role he tried to get to get "even" with Serval due to childhood, but also... Your art of Javier is amazing, and i love his cat eyes, and i love the young concept art even more. I'm replaying the game slower, more free roaming and side quests before going through the main ones, and i didn't realise that you could go fishing with Javier and Kieran, so i was super excited when that happened!! That scene when they're going fishing together... Javier and Arthur are very amiable together and i like how they work pretty well together. There was also the homestead robbing thing with Javier that was awesome, with extra dialogue and stuff- it's simple stuff like that, that makes me really happy with characterization. I wish you could spend more time with the other characters.

(Also. Arthur be nice to Kieran for 10 minutes challenge.)

Trying to find good rdr2 fics on ao3 where they aren't weird as fuck about Micah (or dutch) is vv hard. A lot of people really like him for some reason and i just don't understand why? He's a twat waffle, constantly acts as though he's better than everyone and antagonizes and flings slurs around like candy

Secondly I'm super glad! I tried my best in my first playthrough to kind of pay attention to every character but I ended up not valuing a lot of them until they were dead 💀... I regretted not speaking to people like Sean and Hosea more especially because they're so interesting. But as I progressed I ended up bonding with a lot and having unlikely favourites, like Reverend Swanson! But those small companionship activities like fishing are really enjoyable and help you develop your understanding so well of Arthurs relationships with other gang members and I rlly wish we got more of them :)

I personally like Dutch but not without a LOT of conflicted feelings/criticisms of his character and have more to dislike than anything else but oh my god you're so right about Micah and him having weird as fuck fics. He has genuinely no redeeming qualities and I won't even entertain people saying they 'like him as a villain' or find him funny because it's honestly so questionable. And people who ship Willscuella are my opp because I don't understand why you're pairing the minority with a man who antagonises him and calls him slurs either? Insane. Not to mention there's this weird habit writers have of repeating the g-slur in fics because it's one of the lesser know racial slurs and I just 😬😬😬

Hey!! You're ace right? Can I ask you something? I'm kind of questioning and I think I might be kind of ace too. I'm very confused rn. And so I thought I might ask around for advice. But I dunno anyone in real life who might be ace. (Cuz yay India. Our closets hold more people than clothes)

So like, how did you know if it was aesthetic attaraction or s*xual one? Can you be Cishet and Ace? I've only very recently come to terms with the fact that I'm not Bi. ( Was questioning that too for a long time but I now I'm kind of mostly sure I don't like women that way. But now I'm not sure if I even like men that way)

Ikr? I love my country but I hate how heteronormative our Indian society is.

Okay, before we get to the point, l want to remind everyone that a lot of the aces experience both sexual and aesthetic attractions. However, attractions are not limited to these two kinds only in fact, alloromantic aces feel sensual and romantic attractions to their partner(s) as a matter of course.

Aesthetic attraction basically means feeling attracted to a person's appearance; the way they present themselves. For instance, their physique, dressing style, body language, etc. It's similar to how we admire a beautiful piece of art; we appreciate the features, colors, and details of the art, but we don't feel like having sex with it. And that's what makes aesthetic attraction different from sexual attraction, even though, both of them have a common interest in appearances.

For me, aesthetic attractions have always been short-term because I have never been attracted to the person but to their way of dressing and makeover instead, and once they get out of that look my attraction just fades away.

And yeah, you can be both cishet and asexual. Asexuality has nothing to do with gender or sexual orientation. From what you've told me, I feel like, there's a chance you might be grey-romantic(someone who rarely feels romantic attraction) or grey-sexual(someone who rarely feels sexual attraction).

Btw, Asexuality is an umbrella term that includes a lot of broader and micro aspec labels, and not every asexual has the same experiences. Some can be sex-repulsed and others can be indifferent, whereas, some others might even have sex, sometimes for their own reasons. There are even a lot of asexuals who are repulsed to having sex but enjoy watching po/rn and reading sm/ut because those are about others doing the nasty and don't involve them in any way.

So, I hope I didn't get you confused with all of these. I'm not quite good at explaining things. However, what I have been meaning to say is that at the end of the day, it's your identity, and if you find yourself more comfortable in the asexual community then feel free to identify as an ace.

damn, never thought we'd get here, did we?

in all honesty, it's been a pretty shit year. march 'til now has felt like the same month on repeat with tiny tweaks to make it all so much worse. but i'm not here to complain about the worst parts of this year, i'm here to celebrate the best ones.

this was the year that i finally started writing, that i was finally spurred to open a google doc and just type away until a tiny work of fiction stared back at me. my first one was 1k words, a rant to get all of my emotions off of my chest with an idol as my muse. it felt...great, though it also felt a bit odd writing after being an avid reader for years. i always did prefer essays to creative writing, but this year definitely changed that perspective.

i wrote that first blurb along with another fic in late july, and in early august, i asked my friends if i should post them. om august 3rd, i changed this blog from a fic rec to a fic writing blog just like that. i regret none of it.

it's been nearly five months since i revamped this blog and i couldn't be more grateful for the support i have gotten from all of you, whether it be a kind comment, a like, a reblog, all of it. i never thought anyone would like my content, but i've been proven severely wrong by this community. from my irls that are on here, to my lovely mutuals and followers, to those i've talked to a lil bit on this hellsite, to the writers whose fics i absolutely adore, to those who have left a like or a comment on one of my fics, i want to say thank you from the very bottom of my heart ♡
