Thinking I might get some sleep, but no. It’s just 14 Sept 2024, and I’m hearing a lot about how the construction of 0Space generates the motive which expresses as energy. It is truly trapped gsProcess or what we used to call ‘pattern’. We dropped that, I think, because pattern then meant fCM, and did not yet include groups and other structures, including both gsPrimes and what we might call gsJunctions, meaning Ends like 42 and thus 420, which are composite in meaningful ways, such as when there are six 7’s or 7 sixes. The former counts a Hexagon of fully defined bT’s. The latter counts that Hexagon, at the other End of the commutation which pairs to the limit of the associations, completely. You can see, I hope, from that how these act as Ends 1-0-1, where we can reduce the 0 to the idea of commutation while hiding the associations which take place along the route. That’s a basic example of squeezing out the 3rd End in a 2:1.
Oddest memory: I did this work in kindergarten. I remember doing it. We were given a workbook which described commutation and association and distribution. I worked out the details, often while playing cards with my grandmothers. I think the only time I cared about winning a game was when Daniel so obviously needed to win. The problem I had was we didn’t do this cooperatively, meaning we didn’t use the experience to get better. I take responsibility for being unable to say that, but I was, in my defense, a child who was constantly being lectured by disembodied voices which would repeat over and over that you’re going to die and you must listen, must learn, must obey. And couple that with stories presented to me with the most intense reality, stories that have all come true when they either directly or metaphorically describe mathematics. I’m not sure I’ve ever truly grasped how much I take that experience for granted. Of course it happened because it happened to me. I remember meetings where we worked out how the visible patterns would generate areas which were going negative, which were thus treated as under attack.
What hasn’t come up? Earlier today, I could see how the twisting of identities works: it’s inherent to the identification at a Bip that 2 such Ends can be entangled over great distance, over eternities, by K’ing them, which is exactly the Storyline. By K’ing the Ends, we take the construction of a single Bip and both assemble and disassemble that in and out of 2 Bips. That’s Triangular over gs. That’s how entanglement works. And it fits to the Bell inequality of root2 because it is Triangular over gs, which means it counts the 1Space and the 0Space, the gs and the rs, 1 and root2.
So, energy comes into existence because D3-4 can’t reduce fully into lower dimensions, toward D2 and D1. That’s not possible for a bunch of reasons, with one basic one being that D3-4 generates into a grid box. A grid box can reduce to many forms, like projections or something as basic as averages and means and then into probability. All those are there because D3-4 is D3-4//D4-3 and other I//I’s, which means there’s plenty of room.
Strange: thought about the Hilbert hotel and my objection to it is quite clear now because it takes D-structure to generate both the potential for and the actual existence of operations. So if you want to shift people and rooms, then you now have the gsSpace to do so. D4 encloses D3.
That is another reason why I like the idea of counting toward you not away in the infinite. You can’t reach yourself because you can’t tell which End of infinity you’re looking at. That is, you count past all numbers and you are still counting, so if you count back then you are also past all numbers and still counting. That treats these infinities as occurring within and toward limits or at least asymptotes.
This is why the gs description of the Informational Limit works and why it matters. The IL means there is a class of existence within 0Space which actually connects to 1Space over a bridge. This also explains the old issue in philosophy about how objects exist within or apart from perception, whether perception is treated generally or specifically. An example of specifically would be that I think it’s silly to judge people of the past for attitudes of today when they could not comprehend those attitudes because they were either not in their experience or occurred within a context that minimized them.
I need to go to bed.

For anyone who might be giving class 10 ISC, there are a few things I learnt that I found really helpful for me to score well- so I thought I’d share!
For Chemistry:
Make a list of important reactions (you can ask your teachers to help you know which ones are asked very frequently) and divide them into two segments: Organic and Inorganic.
Print them with just the reaction half.
Do them daily. Yes, daily. It’ll take around 45minutes in the beginning but it’ll slowly boil down to 15-20 minutes. Do them and then check how many you get right. I promise there will be a time where you’ll be able to do them all without error.
Always, always do previous year’s paper. And as frequently as possible. Go through the analysis. Get a teacher to correct your papers the way they’re done in the final exams. You’ll find you might be losing marks in “keywords”. Practice to write them along with them.
For Physics:
I don’t have major suggestions for this- except to do derivations thoroughly, practice diagrams and learn up the keywords.
LEARN THE KEYWORDS
Always make sure you write you answers in points, mention formulas in case of numericals
Do previous year’s papers.
For Mathematics:
It’s all in how you write the answers. You might know everything- but you would still score lesser. Write down the formulas. Ask a teacher to tell you how to ‘present your answer’.
Practice. Practice. Practice. Get as many sample papers as you can- done. Just like you’d do in the final exam. Put a timer and do it.
For Biology:
I used to suck at this. A lot. Then I tried out something that helped me score in 70′s out of 80. What I did was that I read the chapter (leaving out nothing- I know kinda boring but I did this with utmost attention) thrice. Yup, three times. After this I took out a notebook and jotted down everything as if explaining to a child. Drew diagrams along with it.
Biology is a “ratta” subject. You gotta find a way to feed your brain that info. When you get all that done, do the previous year questions. And the ones given at the end of the chapter.
For English:
Do those exercises given in each chapter. Do them and get them checked. It’s the only way to crack language.
For essays- choose 2. Choose any 2 types of essays and practice writing them whenever you get the time. This list is your god, use these words.
For Literature: Please please please go through the text very carefully and understand everything thoroughly. Write down character discussions and get the workbook if you can. Practice it. If you can’t write the whole answer just scribble down the points you’d include in it.
Make sure the number of points you’re writing to support your answer is equivalent to marks in the question. If the question is 2 marks, there must be atleast 3 points to include- 4 to be safe.
For History // Civics // Geography:
Okay, so these are “ratta” subjects. You gotta write down and practice. You have to. Because you might think you’re done with everything- but you can only be sure when you actually write things down.
Do previous year’s papers. I cannot emphasize more on this point.
For maps, draw them. As many times as you can. I remember doing them all 20 times each.
For topography: it’s simple to understand but overrated. Don’t complicate it. Understand it slowly and ask as many doubts as you have!
Always, always, always write your answer in points. The no. of points must be equivalent to the no. of marks.
For Computers:
Understand coding. Please do this one. Practice all questions, yes all- including optional ones at least.
Do previous year’s papers.
Get proper notes: You don’t have to learn everything- no. Do only from notes you might have or a source you trust. Here is the one I used.
General:
Presentation matters. A lot. Make sure you leave as much space between answers as you can.
If you have a messy handwriting- try to leave more space between words.
And I guess this is it! I hope it helps, it surely helped me score my best. Remember to relax, take a deep breath. Everything will be okay. You’ll do well.

What Do I Want To Do As A High-School English Teacher?
1. Spread Mental Health Awareness: I know a lot of schools focus on “kindness” or anti-bullying, but I instead want to focus attention away from the actions of students onto each other and instead talk about students’ perceptions and feelings of themselves. A student body who is aware of their mental health will see an increase in kindness and a decrease in bullying as a side-effect.
2. Support the Arts and Encourage Interdisciplinary Studies with the Arts: Something I have noticed in my high school experiences is that exploratory courses, particularly the arts, are seen is less academic and separated from the core subjects (Language Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies, and Science). As a teacher who will be working in one of the core” areas, I will try my best to build bridges between English curriculum and the arts curriculum(s). English teachers are also often theater leaders at the high school level, and even though I am personally more into visual arts, I would love to learn more about performance arts so I can offer that sort of thing to my school.
3. Ditch The Standard Classroom Layout: Most classrooms have a bunch of desks or tables facing the whiteboard in front of which the instructor stands. It is stagnant and outdated. I am in favor of a more circular layout of desks with my desk also being part of the circle, instead of off to the side or at the front. I want my students to feel encouraged to participate with the class and each other and I would like to create an inviting, comfortable, and cohesive environment. (Thank you Montessori for your work on classroom environments/furniture).
4. Sponsor A (Queer/Unique) Club: I am unsure what type of club I want to sponsor, but I do want to do something awesome and something that the students actually want. I have been imagining a Queer Club where I give a short lesson on queer history and then we do creative activities or eat or do crafts or something. Or maybe I could do a club for the students who are struggling to find a niche and we can just do different stuff each time like crafts one time and improv another and chess the next. Something cool...
5. Eliminate As Much Busy Work As Possible: Things like bell work, extra homework, needless worksheets/workbooks, and other assignments like that are extremely annoying. At the college level, that sort of shit does not exist. I do not plan to assign anything that does not directly benefit my students’ learning of the material, especially if their grades on tests and such show an understanding of the concepts. I will provide study guides and other at-home resources, but I will make them optional. Ultimately, the student needs to decide how they learn best, and for most people, extra work is not beneficial. In my opinion, class should be a combination of study hall time, discussion, and lecture. That leaves no time for bullshit.
There are so many more things I plan to integrate into my teaching style, but a lot of it I have yet to learn about or will need to adapt once I get into my school. But one thing is never going to change: I am there to help the students and be my best self doing what I love. It will be challenging and fun and scary and amazing.
If you are still reading down here, I would love to hear any suggestions or comments on my teaching philosophies. I especially would like to hear from high-schoolers, if you all would like to grant me some insight as to how the education system could better serve you.

how to calculate attendance percentage in excel
how to calculate attendance percentage in excel
Hello dear friends, thank you for choosing us. In this post on the solsarin site, we will talk about “  how to calculate attendance percentage in excel “. Stay with us. Thank you for your choice.
Percent of students absent
Generic formula
=(total-attended)/total
Summary
To calculate the percentage of students absent in a given class, you can use simple formula that divides students absent (calculated by subtracting attending from total) by the total. In the example shown, the formula in E5, copied down, is:
=(C5-D5)/C5
The result is a decimal value that is formatted using the percentage number format.
Explanation
In this example, the goal is to answer the question “What percentage of students were absent from each class”. In other words, given a class with 30 students total, 27 of which were present, we want to return 10% absent. The general formula for this calculation, where “x” is the percent absent is:
x=absent/total
However, since we don’t have a column for the number of students absent in the table, we need to calculate this number as part of the formula:
x=(total-attended)/total x=(30-27)/30 x=3/30 x=0.10
After we convert this to an Excel formula with cell references, the formula in E5 becomes:
=(C5-D5)/C5 =(30-27)/30 =3/30 =0.10
As the formula is copied down, the formula returns calculated “percent absent” for each class listed in the table. These results are decimal numbers formatted with the Percentage number format.
Formatting percentages in Excel
In mathematics, a percentage is a number expressed as a fraction of 100. For example, 55% is read as “Fifty-five percent” and is equivalent to 55/100 or 0.55. To display values like this with with a percent sign (%), apply Percentage number format.
AuthorDave BrunsRelated formulasGet percentage of totalIn this example, the goal is to work out the “percent of total” for each expense shown in the worksheet. In other words, given that we know the total is $1945, and we know Rent is $700, we want to determine that Rent is 36% of the total. The total…Percent of goalIn this example, the objective is to calculate a percentage for each goal shown in column C of the table using the actual values in column D. In other words, given a goal of 100000, and an actual amount of 112000, we want to return 112% as the…Get amount with percentageIn this example, the goal is to convert the percentages shown in column C to amounts, where the total of all amounts is given as $1945. In other words, if we know Rent is 36.0%, and the total of all expenses is $1945, we want to calculate that Rent…Get percent of year completeThe goal in this example is to return the amount of time completed in a year as a percentage value, based on any given date. In other words, when given the date July 1, 2021, the formula should return 50% since we are halfway* through the year. *By…Related videos .

Determining your Monthly Attendance Percentage
Posted by Nancy Paulson
The Monthly Attendance Percenatge is the average of the weekly attendance for your club.
Read a section of the RI Secretary’s Manual to understand who to include in your attendance reports.
Basic Process
On a weekly basis determine the attendance percentage. (Number of Members Present or Made Up) divided by (Number of Members Used in Calculating Attendance) multiplied by 100 equals the weekly attendance percentage.
At the end of the month, average the weekly percentages to get the monthly percentage. (Sum of all the weekly percentages) divided by (Number of meetings this month) equals the monthly attendance percentage.
Methods
Use a calculator following the formulas provided above.
Use the Excel spreadsheet provided in the download files to the left. Note you must have Excel or Open Office on your computer to use this file
How to Create Attendance Tracker in Exce
Why buy an expensive attendance management tool for your startup if you can track the attendance of the team in Excel? Yes! You can create an Attendance tracker in Excel easily. In this article, we will learn how to do so.
Step1: Create 12 sheets for Every Month in a workbook
If you plan to track attendance for a year, you will need to create each month’s sheet in Excel.
Step 2: Add Columns for each date in each month’s sheet.
Now create a table that contains the names of your teammates, a column for totals and 30 (or number of days a month) columns with date and weekday as column headings.
To get the name of weekday you can look up the calendar or you can use the formula to copy it in the rest of the cells.
=TEXT(date,”ddd”)
You can read about it here.
Format the weekends and holidays dark and fill them with fixed values like Weekend/Holiday as shown in the image below.
Do the same for each sheet.
Step 3. Fix the possible inputs using data validation for each open cell.
To allow users to only write P or A for present and absent respectively, we can use data validation.
Select any cell, go to data in ribbon and click on data validation. Select list from options and write A,P in the text box.
Hit OK.
Copy this validation for the whole open range of data (open range means cell where user can insert values).
Step 3: Lock all cells except where attendance needs to be entered.
Select date a date column. For example, select 1-Jan.  Right now click on the selected range and go to the cell formatting. Go to protection. Uncheck the locked checkbox. Hit OK. Now copy this range to all open date ranges.
This will allow entry into these cells only when we protect the worksheets using worksheets protection menu. Thus your formulas, fomattings will be intact and users can only modify their attendance.
Step 4: Calculate Present Days of Teammates
So how do you calculate the present days? Well everyone has their own formulas for calculating attendance. I will discuss mine here. You can make changes as per your attendance sheet requirement.
I count the total number of present days as total days in a month, minus the number of days absent. This will keep holidays and weekends in check. They will automatically be counted as working days.
So the excel formula for counting present days will be like:
=COUNT(dates)-COUNTIF(attendance_range, “A”)
This will by default keep everyone present for the whole month until you have marked them absent on the sheet.
In the example, the formula is:
=COUNT($C$2:$AG$2)-COUNTIF(C3:AG3,”A”
Step 5: Protect the Sheet
Now that we have done everything on this sheet. Let’s protect it so that no one can alter the formula or the formatting on the sheet.
Go to the review tab in the ribbon. Find the Protect Sheet menu. Click on it. It will open a dialog box that will ask for the permissions you want to give to the users. Check all the permissions you would like to allow. I only want the user to be able to fill attendance with nothing else. So I am gonna keep it as it is.
You should use a password that you can remember easily. Otherwise, anyone can unlock it and alter the attendance workbook.
Step 6: Do  the above procedure for all the month sheets
Do the same thing for each month sheet. The best way is to copy the same sheet and make 12 sheets out of it. Unprotect them and make the necessary changes and then protect them again.
Prepare the Master Attendance Sheet
Although we have all the sheets ready to be used for attendance filling, we don’t have one place to monitor them all.
Step 7: Prepare Master Table To Monitor Attendance at one place in Excel
For that,  prepare a table that contains the name of team mates as row headings and name of month as column headings.  See the image below.
Step 7: Lookup Attendance of Team From Each Month Sheet
To look up attendance from the sheet we can have a simple VLOOKUP formula but then we will have to do it 12 times for each sheet. But you know that we can have one formula to look up from multiple sheets.
Use this formula in Cell C3 and copy in the rest of the sheets.
=VLOOKUP($A3,INDIRECT(C$2&”!$A$3:$B$12″),2,0)
Step 8: Use the Sum function to get all the present days of the year of a team mate.
This is optional. If you like you can calculate the total present days of your employees throughout the year by simply using the sum formula.
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet developed by Microsoft for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS. It features calculation, graphing tools, pivot tables, and a macro programming language called Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).

Hello everyone! I asked you if you wanted me to do this post and many of you seemed really surprised that I actually have 19 subjects. Welcome to Croatia, people haha.
So, first I’m going to tell you more about how it works in my school. I’m going to one of Croatia’s many Gimnazija’s (in my case opća gimnazija) [opcha gimnazia]. It is a school where you learn a very good amount of general information. I’m in the 3rd year (or as you would say junior year) What classes am I taking? Croatian, English, German, Music education, Art education, Psychology, Logic,  Sociology, History, Geography, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, PE, Religion, Information technology (an elective subject that every student has to take (from opća gimnazija)), and I have 2 additional subjects which are different in learning (and very very optional) DSD (for German diploma) and advanced Physics.
One class lasts for 45 minutes with a 5 minute break, a day has around 6-7 classes, with a big break after the 2nd period for 15 minutes (some schools have up to half an hour). My school has two shifts of students (this year the 3rd and 2nd year are together, and the 1st and 4th year). The first shift: 7:10 am-1:05 pm, and the second: 1:15 pm- 7:10 pm. One week you are the first, the other week you are the second shift, so you have to be really good at organising your time. We have two different schedules.
Here’s an example of my schedule for one day:
1. Math 2. Math 3. Psychology 4. Physics 5. German 6. Chemistry  7. Biology 8. DSD
You of course have to have a notebook for each subject and a textbook (and maybe a workbook if required)
I eventually come home by 3 pm and start with my homework and studying.
Okay, now how I organize my time and my tips.
Pay attention in class and take notes.
This has saved me a ton of times. I always learn a lot more when someone explains it to me the first time and taking notes is a must. If you want, you can always rewrite notes, but for me, the best way is to just re-read them 2-3 times when you get home or the day before you have your next class. You will always follow up with your class and studying for an exam won’t be that hard.
Do your homework as soon as you get home.
I always do it as soon as I can because that way I won’t push it aside and forget about it. Also, doing it immediately helped me to have more time to study something else.
Get a bullet journal.
This is important because writing down your tasks helps a lot when getting them done and with organization. I also like to keep track of my exams, my grades, my habits and important dates. What helps is making a study schedule in your bujo. Here’s how you can do it.
Revise every subject the day before.
As I said before with notes, reading a few pages of your textbook or notebook hleps keeping up with your subjets. Doing that for every 19 subjects seems impossible but if I take 20 minutes for a subject I have tommorow that’s 2,5-3 hours which works. If I really don’t have that time I revise on the bus, or when I arrive in school.
Set priorities.
When I have an english essay for tommorow and a math exam, I will learn more for my math exam. I do this because I have set priorities for those subjects. I maybe have already an A in engish and a B in math, so of course I’m going to learn for something harder. Another example is that I’m going to need the math later because I’m going to work as a math teacher and not as an english teacher when I finish uni.
Weekends can save you.  Holidays are your best friend.
All that work that I have set aside I can do on weekends and I can study more for the following week.
Doing your summer/winter work is really important for not getting stuck in that pile of work.
Find your best study place, and your speciall style of studying.
Not all of us can study in our bed, or at a desk. Not all of us learn by re-writing everyting. Finding what works best for you can save you so much time.
Here 2 helpfull links:
- types of studying
- learning styles
You don’t have to be a perfect student.
Accepting that I don’t have to be a straight A student but doing my work as if I am helped me achieve my goals. You have to do your best in order to achieve what you dream of. But, if being a perfect student means that you have no social life, or that your health is in danger it’s not a good option.
Thank you so much for reading and hope that helps some of you. Do you want to see a what’s in my backpack and my daily study routine?
xoxo, V.  ❤
